We’ve had great food here previously but last night got a takeaway burger and the quality was terrible, the pattie was full of gristle and sausage mince leaving an extremely unpleasant fatty texture in the mouth. Cheap rolls used as burger buns. Absolutely unacceptable quality for a $28 burger.

Went to Bank for dinner (first time since the renovation), and got the date night platter which was absolutely amazing! No room for dessert and leftovers to take home! The staff are friendly and so helpful, service absolutely spot on, nothing was too much trouble. Cocktail jugs? Yes please!
Enjoyed the experience so much that I’m going back for a girl’s night two days later!

We had the wood fire pizza which were amazing! It was also very quick service, from ordering to receiving the food which was really nice. I wanted a sweet drink and the staff were super accommodating and friendly for that. Bit pricey, but you pay for their quality and great customer care.

Was made to feel very welcome, food was great having snitzel and crispy calamari salad. Empty bottles and plates were removed promptly. Many thanks especially go to Tania, lovely waitress.

Very nice and relaxing place for lunch but for dinner it was a very poor menu,,,, more alcohol on the menu than food…. Will definitely be back for lunch but not for dinner…

The Bank Hotel is a safe bet to spend your money. The service from Margot and Darren was spot on - very attentive without being annoying. Margot explained the specials very well and the pork rack was first class - melt in the mouth perfection and my husband enjoyed his burger too. The prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are ample. Will definitely be back and will recommend it to others.

Service and atmosphere were nice, but the Arancini balls were very burnt and not edible unfortunately.

I stumbled across the Bank Hotel when looking for a spot for dinner while staying overnight in Warragul for work. I wasn't familiar with the area and was beyond pleased with this place. The decor, food and drinks were excellent. The bar staff were also very welcoming and made my solo dining experience an enjoyable one. Highly recommend if you live locally or are spending a bit of time in Warragul.

I have an onion & garlic allergy and I was so amazed when the guy who greeted us immediately said “Onion & garlic allergy… right”. It had been about a month since we had been to the establishment… such an amazing memory. He returned with a highlighted menu showing which meals I could safely eat. Amazing service, fantastic food and we will definitely be back.
Such wonderful service… usually I feel like I am an annoyance to waiters and chefs alike, so thank you everyone at The Bank, Warragul.

I had the best vegan meal I’ve had in a very long time tonight!!
My friend and I got the bang bang cauliflower burger takeaway which the chef very graciously agreed to make vegan (as it was listed as vegetarian). We also got the wood fired garlic bread. It all smelt so good we had to pullover and eat it before we arrived home!! The flavours were amazing, seriously impressed!
I thanked the chef on my way out but please let the team know how much we appreciated the effort. We have been laughed out of another local establishment for even mentioning the word vegan!
The ambience in the restaurant was great so next time we’ll book a table instead of takeaway!

Hi There,
It was our first visit to Banh Hotel and we really enjoyed ourselves. The service was amazing . i don't know our waiters name bit he had a moustache if that helps.
we will definitely be coming again with our family and by ourselves.

Hayley was so efficient and cleaned a table for us very quickly as we didn't book. She was easy going and very polite. We would have loved a coffee to end with but no tea or coffee. Food was excellent.

Had the squid ink linguine for dinner. Within it contained scallop, prawns, generous garlic and my favourite, chilli (don’t worry it’s not too spicy). The result - perfectly delicious pasta dinner that I’m fairly confident would be the best in Warragul, if not the entire West Gippsland. Try it.

Great place to eat in Warragul! The service is wonderful. Love the atmosphere and food was amazing! The churros are the best! Good texture and crunch. To add, the butterscotch side that came with the churros is the best butterscotch I ever has ❤️ kudos to the kitchen team and servuce staff!

Great customer service from the minute we walked in the door. Had a booking for 4 adults, seated in a comfortable booth and round of drinks were served quickly. The cocktail was amazing, best I've had!!
Staff were attentive and took our orders, meals arrived in a timely manner. Everything was cooked to perfection, including the steak ordered. Atmosphere was relaxed!
Definitely a great place to dine in Warragul, we will be back. Thanks to all that make the venue such a great place to dine.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were very professional (hard to find these days) and the food was amazing! The atmosphere visually was great (the building and all the work done to it is beautiful!). Our only issue was the giant wall we were seated at, which felt rather closed in and obstructing (as a chef, I enjoy watching the kitchen while I wait for my food). And the music was a bit too loud, and a very obscure mix of genres, which distracted and confused us. Haha.
Thank you for an otherwise lovely night out for my Husband's birthday. :)

Enjoyed a very pleasant lunch at the Bank Hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the menu had a good variety of dishes to choose from. There were also some nice gluten-free options.

Daz was an awesome host. Had some top shelf laughs and boy oh boy does he know how to pour a Guinness that the good St Patrick would approuve of.

Came in from Melb for a beer had a great time. Was flying solo lucky Daz was working and had a grouse chat with him, made my night will be back in the gul soon

Booked online, no options for child seating. Arrived and was informed that the restaurant only owned two high chairs. On Father’s Day..
The menu was limited, 4 of the meals offered on the menu were not available due to the restaurant not having enough ingredients, the waitress told 3 different customers 3 different stories as to why the food wasn’t available, blatant, lie. Very disappointing, wouldn’t recommend, will never go back. Usually big spenders.
The food we did get wasn’t too badly tasting.

Beautiful decor and excellent customer service. Unfortunately a group of seven of us didn’t think our food was up to scratch. None of the staff asked if we enjoyed our meal to get feedback.

Average place, expensive food for a country pub. Ordered their Chermoula Salad from their "big plate" menu - serving size was very disappointing for $25 and they forgot to put the mushroom into it. Staff did not appear to care when this was advised, seemed more annoyed than helpful.

Amazing pork belly with mustard sauce 10/10.
Service amazing, attentive and welcoming. Good place for a feed and pint.
