After 150 dollars between 4 people ,biggest dissapointment walked in no sign in s .nobody at the front desk
One of the meals came out with a piece ,of plastic.
After returning the food it took them 34 minutes to bring out the replaced meal.

We played lawn bowls and had lovely meal. Organised by our travelling bowls club.

Went to Saturday afternoon bingo, fun atmosphere, great prizes. Love they support our local PCYC

Went there today was going to have a meal, few drinks a flutter and do bare foot bowling.
We arrived the lady at front counter was lovely.
Sighted mine, hubby, daughter and her partners Id address etc.
We went to bar all purchase drinks then went to have a flutter on pokies.
My daughters partner then went to bar for another drink.
We then finished on pokies grabbed a table to sit relax and get another drink.
The man behind the bar approached us and asked if my daughter and partner were over 18.
He was the bar tender who served my daughters partner alcoholic drinks not once but twice…
We were very put off and felt very uncomfortable we left straight away and headed to the rsl where we all had a great time and many laughs whilst playing pool.
Will NEVER go to the bowling club again..

Went for lunch for the first time since new owners, ordered honey soy chicken wings, salt and pepper squid and a steak sandwich total was $55, steak sandwich was very small for $22 very underwhelmed and it was pretty chewy, salt and pepper squid had no taste it was tender but very strong flour taste, best things were the wings till I started eating and there was blood coming out, they had 3 $12 $14 non member lunch specials, spring rolls, fish and seafood basket, not a huge variety in comparison to other clubs, not very good value for money, probably won't go back

We just heard that the club is getting rid of Sarah and Jarred they have put so much into the place the food is great they are fantastic with customers the club it self the managers that run it organise a kids birthday party the club will lose a lot of people.Sarah and Jarred are the best and how could this club do this to them

We heard the current caterers are leaving. The board and management are a joke, something needs to change before the club completely dies..
Finally we get good food and they do this. Such lovely couple running it. We have never had a bad meal.
We wont be back once they leave.

We had our wedding in the function room last weekend. I have to say a really big thank you to everyone there. Including the bar staff and bistro staff, especially Allan who went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible day

Virgin visitors tonight. Thought we'd give it a try for dinner. Pork was 5/5, steak was 3 ¾/5, the chicken and leek pie on special, was 1½/5 and that's being generous. Like fake chicken cubes in a pot covered with pastry. Really not nice.
Mash, needs garlic, maybe some butter but very bland.

Under New management again, food disgusting waited 45 mins for a roast dinner came out with all bone no meat, I requested chicken breast and got a leg. Half-baked potatoe which was stale day old at least, and cold gross. Cheap peas and carrots peasant food. Was yuk don't recommend.

Took my family here last week and the food was AMAZING!!
I have been here plenty of time prior to the new owners and can honestly say they have upped the bar from previous owner.
The place was packed out and the wait time was still reasonably considering the amount of people.
I will definitely be returning!

The new restaurant run by Sarah and Jared is top tier.
Great high quality meals and reasonable prices.
I have followed Sarah’s journey through her career as a chef and she just keeps getting better and better!
This is my new local place to eat- much better food than the Plough and Ale or pub.

Ordered $200 worth of food and they missed one kids meal, Instead of preparing a kids cheese burger meal asap it was placed at the end of the line, after waiting 40 min and asking about the meal we were told it would be another 10 min, 15min later no meal so I requested a refunded! First and Last visit.

Not happy Jan! Paid for kids meals now they can’t find any payment but payment came out of bank account! Kids going hungry get your act together, it may have been the Easter raffle but honestly, need to make a better effort!!

My mum and I went in and ordered our food before all her friends even got to the club. They gave the friends their meals all first and then when it came to our meal they only gave us one meal we ordered and it was missing the mushroom sauce. When I asked for my share refunded the chief got pissy and acted like it was somehow my fault she lost our order ticket. Won't be back

Meal over cooked, received later than others and dessert didn’t turn up after confronting into the reason. Overall the service was poor and wouldn’t recommend this place.

I tried the new resturant, The Eyrie and was really impressed. The menu is well priced and all our meals were delicious. Great friendly service and I highly recommend their Pizza's.

I am a member of this club and I have to say, the customer service in the dining room is appalling. I've had staff telling me off when I've asked where meals are after nearly 2 hrs of waiting for food, including kids meals. When suggesting to staff about brining a kids meal out first or with entrees I was told to mind my own business. This is the fourth time I have been to this club and had a similar approach from staff within this club and also the food is very very average. I will not be back and my membership is as good as cancelled. I will not be recommending this club to anyone.

Had lunch here on Easter Sunday. Very reasonably priced and the portion sizes are huge. It felt like a food challenge. We took home leftovers and had it for dinner. Very nice food and great atmosphere.

Had dinner at the bistro last night. They have the usual burger & snitty but we had a selection from the Specials board - I had the Balmain bug and my wife had the sweet & sour pork, so tasty.

Had a meal here recently . Loved it . But have heard the bistro is going into new hands yet again , very disappointing current tenants are doing a great job

Friendly staff and a mad feed. Had our twin boys birthday there at lunch. Drinks are a good price and the food is amazing and big portions.

I'd give them more then 5 stars if I could. We had my twin boys baptism party and all the staff was absolutely amazing, the party went amazingly well. Thank you Alan from the restaurant and all the staff, both bar and kitchen, you guys rock!

For the first time in a long the the Bistro is being managed by competent and experienced managers, and I've just heard the club is getting rid of them. Why the hell would the club get rid of them When the only thing that is good about that place is the new Bistro management. Food is fantastic, staff are awesome. I was excited to make this my regular place to take family and friends. Well I will not be back once Sarah and Jared are gone.

Decided to eat dinner with my daughter at the club as I was meaning up with friends, big mistake.
I got half the serving of meat my friends got and my daughter ended up walking out not eating after getting refunded.
Add in insult we got their before our friends ordered before they arrived and got my plate last.
Pickup your game club this is not the review I like leaving.

Came here for dinner & spent $90 for a family of 4. That was with a garlic bread.
The parmigiana was disgusting I had 3 bites of it , the salt on the chips weren’t very nice either. 1/10
Both my kids got a cheeseburger and they normally both love their burgers and only ate half both said it was okay but wouldn’t eat again. Older one stated “ there’s more bun than burger “ 3/10
Hubby got the lamb ragu and that was nice I’d give it a 6/10.
He also got the buffalo wings and they were disgusting, deepfried 🤮 3/10.
First time coming and won’t be back unfortunately. We love to try places we haven’t eaten at before but unfortunately this one was really disappointing.

came 2 the sat arvo bingo, bistro food here is absolutely disgustin ordered a garlic bread& bowl of chips 🍟 definitely wouldn't recommend eatin here,rating i give 0 definitely not a chef(cook) certainly wouldn't dish food like that up 2 judges on MKR or gordan ramsay that's 4 sure, certainly wouldn't feed it 2 my dog,
rather go 2 dapto citizens club 4 lunch they have beautiful chinese food&the garlic bread is 💯% delicious, they need 2 do the club up, it's so old fashion,certainly need 2 seriously upgrade the restaurant in the club it's an absolute dive run down
