Went for some drinks after work shame was raining as the outlook from the outside tables was quite pleasant. Drinks were reasonably priced but not cheap service is very good without being exceptional.
All in all we enjoyed our night.

The steak was dry and every piece was burnt. Had to cringe while eating it. The waiter seemed nice and asked how the food was, but when I said it was terrible and burnt she laughed awkwardly and moved on. A waste of money for a small serving of steak sliders at an outdoor table with metal stools and cigarette ash and the constant smell of smoke from the kitchen. I have never complained about any food I’ve ordered from anywhere but I felt obligated to leave my honest review so the chef can fix the food.

The manager Richie is extremely rude and shows no respect towards his staff. Speaks in a very rude manner to them and shows terrible management skills. I've spoken to other customers there who have also observed his horrible angry attitude.

The cocktails were a great disappointment.
We had 3 of the menu and they were watery and mine was very bitter.
We had been there before and the food was fine but I don't recommend the cocktails

The bar manager/owner and all the staff were excellent, despite an incident that could have gone terribly nasty. Thank you so much.
The Lemon merangue martini and mango and passionfruit Colada were delicious!

Terrible. They sell a $6 bottle of wine for $47 and then become abusive and rude when you explain it’s not drinkable. Glad we didn’t order food.
The owner was rude.

Staying in the Meriton Suites above. Have been here twice. Once for dinner, and once for early arvo drinks.
There's a pleasant atmosphere. The service is quick. The food tasty and fast if a little on the pricey side. The wide selection of cocktails were well made and fast. Decent beers on tap for the bois. The outside area has a nice cool breeze on a sticky day. I can recommend to anyone in this part of Southport looking for a chilled bar atmosphere

My youngest daughter invited me to the Gold Coast for lunch recently. We looked up somewhere to eat that has gf options because I am Coeliac. My daughter found a little place called Bar11. We had a lovely Mother/daughter time together. Never been there before. Great lunch we had. The food is so tasty, reasonable prices and cooked to perfection. Even the gravy was gf. They could not guarantee the chips for gf so I had mashed spuds instead. The staff were so friendly and the decor is American themed playing great music. We had such a lovely time there and would recommend it. 👍👍👍

My son and I were recommended to try out Bar 11, by a local tobacconist. We are so appreciative for the recommendation. Fantastic atmosphere, excellent cocktail selection made to perfection, the food was fantastic and an awesome vibe. Bar tender Boy had extensive knowledge on the drink selection and great recommendations. Highly recommend visiting, you won’t be disappointed.

Myself, My Son & 80 year old mum, decided to get out & try a new Restaurant, even though it was one of the coldest winter afternoons.
We got public transport so could try Bar 11' s Cocktails & were pleasantly surprised to find that Tram dropped us just across Rd from Bar 11. We were also happy to find it was cozy inside Shopping centre off cold windy Rd.
Great friendly service, nice warm atmosphere with good background music, would be a good venue for intermit Birthday party's & small group get togethers.
Looking forward to going back for lunch or dinner & trying more of their many cocktails, on Happy hours. Chef was friendly & enjoys delivering good food & great service👍

My mum, aunty and i had some celebratory drinks at bar 11 last weekend 🍷🍸
The service is really great! Julie and Sian were wonderful and we had a lovely chat 💬
The food was so delicious! We had the share platter of pork 🤤
Would highly recommend heading over to bar 11 for happy hour 🍷

I've been staying at the local resort and have enjoyed a few great meals at Bar 11. The staff are awesome and it has a great feel/ atmosphere. Will definitely return for more.

It's great to have such a wonderful local bar! You are always made to feel so welcome, the cocktails are delicious (fav is the chili coriander margarita) and the food!! Crispy chicken tacos are a must!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting bar 11 and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations.
The bar staff were incredibly friendly What truly set this bar apart was the attention to detail and the level of service provided.
The music played in the background was an overall vibe of the place. It was just the right volume, allowing for conversation without overpowering it.
Overall, my experience at this amazing bar was nothing short of exceptional. It was a place where I could unwind, enjoy great company,

I rarely leave comments but given the price vs the quality of the food i feel like i have to..
We were just looking for food around and liked the menu so decided to give it a go. My partner ordered rump with mash and i got a beef burger. His rump was quite small and thin. We ordered medium rare but it was over medium. He did say the seasoning was good tho. What's bad was the mash.. watery sloppy and tasteless, honestly worse than airplane mash.
My burger's bun was cold when served and patty was lukewarm. The caramelized onion was sickly sweet as well.
Two dishes with 2 coke zero was $89... if food was nice i wouldnt mind much but oh well.
Staffs were nice and service was good tho.
Owner you can be all salty but you really need to talk to your chef :/
Update: base on the owner's response he clearly doesn't understand the concept of "worth", so i'll explain in simple english.
Bar 11 = bad food = not worth high price
Other place = good food = worth high price

I don't often leave negative reviews but this place deserves it.
Service = good, staff were friendly and service was prompt.
Food = Awful. While my steak was well seasoned it was well done instead of medium rare as i ordered, and based on the thin cut and lack of fat cap i suspect it wasnt really "MSA rump". The "mash" was unseasoned and tasted more like porridge than potato, it was definitely not made from fresh potato and likely from a powder. In the end I was hungry and didn't have time to send the steak back so I just ate it, paid, and left (barely touched the "mash").
Based on other reviews here I'm sure the owner is going to get salty and ban me, which is would be a blessing as i would not come back here anyway. Do not come here for food.

Great spot and a great location! First time here but happy to go back. Indoor and outdoor seating with a comfortable but trendy decor. Food and service were on point.

Great local place for a cocktail and catch up with some friends. Visited many times and the staff are always friendly and great at asking if you need another beverage haha
Unfortunately on my most recent visit I ordered food for the first time.
Mon-Wed Special $5 chicken wings and $6 dumplings. The wings... Must have been cooked AT LEAST twice, with no batter/protective coating. They were then plated with a drizzle of Heinz BBQ sauce and a fresh slice of chilli and some coriander. My view of Woolworths led me to believe the dumplings came from the freezer section and were literally dropped into the deep fryer for a little to long.
To make it worse we had just come from a great little dumpling place in surfers that hand made and steamed our dumplings for the same price.
5 stars for the stars for the staff and previous experence/drinks. Food was a minus 2 so I've scored somewhere in the middle.

Friendly staff, awesome food ! Best Cheesecake in the city.
If you haven’t tried there cheesecake you’re missing out in life !
Will come back next time for sure :)

Food was good. Staff was friendly. But I was disappointed to discover that their online menu and prices are incorrect and have not been updated for a while. A place like this relies on social media presence and should ensure better accuracy !

Extremely overpriced food is all pre made out of a packet staff pushing for sales drinks are $30 extremely unprofessional behaviour needs to be shut down. You would expect a very high end experience for the price you pay. Avoid like the plague

Drinks are great. Tried a Corona Sunrise for the first time, its off the menu but Ryan the bartender was nice to make one. I think he did a great job. You have to try their Sticky
Date, it's with Baileys, very good. I completely recommend a night out at the Bar II. Bartenders are great, really pleasant and friendly.
