Went here with about 20 people of which two were seniors.two babies and a toddler. The staff were amazing and accommodating. They made the meal a pleasure because of there attentive service and generally very good skills. To top it off the food was excellent,as was the seniors meals and the toddlers meal. This place gets a highly recommended on my experience

We came here again and again. The food is so nice and tasty. The service is good as well. Perfect place to eat with friends and family. We always love their roast of the day, pharma,garlic bread, steak, and bbq ribs.

Very nice food, great service. Meal was delicious, new head chef is doing a great job! Truffle mash yum, and schnitzel was very light and yum aswell.

This was disgusting I will never go again burnt burgers the meat was dry nothing was fresh at all we waited so long hardly anyone even in there. Fish was dry chips weren't hot etc was absolutely horrible. Drinks where flat too.

This is the 2nd time we have eaten at the Bayswater Hotel. The food was great and the staff very pleasant. They are renovating at the moment and while at night it doesn't affect things it just takes away a bit of the 'cosy'. Go early (6pm) during the week and your food comes out quickly later ( we went 7pm tonight) and it takes a fair amount longer. They don't overcook steak.

The lamb shank was amazing fell off the bone as was so tender. The staff was so helpful and kind with everything and even with the renovations going on had an excellent time

Shout out to Peter the bar manager, my work colleague and I pop in once a fortnight for a wine and whine and Peter within our first few visits remembers our order and always asks follow up questions about events/our personal lives that we had mentioned the weeks prior.

Service was fantastic, food came quickly considering we had a big group order before us. All our food was delicious. We ordered the southern fried Chicken burger, brisket melt and chicken Parma and Nasi Goreng. they were all great!
My daughter ordered a kids spaghetti bolognese and didn’t like it, however the manager was great and gave a few options for compensations.
All in all a great night out at the local.

Nice to keep things open with the renovations, still quite spacious and doesn't look too bad.
Food was great especially garlic bread. Steak sandwich was very tasty but steak could have been a little thicker.

New chef, and the food is phenomenal! We had the roast, pumpkin ravioli, rump steak and brisket melt and all were cooked to perfection! Will definitely be back!

My first experience at this bistro, Wednesday 17th April 2024. We had reserved a table for 11.30 am. Arrived at 11.20 am with my baby and 4 yr old. I wandered around, as all the tables were empty and my son was keen to have a play in the indoor playground after a 1 hour drive.
The place was empty and i was expecting to see a staff member sooner or later. Then there was a lady was behind the bar. So I approached her and sold 'Hello' she said 'I am just getting ready' i thought this was a bit unfriendly and not very welcoming. I had my baby in the pram, and she had better things to do rather than greet me politely.
When our reservation was made, my friend had requested the table be near the play ground, so we could keep a close eye on my son. There was a table next to the playground and seeing there was no customers as yet , we placed our
bags there and asked if we could sit at this table. The lady said 'it's reserved, booked out...kids arriving at 12pm' so we thought fair enough. It was worth the ask as the place was still empty and we were the first customers there. So we had a table close by, and to our surprise, no body showed up even by 12.30.at the table we requested. I thought their service by this staff member was very unfriendly and not welcoming, which reflects on this business. When I placed my order she did not offer a receipt, I had to ask for it, and I think this is not up to standard.
On a ligher note, the meals arrived in a short amount of time, but the service was lacking. This is why i will not be returning.

Love the new menu !! Food quality has improved a lot! Definitely would recommend to dine in, !! had the lamb shank and my partner had the lamb cutlets which were beautiful, we loved it 100% !!

Last minute booking for a birthday dinner for my mum. Amazing service, the staff very friendly and obliging, and the food was delicious. Our table had steaks, pasta dishes and fish. All cooked perfectly. Thank you for a lovely evening. Always have a great night here.

Just had Christmas lunch and I couldn't be more impressed.
Food was fabulous, service lovely, atmosphere on point. Value for money and a nice day out. Thanks everyone for a great Christmas day.

It was a nice experience dinner with family here. Food was quick and delicious staff member was friendly and done they good job. Will be back again

I started by giving you 3 stars, but I had to drop it to 1 star, and if google allowed -ve scoring, I would have gladly done it.
Steak was very badly cooked and tasted like a piece of rubber.
Customer service leaves very little to be desired. A simple request such as asking for a glass of water and the waitress tells me I had to go and get it for myself.
😞 how disrespectful... I thought that simple etiquette for eating at a restaurant is to get table service.

I also do acknowledge their awesome and timely service. Despite that, I was concerned by the state of the cleanliness of their rooms. The rest room was filthy and it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. It had mold and mildew everywhere. The floors were sticky and grimy.

Great roast beef and fish and chips we really enjoyed our meal. The girls who served us drinks and our meals were exceptional, thank you for your wonderful service.

Food was nice - but the me&u ordering system was very impersonal, meals arrived while we were still eating our entree, no dessert menu and drinks arrived but no glasses to drink them from, all in all a very B grade experience, we like interacting with the staff… and the salt and pepper were in the wrong dispensers - salt in the 1 hole, pepper in the 3 hole, knife and forks in buckets all open to contamination by other patrons…

Food was good. Nothing overcooked (just right). Was impressed with Keira and Tim who gave solid service in the gaming area - I am not a coffee man myself but my friend said they knew how to make a good coffee. They also provided snacks without delay and kept the area nice and tidy. These things generally go unnoticed, but not by me.

Food here is always good. The menu has changed a little but the food is always well prepared and and well presented and it tastes great.

Firstly the service was outstanding! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. We were here for my wife and mums birthday, we had other tables singing happy birthday to them. Will definitely be back.

Caught up with an old friend so was expecting a little more from the overall experience. The food was good quality and pretty tasty, but the portion size was disguised with a lot of chips in comparison to the actual fish size. For a pub, I wasn't expecting such high prices for the meals. The facilities are very clean and the parking is abundant. I'm not a gambler so never love the pokies environment, but they've done a pretty good job of separating it from the bistro (I didn't go into the sports bar) and have big signs outlining kids aren't permitted. The beer garden looks pretty good too. Would I go back? If they made the meals a reasonable cost, sure..

A good spot for a family meal, food is well cooked and tasty, staff is friendly and polite, and the venue is clean and well presented.
There is some construction at the moment, but its relatively unobtrusive

A delicious lunch midweek after 1pm. 2 senior meals and 2 regulars. Could not fault a thing. Good portion sizes suited all. Piping hot! Lovely hosts.
