well i drive 3 hours from a small country town to enjoy a birthday meal with my dad and family, i get there to be told the table we booked was no longer available, and another person booked with money but cant find how to book with money online on the website, we explained we booked a few weeks before, and the manager told us theres nothing he could do we are guessing these other people were friends of the manager, we explained the children with us have ASD, and the manager offered the balcony to seat us due to noise that could be made, i am so disgusted that we were treated this way, its extremely hard to manage children with sensory issues to be able to eat and sit still without disrupting other people, the food was gross not even a full serving, my salad was drowned in sauce orders were wrong, i will never come here again due to the poor service rude staff, i will also give my review to my big social media following, i couldent eat for the rest of the day due to stomach issues from what ever was in the food.

We had our son's 21st birthday last night, Staff,food,function rm and beers were all fantastic. Great Pub 👍👍

We had a pre Mothers Day lunch yesterday. 16 family members. Lunch as usual was tasty and large servings. We have never been disappointed. Very friendly staff. Thank you Beenleigh Tavern for another memorable lunch date.

WARNING BEWARE OF AUSTRALIAN VENUE CO!
Let me start by saying I have owned this business for over 10 years have my vending machines in over 50 venues and not once have I ever had a machine and its contents stolen ever.
I own a Breathalyser vending machine business, and I had one of my Breathalyser machines located at their Beenleigh venue, and it was installed on the wall at the venue since 2014! I visited the venue regularly to maintain the machine and also PAY the Australian venue co a cut off the profits from the machine.
This was all put in place with a signed contract from the then venue manager.
I went to the venue to do my normal collection and found My Breathalyser machine no longer on the wall!
I spoke with Blair the manager that day and all that was relayed to me was excuses.
After patiently waiting for weeks and having nurmours emails ignored I finally got in touch with Sinead Sweeney and Simon Caruso. They asked me to supply the contract which I did and also the invoices showing the split between myself and the venue.
Keeping in mind I put this in there venue free of charge. I paid for the machine and paid for the installation into their venue.
Both Simon and Sinead ignored me for months and the way I have been treated has been absolutely disgusting. For such a big company their management skills are abysmal.
They had their legal team reach out to me and stipulate that I had just days to accept an offer of less then 10% of what the machine is worth and that I would have to agree not to spread any information about this to the public.
They have tried to claim the machine was never in place. Asked me multiple times to supply them the contract every person I’ve dealt with has asked for a copy. Asked for receipts of payments from the machine, all of this was given. I asked to view their cctv footage it will show my machine on the wall. They declined.
The fact i showed up and did my part of the agreement and PAID the Australian venue co and now to be treated this way is appalling!
And I'll now be using all avenues to recoup the cost Australian venue co has caused me
Pathetic business practices for such a big company. It's deplorable.

There was no option for anything vegan. I was there with my young niece who is allergic to dairy, nuts and egg and all she was able to eat were some hot chips. A wider variety on the menu would have been great.

So husband and I decided we were hungry. Off a busy road we found Beenleigh Tavern Looks great from the outside. Friendly staff, clean toilets are a bonus. We had burgers and they were good. Overall could not fault. Well done guys. I will upload pics of food.

Pleasant place to catch up with friends. Relaxed and prompt service from staff. Usually just go for a drink and meet friends. Food was nice but not great when I went for lunch.

Parmy was very nice, but salad lacked any dressing. I bought a Panna Cotta dessert and couldn't eat it, as it was rubbery and tasted awful. Very disappointed after waiting with anticipation for it.

Not from this area at all and only stopped in because it was the closest eaterie to the Beenleigh Distillery.
Not bad value for money at all. Can see why locals would rate it.
Our meals took 50 minutes to come out from time of order. Our chips were cold, the steak was slightly over cooked and the avocado that came with the meal was originally brown so the waitress took it back and came out with an alternative that was sour cream with green food colouring in it which is commonly used by cooks and not chefs.
The service we received upon arrival was warm and welcoming and the waitress/hostess was lovely, kind and friendly. She made our cold meals worth it. Thanks for the warm and welcoming service.

My wife and I thought we would just pop in for a meal on our way home.
Had a lovely evening. Great location and the food went down a treat 😋.
Darius was the young fella that looked after us.
He served us drinks and took our food order. He is a great person to have at the front end of the business.
Great evening.

My husband & I have been coming to the Pub for a very long time. Since before the renovations and still come because we regard Beenleigh tavern as our local place to come. We always felt welcomed everytime we came shown to us from staff especially in the gaming room. We regarded staff as our friends and extended families. The hospitality was top standard from staff of the past that have now left sad, to the new ones we have had the privilege to come to know. But lately it has been disappointing by one staff member that is new. We've always been shown the respect and courtesy when our presence was in the gaming room from previous staff. But one staff member has made us feel like we're invisible and just ignore us walking right pass us like we're not in the room. I would make it clear that if this behaviour continues I will have to speak up to let my annoyance known to this particular staff. We'll continue to come to our local tavern until we're not able too. But this behaviour has to change.

Mum and I called in for lunch, first time to Beenleigh Tavern. Seemed quite pleasant. Ordered Pork Belly and broccoli and mum ordered a seafood basket. 2 soft drinks and 2 coffees; the pork belly was pork mince meat; no broccoli and pasta covered in oil. Mums seafood was a lot of chips, a potato scallop, prawns to peel, no special tissue to wipe your hands on, muscles were tough. For this we paid $84 (approx) ... Never again 😔

Liked the easy going atmosphere, my choice of food was to my taste, so delicious and the service was great. Been there numerous times and the service, food are still as great as before.

I would like to give a sincere thank you to your incredible bar and restaurant staff at Beenleigh Tavern.
I was running very late to meet a close family friend at your restaurant. I have a little girl, and we were held up on the way. We marginally made the 2.30 lunch cut off, and while I was ordering my meal, I was a little stressed.
The lovely lady who was taking my order, Ella, was the most genuine authentic young lady I have come across. She sensed my sadness, and immediately, she responded in an empathetic, generous, kind manner. Her friendly personality and her unique attitude and actions bought a tear to my eye.
In the 30 odd years that I have eaten out and reviewed restaurants, I have never come across such compassion before from anyone. Her naturally friendly character and her bubbly personality were refreshing. She really made my day.
My burger that arrived at our table was piping hot and fresh. The chips were crispy, and the meal was delicious. My daughters nuggets and chips were perfect.
I would also like to give a big shout out to your other incredibly attentive and responsive restaurant staff member, Jai. He ensured my daughters meal was spot on and delivered her drink and ice cream with a smile.
The entire time we were dining in the restaurant, every staff member was busy cleaning tables, serving guests, and preparing for the change over. It was great to watch, I was in complete awe of their ability and their passion to do their job the best they could.
Thank you, Beenleigh Tavern, for this experience, and well done on an amazing bar and restaurant team.

I think the service is a bit too slow. Taking into account there were only 2 tables occupied.
We had to remind them of our desert almost half an hour after our meal.
With the price of the food, they should be a lot quicker and no let people wait too long for their orders.

Imagine booking a table, outside, so you can watch your small children in the play area (one of my sons has ASD) you confirm said booking, via email sent from the restaurant, then get told by some pencil neck, (alleged manager) someone paid so it cancelled my booking, no phone call, no warning, i explained our situation and i got told he doesnt know, and its not hos problem, then we got told we're now sitting right at the back of the pub, 3 from our booking had to cancel due to this,
Our food is then bought out to us (at very seperate times) the ceaser salad had 0 bacon in it, but says its in there on the menu, they gave the wrong order to me, then the waitress was incredibly rude to me, and when i finally got my meal the fish was slightly under, and my veg hard as rocks, and they also werent shy on giving my 4 year old filthy looks while he tried to play where he could, at the back of the venue, (hence the booking near the playground) we we're not given any knives or forks at the table, or with meals, 2 of us had to find them from a random table.
Not sure if this is how all customers are treated, or is it just the aboriginal ones, but they truly made us feel like nothing more than cattle, i will never come here again, and ill make it my mission to deter anyone i can, this reasturaunt, is disgusting.

Honestly not the best at all. We had a table of 8, the food was very average, we ordered a variety of dishes, Caesar salads, lamb chop, steak sand witch. Lamb was way too rare had to ask them to re cook it, steak sandwich was extremely plain and the Caesar salads all had complaints of just being plain with not the nicest chicken. Furthermore, non of the food came out together on time, and we ordered a drink and never got it and had to ask for a re fund. They were nice enough to add a desert for the circumstances, however I wouldn't recommend this place considering the prices for a family dinner. Nicer food out there in my opinion. Nice staff tho

Having the choice of a mini parmy instead of having to buy something the size of the plate was excellent. The outback parmy was super yummy. As was the fish amd chips amd salt and pepper calamari. Not to mention having a side salad that was just that, an actual salad without the fussy stuff. Nothing pretentious, just great tasting food with super friendly service.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. We initially booked a late time and they accommodated us. The steak was cooked perfectly and they also gladly accepted a sauce choice off menu. The staff were bright and bubbly. Overall, had a great evening, we'll definitely be back!!

Great tavern clean plenty of seating in or out on deck views. Excellent staff the lady was happy and new manager was exceptional to talk to and service. We saw meals upon leaving and wow looked amazing we will be back for dinner soon.

Great pub with amazing staff, especially Tia, her espresso Martinis are on point! Food is delicious and well priced, the venue is clean, pokies are pokies, and the sports bar is set up really well for Live music. Have been here before this, and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend going here (especially if you are local to the area)

Great food, atmosphere was excellent. The staff at the tavern are very hospitable and provide a wonderful service, the meals are great portions and come out in a very timely manner, a special mention to chef Ella who creates absolutely beautiful desserts. Family friendly and overall a great spot to enjoy a nice meal. Highly recommend this great establishment

Great atmosphere
But the food was very small portions I ordered salt and pepper squid for a main and only got 10 pieces the salad was bigger than the squid pieces

First time visiting the Beenleigh tavern, and I came for dinner on a Monday, very quiet! Food was lovely though - bruschetta was a stand out, I love my bruschetta and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. My partner got stuffed capsicum and mentioned a couple of times how happy she was with the meal, my son also enjoyed his meal (which was free- kids eat free Mondays). Great first experience, and I would come back again.
The tavern is located just off the M1 highway, easy to find and get to, perfect for people travelling, carpark is of a good size.

Everything was fine for our work lunch except my meal size! I ordered Chicken Parmigiana from seniors menu. $18. It was more a kids size meal. I had to have more food when I got home. The others on my table even laughed…..

A nice venue with some good facilities however the food could do with some improvement.
Our steaks were on the tough side, the bruschetta lacked flavour and enough tomatoes, and my coleslaw was very average. On the positive, the onion rings and chips were really good.
Service could be improved by giving diners a little more time between entrees and mains as our mains came out almost straight after we received the entrees.

Absolutely love the food and staff were incredible. Would definitely recommend it to everyone and if you are vegetarian the cauliflower tacos were sublime!
