We were recommended this place by a lady who works in a shop and we were not sure what to expect as she described it as a kind of working men’s club / she was attending a Christmas party herself that day and said the steak was really good as that is what I asked her about in our search for dinner. We were in awe of this place and we have searched for one in Bathurst as that’s our next step The staff, the ambiance, the drinks and the food are outstanding ! Would highly recommend x

Went for lunch,diggers burger was expensive but good,prawn cutlets were horrible,no tartar sauce,salad which consisted of 2 different lettuce leaves & some tomato was dry & tasteless.
Ordered coffee same time as the meals & got the meals first,, 10 mins after getting our meals the buzzer went off for the coffee & they were in take away cups,i said i didnt want take away cups & was told if i wanted proper cups i would have to wait for them to be remade,,why take away cups,i didnt see anyone elses coffee in takeaway cups,if i wanted takeawaycups i would of asked for takeaway cups.??
Will not return.

We got to the bistro just before closing time the lady was lovely and friendly. Meals came out very fast. Also nice big meals good value for money. Very tidy and happy staff working which is lovely to see. I had roast which melted in my mouth and my husband had parmy which was yumo also.

We always stop here on our way home from travelling. The food is always great.
Your plate is full no matter what you order. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The Ode is also played, you don't see alot clubs do it anymore.
Keep up the awesome work guys and gal's. We will keep coming back.

Very nice club for lunch. I especially like that they have a specific gluten free menu! The meals were very reasonably priced too. The seating was comfortable and spaced out so it didn't feel crowded and the staff were friendly.

Very large club with different areas to either dine or grab a lounge in the bar to your left as you all in..
Food was ok, just warm not hot..
Heritage motor inn have free drink vouchers if you purchased meal which was nice..
Would recommend..

This place is awesome! Beautiful food, friendly and attentive staff. I had the Dinner Special; Chicken Breast stuffed with Camerbert, Baby Spinach.....served with garlic sauce. I skiped on the fries & salad, & had vegetables. Amazing..😉😋

This is a great RSL that's always buzzing with heaps of people. Great meals at a reasonable price and nice atmosphere. Good place to go with the family and often has good shows / entertainment as well.

The food is amazing and cheap you can't go wrong! Portion sizes are good and the variety of food is great. (definitely should bring back chicken wings tho!) The set out is nice and there is plenty of sitting! Staff are absolutely lovely and so so respectful. There are a variety of pokies so you will always be guaranteed to get a spot and they always have something on for everyone for different holiday seasons. 10/10 recommend the rsl at Bathurst if you are looking for a nice relaxing environment with a cheap tasty meal and great staff!

The club has some great upgrades indoors..
it is not good however the way it is not affiliated with other RSL Clubs for the members of other clubs to be patrons.
I find the air fresheners are toxic ingredients using Formaldehyde! And the outdoor parking lot is actually “so last century”. Which needs a 5 star new Green Roof Green Wall Multi-Story FREE Car Park please. Subsidised by the City LG.

My wife and I visited Bathurst RSL on a busy Saturday night when the Matildas were playing their last game in the World Cup and the eating areas were pumping. Felt like the entire population of Bathurst was eating dinner there and watching the super large screen. Tables were plentiful and we didn't have any trouble getting somewhere to sit, when we arrived. I really felt like a Roast Dinner and was so happy that I could get one on Saturday night. It was fabulous and had loads of meat, vegetables and gravy, superb. My wife ate Grilled fish and vegetables, though she was disappointed that she didn't get the same vegetables that were served with the roast. Staff were warm and friendly and the entry into the club was very efficient and quick. Dinner at this club is highly recommended.

Lunch today was not nice. The chips were warmish, my chicken snitzel was dry, the seafood platter looked terrible and the presentation was below average. Extremely disappointed. RSL meals are usually great.

I went here with some Clients for a few weeks in a row every Thursday night.
Its always busy when we go there, which is good for business, but the Food is always 50/50 when its served. And depending on who is working the night, the Staff are also 50/50.
I understand the stress of working in Fast Food and Retail, but it does leave an impact on customer reception when the quality of the food and staff is always 50/50.

I love coming here, it is exactly what an RSL should be: friendly, stylish, very clean, and full of history, with value for money and great service. I am only here for The 1000 week. I wish I was here more often for meals, to have a beer while watching the telly and put a quiet few dollars thru the Keno.

Good quality value meals roast beef & a rump steak both meals good. Lady taking meal orders very friendly but absolutely swamped taking orders and dishing up kids ice cream simultaneously. Bar area poor approx 6 staff not knowing what they’re doing. Pinot Grigio please ,staff has no idea asks 2 others no we don’t have same response for Pinot gris & rose this is management problem.

Fair prices considering today’s market, all foods were fantastic. Our son is celiac and they are the only business to confidently accommodate him with an entire menu for him to choose from that was safe to eat. Thank you to the club.
