When its good its good but some days it can be bad. Pity it is not more consistent as when it is good it offers good food, friendly service at reasonable prices.

What a magnificent establishment. The place exudes character and charm. I had the rump and it was the best by a long shot. The world does not know what it is missing. You cannot get this quality and quantity of meal anywhere else in the world for the value provided here. Locals should feel blessed to have this at their doorstep

We had the BLT Schnitz Burger, it took a little while to come out, but the taste, crunchiness and flavour was awesome - definitely recommend it.

Was there for Mothers Day Lunch yesterday. Food was perfect staff was friendly. It's our go to place to take take the family when we visiting... Only suggestion was that a large 'reserved' table sat there empty for over an hour. We were 'walk ins' and luckily still got a seat. . The reserved table still could have seated a group then reset for the booked group. Reserved empty tables = missed sales

Very family orientated, very affordable, and they cater to everybody (multiple high chairs).
Great service, great food, staff were friendly and very polite.
The whole establishment was clean, tidy, and fresh feeling.

Tuesday $14 Snitzel night! Had a delicious snitzel with Garlic prawns steak chip and vegies. Very generous serving, food was hot and well presented. Got discount on topper which was a bonus.
Will definitely go again.

The food is very delcious, Excellent value $15 lunch specials. Would recommend for Lunch or Dinner.

Really great atmosphere for small tavern. Fantastic food, very fast service and customer service was awesome! Will definitely be back!

Pub food at its best!
Great prices, VERY generous serves and delicious!
We order take away when we can't be bothered cooking it's always ready fast, and just like a home cooked meal.

Ordered Chicken Schnitzel and was offered to choose the sauces. When paying, I was shocked that the sauce cost extra $4. Fortunately we were allowed to change our order. Food is average and the schnitzel tasted sour.

On the drive back thought to give this joint a try. Wasn't sure if located within a club so called up to suss out if wearing thongs was ok. Asked about the lunch specials. Sounded all good. Took the detour there. Thinking lunch typically is at 1130. We get there, it was a run down pub. Predominantly used as a bottle shop. No greeting, no advising oh we're not opened. Few stares- that i can interpret as disgust. As if we were aliens. Clearly we're not locals to the town.
I'm all for supporting other establishments whilst on a roadtrip, i can understand why maccas is the preferred place to do a pitstop. Clearly this place didn't care for non locals. Anyways, best to avoid this place.

New to the area, thought I would check out the local watering hole and grab a bite to eat.
I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, the second I walked in.
The person I was with felt the need to justify why we were there and then asked if the kitchen was still open.
Kitchen was nearly closed, so there was not much to choose from (our fault) and the food was nice. Menu not vegetarian friendly. Every salad had meat in it.
We had to ask if we could sit in the dining room as it was air conditioned and we had a baby with us.
The drinks were well priced.
Not in a hurry to go back there.

I very much appreciate Beresfield Tavern and particularly the effort they have put in during the Covid-10 period. The team always works hard to keep customers happy and there are improvements all the time. I am very happy with the meals and service and the way I am treated.

I took my partner to the tavern to have dinner tonight and left before ordering due to the putrid stench of cigarette smoke in the dining room,I'll never go back again.

If you don't want to waste money on pokies while going for a pub lunch, this is the place to go to. (That's a good thing)
Food and service great.
Good $12 lunch menu but has been the same menu for quite some time.

Great service at the bar & in the restaurant.
Had most of our meals from the specials & they were big servings. All meals were delicious. Definitely be back!

Fantastic service, great phone manners and when I arrived the lady that served me had fantastic customer service, just wished most places would be like this lady. The food was great. Extremely happy with everything. Thank you

Absolutely atrocious customer service experience!!!! So angry!! Arguing with the customer when she was the one ,(the employee) that stuffed up. Then still having to pay full price and eat a meal that sat there for 20 mins before the other one was cooked before driving home to eat it it's going to be stone cold and horrible for $65!
So so unhappy!! Terrible customer service skills!!
