We had a great stay in Armatree. Friendly people, comfortable rooms, good food and roaring open fire. Hope to head back there again.

This was a great pub to stay overnight, it won “best bush pub” several years in a row. $100 a night for two included a light breakfast. The staff were great . The chicken parmigiana was filling and looked good. I would stop in again .

This place is awesome! So great to see a pub that was packed with patrons with music on A MONDAY NIGHT!! . Lovely barstaff. By far one of the best pubs I've been to. No pokies, no TAB and no keno. Just good food, booze and interesting conversation. Camping out the back as well. Great tucker. In the middle of nowhere. Do yourself a favour and make the trip.

Stumbled onto this place and couldn't be happier. Awesome staff and good range of drinks. Atmosphere was great. Stayed in the camping area. Toilets and showers were easy to get to and nice and clean. Will be back for sure.

Stayed overnight in a caravan on 27th October 2023. Place was jumping with farmers, graziers and families! Fantastic food and absolutely quiet and away from freeway noise after 10!

Possibly the best T-bone steak I have ever had, definitely top 3. Beautiful piece of meat, perfectly prepared and cooked. Friendly staff and the picturesque location added up to a great meal.
Obviously very RV friendly as the parking area filled on a Sunday afternoon.

One hell of a place. Every one is so friendly and welcoming. Perfect place to camp and beer is good and cold and food outstanding. The steaks are the size of a dinner plate and pizza is great. A must to go and try it out.

Lovely old pub, great publican and staff. There for Adam Harvey concert and the organisation on behalf of the owners was excellent. Great meals, very affordable and excellent bar service, with good variety of cold beers on tap.
Excellent example of country hospitality, will return.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Armatree Hotel in NSW. The powered caravan sites were spacious and provided reliable 15Amp connections for only $15 a night. The on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations with its generous portion sizes and delicious food and the staff offered exceptional service, making me feel valued throughout my stay. From start to finish, the Armatree Hotel was well worth a stop over to break up our long trip.

Great pub with awesome staff. Ellie the bartender was wonderful and such a lovely person to talk to. Great food and cold beer.
Onsite camping available as well with access to toilets and hot showers. Highly recommend.

Great pub, great food and great service. We came to dinner with a group from the Gulargambone Caravan Park for dinner. We sat out the back, with gas heating , with a view of the amazing night sky. Meals were of good size and served promptly, the bar staff were helpful, even opening doors when our hands were full carrying drinks… there is also an area for free caravan camping , and the roaring open fire in the bar just added to the atmosphere. Can see why it won Best Bush Pub 2 years running.

Great pub camp with friendly publican and attentive bar staff.
Crumbed lamb cutlets were nice and bearnaise tasted homemade, bit on the vinegary side.
Nicely refurbished bar with merchandise for sale too and ample indoor and outdoor seating with lucious green grass

Great place for stop over. Thomas & Ellie made us most welcome. Had ribs & pizza for dinner can only say 10 out of 10. Great pup atmosphere. Only $10 for power site ✓✓✓ Well worth the visit. David & Christine

Great place for a stop. $15 For power and water on lovely grassed area. Meals fanastic and very large. We have stopped here a few times now but this was the first with the new owners. We were hoping to have pizza for dinner but they wernt doing them on that day, but what we ordered was very tasty. Certainly worth the stop.

Great find!
We needed to find a place to stay on our way back from Lightning Ridge due to weather changes… Armatree Hotel was recommended by a friend. We camped on the property.
The shower was a welcome, food great and staff extremely friendly. A real country pub!

Great country pub just off the highway.
Has a professionally installed power and water set up out the back for campers and caravans.
Friendly staff and locals.
Decent pub food.
Can't go wrong.
Stay here the night in your rig if passing through.

Feel part of the community when you stay at Armatree Hotel. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. The beer is ice cold and the hospitality is warm. Nice grassy lawn if you're caravaning with power, water and full amenities. Do yourself a favor and stop for a visit.

Fantastic venue. The only disappointment was the $48 meal that was supposed to have veg with rib eye on bone. Sadly the veg was a few chips 7 or 8 slivers of carrot & 2cm piece of zucchini. Next time I will have a pizza.

Fantastic little pub.. an “oasis in the desert”. Great food, relaxed atmosphere & exceptionally friendly staff. Pets allowed out back bistro which was an added bonus

Excellent service. Excellent prices. And can camp overnight in their lawned camp area after a great meal and a few coldies.
Has a shower you can use and a fantastic beer garden where the kids can play on the grass.
Only a few K s off the main road and really quiet. No road noise.

Cold beer as always. Only pizza 🍕 on the menu at time of review. Driven out 4 times now to have a proper counter meal at the award winning pub and been dissapointed that only pizza was available. Worth the hour round trip for the beer though 👌

Best bush pub I’ve been to! We stayed at the pub on our travels 3/11 and we couldn’t be more happy! Great friendly staff, possibly the best parma I’ve ever eaten, ice cold beer and great facilities for people to stay! Keep up the good work armatree, we’ll be back!!

Awesome pub, great beer and food. Friendly owners and locals. Stopped over on our way south with the caravan and stayed out the back plenty of room. Highly recommend stopping here.

A fabulous pub with welcoming publicans. The food is great - try the S&P calamari! Attended for a music festival and will be back very soon. You can camp there too.

absolutely the best pub EVER! Fantastic helpful friendly staff, the grassed camping area was immaculate.
Dinner was amazing, so happy to spend our tourist dollars here and will definately be back!
