Went for dinner with my partner, ordered 2 steaks, his medium mine medium well. I didn't want to complain but mine was medium to medium rare. Initially thought steaks were swapped but that wasn't the case. Brought it up with the servers who agreed it was definitely under. They apologised and offered us a round of drinks while we waited for a remake. When the remake came out with a generous serving of sides. The food was delicious and we appreciate the service definitely felt looked after. I do recommend not sitting outside in evening though. The wet weather has brought out an army of mozzie but I can say that was the only down side of the experience but that's not on the venue. Will be going back again.

We both found our food quite basic. They were not generous with the gravy or sauce. The sides for the steak were not seasoned so tasted a bit bland but healthy which was good. We probably won’t go back to eat. Atmosphere was not that bad.

This is my second time at the Albion Hotel. They’ve been incredibly accomodating on both of my visits. Great menu, everything is brilliant. Definitely try the sticky date. The atmosphere is super friendly. Raphael gave us amazing service.

Steak was cooked to my liking and the chips were fresh. Lamb wrap was nice too. Just the salad had old lettuce. Staff were friendly and polite.

Some Sunday steaks which were as good as the Brekkie Creek for a fraction of the price. Great service and even received a complimentary dessert.

Recently visited the Albion Hotel for Mothers Day breakfast buffet with my family. First time going to the venue and it was surprisingly nice inside. Food and coffee was good, venue was clean, staff were welcoming and helpful. Although it rained, the atmosphere was still lovely and I will definitely be going back.

Needed to go to the toilet and this place happened to be nearby. Older establishment felt a bit run down or dreary? Hard to say as it was nice and clean and staff were friendly. Patrons were friendly. Had a quick gamble in small to Mid size gaming room. Ok selection of machines. Didn't stay too long. Didn't appear to be much parking in the area got lucky with a park not too far away and across the road which was very busy and kind of difficult to cross

Great suburban watering hole on the main Sandgate road drag at Albion It has been here for a hundred years! The dining section is done out in an Italian twist and very comfortable The chandelier lighting adds. Touch of refinement

Found a gem in the Albion Hotel! Dropped in last Sunday and loved it. Great beer selection, top-notch pub grub, and the staff are absolute legends. Super chill vibe, perfect for kicking back with mates. It's going to become my go-to spot for a relaxed pint. And dog friendly!

Food was delicious and pretty quick to arrive. My mushroom gnocchi was delicious (a tad too much oil) but very good portion size and value.

Food Being just my wife and I, we stuck to a fairly simple ordering protocol; starting with two drinks, followed by an entrée and then two mains, supplemented by an extra glass of our fav “Squealing Pig” Sauvignon blanc to wash it all down. For the entrée, we chose the “calamari fritti” with citrus aioli ($14), while the mains were the “chicken supreme” ($27) and the Moroccan lamb pizza ($26). The calamari was soft and chewy; accompanied by a smooth and creamy aioli sauce. Perfect way to start the evening. And the mains didn’t disappoint either. My wife's chicken supreme was a tasty and satisfying dish, with generous pieces of succulent chicken, served with fresh rocket salad, potato cakes that were as soft as butter, and garlic sauce. My Moroccan lamb had lashings of tender lamb slices, cheese, spinach and caramelised onion. As good as any you’d get at any Italian pizzeria. Portion sizes were generous and we both enjoyed our meals. Presentation was neat on smart, modern crockery. Service We were warmly greeted on arrival by the manager, and shown to a nice table on the outdoor terrace, in the part of the venue, known as the “Cucina Restaurant”. This is the kind of place where you’ll feel welcome the moment you walk in. Amy, our server for the night, was polite, friendly and efficient. She was perceptive too, helping us to choose the right table, in a quieter part of the restaurant. Our order was promptly taken and drinks, entrees and main courses came out in a steady clip and in the correct order. It was a pleasure to enjoy such professional service. Thanks Amy. Vibe The Albion is a stylish, airy and spacious venue with multiple dining areas, inside and outside, pub style or bistro style: there’s something for everyone. It exudes history and old world charm and if you take a walk down the corridor you’ll see a pic of the original hotel built in the 1860s, alongside a framed narrative of the story of the site. As a history buff, I loved that. Furniture is comfy with colourful wicker chairs and solid steel tables that were able to fit all the drinks and the meals. The vibe is relaxed, casual and laid back. Tables are well spaced out, meaning that acoustics were good and we were easily able to converse. But I guess as the weather cools, indoor dining would be more suitable and you’ll have plenty of choice of where to sit. Cost We paid 88 for three drinks, including a pint of my fav Gt Northern Super Crisp Ale at the specials price of only 6, an entrée and two mains. Given the excellent quality of the food, generous portion sizes and efficient service, it was money well spent. But it really just goes to show the extent to which inflation, driven by massive govt overspending and free money for all, has completely eroded the value of our little Aussie peso. Toilets Toilets are clean and well provisioned with soap and hand towels. They’re clearly signposted and easy to find in the middle of the venue. Parking There is a car park right in front of the venue, which also serves the adjacent BWS Liquor Store. Apparently payment is required to park, but if you give your car reg to the manager, he’ll make sure that you aren’t charged. Having the BWS liquor store right there is handy and convenient, as you can stock up the liquor cabinet on your way out. Summary We had a fab night at the Albion and everything ran smoothly. The Albion is part of the A.L.H. Group of hotels. We’ve dined at many of them in and around Bris and never been disappointed. The Albion was no exception and it completely met all our expectations. Here you’ll find all the ingredients for a laid back, relaxed and super comfy night out with family and/or friends. We’ll definitely be back.

Decided to hit Albion Hotel for late lunch and a punt. Service from Laura was great and she was very informative on going into a draw to win a prize.😊 Andy was rude and blunt when wanting to purchase a keno from wrong window!😡 Meals looked fantastic when delivered. Steak and salad- steak was tuff/dry and salad had wrong dressing no tomato or cucumber.😳 Carnivore Burger was lovely until I had beef patty dry a tuff and chip quite hard!😟 Chicken Schnitzel-was dry and hard to cut!🙁 Won’t be returning anytime soon ☹️ The punt well 1 out of 3 had a win.😁

Been our local for a few years now and it's for a reason. The staff remember your order and the food is always great. Better steaks than the breaky Creek guaranteed. But shout out to Aurora, Andrew, Hannah, James and Susan, you guys make this place! Genuine legends 🤙
