Whats going on with the Schnitzels? They've shrunk! They get double fried, you can see them sitting in the fryer basket, ready for the refry! Which makes the crumbing hard to cut! Has me worried about food poisoning as well! Then its being served on an icy cold plate!? 🤔
Not sure if its the new chefs idea or new management!
Either way it needs to be looked at.
Been coming here for years for the Monday night snitty, but now they've gone to the Shitta!

What a nice surprise on a Monday night!!! Went for the $7.99 chicken schnitzel. Food was very satisfying. Definitely would recommend….

Went in on a Monday night for the special. Definitely didn't disappoint. Quick, fresh and real mushroom gravy. Cannot recommend enough. The other meals people ordered beside the special also looked and tasted great. Thanks for a great evening. Will definitely be back. Only downside no kids room or area, though they did have 2 machines for them to play on.

Went for mother's Day lunch. First time there. Music was too loud which was great. I liked to true Aussie feel to it. Very down to earth. I'll go again sometime

Was trivia night and dining room was a buzz! Food was absolutely yummy!

Very friendly and service was fast, no atmosphere as it was a Wednesday night very quiet. 👍🏼

Traditional style pub, it took about three visits to become a regular and for the publican to know our drink. Haven't eaten here, but the meals are reasonably priced and it seems like a popular place.

This pub had cheap chicken Schnitzels on Monday for 7 dollars Great size,
I heard the steak was Amazing so i ordered the rib fillet. I asked the chef what he Recommended. Medium rare is what he said i asked for rare. It was perfection such a great peice of steak, very fast service. The bacon cheese bread was amzing too!!! Cant wait to go back and try other things :-)
Has a few pool tables, no cocktails though :-(

This is a great place to go at 9 in the morning as it's an early opener. The staff are very friendly and this pub also hosts the Townsville folk club every second Thursday night which is a great time out and the restaurant serves lovely meals.

One place where you will find consistency..The ladies in charge of kitchen and food outstanding service .meals are prompt..and delicious simple menu... However very good.... To the bar staff .just having service in this day and age amazing we are lucky to have a local old fashion pub .

Nice pub of the older style, great staff, good beer garden.
A folk club on Thursday's an a uke club on Tuesdays or every other week.

Great variety of fabulous food. Friendly service, clean and pleasant atmosphere. Would highly recommend a visit. Fresh chicken, not like the regular frozen one you normally get at Pubs. Well done. 👍💖

Great food good value for money and restaurant staff is always warm and friendly. Great area at the back for functions. Nice to dine in if you don't mind the view of the local punters always in full view sight. Love that we can call in and order of the menu and the food is cooked and ready to be picked up in 10mins.

Friends and l enjoyed a relaxing time at the Bellevue Hotel recently. Most of us had different meals. We are all impressed with the food and service. We hope to come back soon to enjoy another delicious meal.

Don’t judge a book by its cover this pub has a great space inside featuring a bar, tab, restaurant, pokie room and beer garden. Beer is reasonably priced and there is a great menu to choose from. Super chill atmosphere and plenty of street parking. A great pub to visit when you want to relax and go unnoticed under the radar!

Came in for dinner went to order the server didn't speak much English couldn't understand us. The food service was unbelievable quick ordered then had dinner within 10 minutes thats too quick my lasagne tasted like it was microwave disappointed will not return

Awesome pub with friendly staff and great food. Chicken schnitty and parmies are proper full chicken breasts and freshly cooked without being oily. Would recommend for a feed or a beer, food is great and cheap and the beer is cold.
