Yep same opinion as 99% Meals were big and delicious. My wife a chef and said her's was good except thought potato mash was from packet but overall would recommend. Beer was cold but a bit expensive to what i am use to paying.

Well presented bar and staff. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The food is always fantastic. And always have a special on. Plus cheap lunch meals every day of the week. And different selection of specials for dinner every night plus the other normal menu. Clean and tidy. Always looks nice. Very tasty food and cooked to your liking. 10/10

Was a great place to eat.
Menu is nothing like it used to be.
No baby back ribs very limited menu
Place is dull and boring.
Used to be a very enjoyable place to go to alive with people No one there in the public area.
Don't know what the problem is there now. 🙃
No one seems to know what the meals are supposed to look it.
Couldn't get the orders for meals correct even after being told twice what the order was and that was for 4 meals and a child's meal.
Older bar staff lady was rude to my son.
Would not recommend this place at all for dining.
It's a shame as it was very good once.
🤔🤔 maybe they have had a change of management.

Walked in at 13:30 Only ones there for lunch. 45 minutes later we enquired where our meal was, only to be told oops sorry. Staff apologetic. Offered us cake. Price for a long black coffee clearly advertised as $3.00 on the wall. I was charged $3.50. When I pointed this out as false advertising the shoulders were shrugged.
Staff member came back after investigating where our meals were. I demanded our money back. Never got the $3.50 for the coffee refunded. Now at Macca's!
Yes mistakes happen and at $3.50 it would be a decent price for a coffee. Front of house service was slightly better than the kitchen. It was the whole experience. Nobody gave a toss.

Very slow service, we were the only customers at 6 pm and even drinks took 15 mins to be sorted!
Only 3 of us eating and mine still waiting to be delivered after my friends had finished theirs…..not ever going back
While waiting and watching…..Actually noticed a no hat or cap policy, but they take your order first and your money, table number etc then not very nicely ask to remove the cap🥴

There was a fight resulting in police presence as we arrived which subsequently meant we were unable to order upon arrival. When we did eventually get to order the staff unhelpful and borderline rude. I ordered the Thai beef salad and let's just say there was beef in it.. I'm assuming they ran out of salad as what I received was coleslaw with beef in it. Safe to say I didn't enjoy it one bit. Thank God I was in good company or I would have left immediately!

The Bartlett's Tavern what a shocker, can´t review the food as we never got to order upon arrival the place looked unkept. Tables were stacked with uncleared plates at 12.15pm in the bar area where everyone was sitting, the back room has 2 people there and 2 tables where plates and empty drinks glasses remained uncleared. The only table free in the bar which was partly clear to sit at, had half-filled coke cans and 2 glasses and a mess of some food in a pile. Went to bar where I was met with one member of staff complaining to the other that they were supposed to fixed the taps yesterday, no acknowledgement of me standing there. I asked for a cloth to clean the table which I was given, but felt the attitude was less than willing or helpful. We looked at the menu but felt after looking at other diners’ plates this wasn´t for us. Grumpy staff, place uninviting, looked dingy, needs some good management in here, go look around town at other taverns to get an idea of standards, as guys you are clearly not after the lunchtime trade. Never again!

Some of the greatest valued pints in town, my favorite place to grab a carton of beer too... also get a bag of ice for your esky with carton purchases but be sure to sign up for membership 😉

Really nice meal. The staff on shift were wonderful, all in all I'd go back again.

Really great service over the phone with Dave. Not many people in hospitality like that anymore.
Visited from Tasmania and it's been 10yrs since I last seen Bartletts and it is a really nice, clean updated watering hole with TAB, Pokies and Tucker. What more do you want apart from topless waitresses?

Most significantly rude staff and cold atmosphere. The appointed manager at the time came to apologise to me when she realised she had upset my other family there.
When I then politely asked to speak to the on-duty manager to inform us how we can give our feedback to the owners she chose to hide out the back and told her staff to tell us she was too busy to attend out the front - this may be true, however with 3 other people inside the tavern, we found it hard to believe.
Everywhere else we have visited during Beef Expo has been a delight, the Bartletts Tavern certainly left a sour taste amongst us however.
The on-duty manager with the blonde hair is pictured below, I hope she can develop better people skills if she plans to continue in the hospitality industry.

I will never attend this establishment again. Never in my life have I been spoken to so disrespectfully by someone who is supposed to provide “customer service”. This males attitude early this morning was very confronting. After speaking to other staff it was apparent that he has an attitude problem and is known for his rudeness. Deplorable.

I thought the staff were extremely friendly and the food was about what you would expect from a hotel kitchen. What let the experience down was the setup of the dining area, which was clean, it just lacked any ambience. I would return because of the service from staff buy I would know what to expect.

I have ordered from here before.. real nice ... then tonight I ordered the same meal ment to be toated mmm OK was on soggy bread.. I right up and they say we can give u a meal when u come in next ... what about the meal I have to throw out because I wasted my money on food here . ????? Dose this look toasted???

Had an epic cheap feed here! It was great!!! I'm a big boy and went for 2 of the $12 meals. Both cooked perfectly and it was a struggle to finish the 2nd on but the pie and chips where that good that I had to finish!
The Chips where the closest I've had in Australia to English chippy chips !!!!
I look forward to passing through rocky again for another great feed

Came here on a chance, had the Wagyu steak, medium rare, and the food was exceptional. The staff here are lovely too, and not too crowded, or noisy. 5/5, though if I could, 10/10. Just a nice local pub with a good atmosphere that I'll definitely visit again.

Best value for money. The specials there are really something you can’t walk past. Crumbed steak to die for. Staff were great.
