Wonderful customer service and quick food to table even at peak times (the kids meal was out in less than 5mins!). A great kids play area too. Food was really yummy & portions were excellent. Takeaway for unfinished food even had a day/time sticker for food safety - super impressed! Would absolutely revisit & recommend 🙌🏼

We were on table 20 on Sunday 25.2.24 and I think that was the best pumpkin gnocchi I'd ever had in my life. The onions were so tasty and sweet and gave it this little crunch. Absolutely loved it. Everybody else on the table loved their meal too.

We went here for a birthday dinner the day after valentines day and soon as we got there the lady at the front said to us a couple of things were off the menu due to the massive power outages all over melbourne because of the storm we had about 8 people at the table (which they crammed together because they stuffed our booking up) anyway the food tasted alright at first until the next day coming back up because atleast 4 of us had food poisoning im guessing they should have thrown more stuff out instead of trying to save $$$$ and put peoples lives at risk so anyway one of us called up for a refund on the meals that caused the people who got sick and were refused cause we had no “proof” .. well one of us had a medical certificate and it was a 8+ hour power outage the biggest in the history of victoria that day and more than half the people at our table had food poisoned and some others had upset stomachs all around the same time because one of the group was calling up everyone else too see if they were having the same symptoms and these are all people that dont see eachother frequently.. really sucks because it was my birthday the previous day and somebody elses on the next day (friday15th) kinda ruined the whole weekend but anyway thanks for choosing to save that tasty salmonella chicken for our table The management is horrible and owner clearly dont care about there customers if you look at the reviews and the service of this plce they dont even respond to emails or phone calls

Went here for a big group, family dinner (12 people). We had enough space at the table and the food was good. The kids play space is great.

We have been coming here for many years for family birthdays as our relative is a local. There is something for everyone on the menu and most dishes we've had, have been enjoyable. The kids play zone keeps them entertained and the interactive games underneath the playground is a popular fave amongst our kids. It can get very busy here so pro tip is to book for 4:30pm or 5pm dinner and order asap when you arrive. Even 10 or 15mins delay in ordering can have you waiting quite a while during peak times. The staff always try to work efficiently and they will bring out any extra condiments you ask for. 4 stars instead of 5 is due to pricing. It can be quite steep for pub type meals which easily add up for a family of 4+. The food portion is generous though, nicely presented and seasoned well.

Weekday $19 light lunch menu includes a perfect size meal including a choice of beer/wine/coffee. For $3 extra we usually get a steak which comes with salad, chips and choice of sauce. Absolutely delicious! The staff have always been friendly and helpful. It can be very busy so it's a good idea to book but so far we have always been lucky to get a table. :)

Today we spent our Mothers Day celebrations at your hotel. Always Amazing food can never fault it. We had an issue with one staff member who spoke to 3 mums very rudely and walked off. Blonde older guy from bistro! Brooke on the other hand absolutely lovely young girl who sorted out what we were told and accommodated us. She was a delight. Then wished us all a Happy Morhers Day. From 3 mums who work hospitality for a combined 60+ years it really doesn’t take much to be kind. Thank you Brooke. We appreciate you 😊

The vegan burger and chips were delicious. I have also had the vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese, which was very nice. More vegan options would be great. The atmosphere is not great as it is a huge dining hall with lots of noise, although it is better when you are in a booth or the child-free area, which is a fabulous idea.

The overall experience was okay. Staff were nice and there's a wide selection of food. Bit disappointing that the portion sizes are smaller than other pubs parmas we dine at. Also, in the sports bar serving same meals are cheaper and with a drink. The meal I ordered wasn't that tasty in my opinion. My husband didn't like his at all. However, maybe it was just my husbands and mine, that had a bit too much vinegar and hardly any jalapenos for our mexican parmas but lots of the vinegar taste! The vinegar genuinely had us both feeling a bit sick after. I'd say pretty average place, to be honest. Good place to entertain families and kids, though. There's a kids menu and great space to play. Also, if you don't mind an average meal, the place has a good range on the menu.

The food is phenomenal- huge servings my beef cheek & cheese pie was well priced for the quality & quantity and the desserts are delicious, interesting (and instagram worthy). The service is warm & fast. I was there with a few locals on a lunch, i was told on a busy night with hundreds of people they stay at this high standards.

The food here is very well priced and very nice, the lamb shanks were very tasty and the cheese bun was amazing… I also love a cold beer and they did not disappoint here either, a great overall experience.

No Longer a fan! Kids play area definitely great! Food, not bad either, think there are only 2 dishes that we've ever tried that were a bit average. Staff that take your food order always friendly! Bar staff! & guy who's been there for 16 or 18yrs or whatever he said 0 STARS!!! Never in my life have I been somewhere that makes coffee milkshakes AND Espresso Martini's & a full BAR OF SUPPLIES been told, we can't make you an iced coffee with a shot of baileys because "there's not a button for it"... Good Thing the Manager of Humpdeen million years was there! Or not!?! He couldn't even comprehend when I said ok happy to be charged for an Espresso Martini (Cos I know there's a button for that) but If I can have the iced coffee with baileys instead, he starts telling me how that would be over the legal amount of alcohol??? ok Coffee milkshake with a baileys shot on ice.. No we can't do shots! He says...OMG!... In the end the only way the buttons aligned were by getting a glass of milk & baileys, with an espresso shot completely separate!

My family chose Beretta's as we had 4 kids ranging in age 2-4 coupled with large menu "something for everyone" My dish was delicious 10/10, the others ranged 5-8. Prices a bit high for a pub. Bar was busy with 2 staff, bit of a wait. Food waitress was lovely and friendly. Playground hectic and older kids not caring about the little ones, running in and out full tilt. We always had at least 2 adults with our kids at all times. Could just be Sunday night, not sure, but definitely won't hurry back.

Meal was good, decent size and taste was nice and fresh. Atmosphere is good for people with young kids that need to run round and be a bit noisy. Great for that because most of the customers were with young children and were very noisy but it was a good safe space for that and a no judgement space for young chaotic families at meal time. Not a place for me personally I prefer a window seat and less chaos. Meal good. ( Note: if you can't finish your meal you can take it away, love that.) Atmosphere definitely not for me personally but good for the above. Service ok I didnt have enough interaction to make bold statements. Except a special mention to a young lady named Maddison. She only came to assist us at the end of our meal when we were getting some Leftovers to be taken away. But her manner and energy was very good and what I'd expect from someone working in customer service. 5 stars for her.

Look, as the local for Langwarrin, it does the job. There is a good selection of food, even for kids, but the quality could be better for the price (it ain't pub prices). The service is the best part of this place, the staff are super friendly, helpful and funny. The atmosphere, definitely caters to Langwarrin's finest, it's loud, kids are a-holes (including my own), but all in all, it's a reliable place for a Friday night feed when anything else is too much effort.

If I could give this place a 0, I would! So I had my sons birthday lunch here and the staff were so rude! From the moment we got there we were told to finish up by 2. But the food took a long time to come out so the time limit was stressful so I asked for an extension and after the supervisor rudely said “No I can’t do anything, you need to leave by 2”. He then came back and said “iv been on leave and made a mistake, you got til 2:30”. And he again said that very rudely and pushy. Then some of my guests didn’t order yet because they were still looking at the menu, the supervisor again came up and said “I suggest you order now because you need to be out of here by 2:30” very rudely. Then after that we got constant reminders to be out of there on time which was quite stressful. I didn’t enjoy my lunch here, getting reminded 5-6 times. We were cutting the cake and the supervisor asked one of the staff to tell me once again to hurry up because we needed to be out of there by 2:30. I felt very stressed. The staff here are just plain rude! One of my guests spoke up to be told by the supervisor “I wasn’t rude at all” not even apologetic or anything. No customer service, especially after spending so much here. Another thing is I had to ask the staff multiple times for plates, a knife, to clear the table, for my ice cream cake and they all were very rude, forgot or took their time. If they want us gone on the dot them they should follow simple requests.

I admit I am conflicted - I am reviewing Beretta's on a far from usual trading day (Mothers Day). The lunch service was well organized, staff greeted customers warmly, mums were given a beautiful long-stemmed yellow rose. But the tables were really close together, the vast room was so crammed with diners that the noise level was hard to handle ( and the sound bounced and echoed). I was so challenged by this I was looking to head home well before our 2 hour slot was over. For the meal I ordered the seafood pasta. There was a generous portion of seafood but the food was barely warm. Perhaps this was a sign of the overworked kitchen. This was the second time my family has gathered here for our celebration, but if I had my way I would look elsewhere in search of a calmer, smaller scale.

Hot tip. Come for dinner but do not bring a cake and ask them to serve it for dessert. 1 staff member out of 30 actually brings the cakes out and it’s takes them over an hour between finishing main course and having the cake brought out.

First visit and if you have kids, the playground is amazing. Kids had an absolute blast and the area is huge. Definitely the best playground for a pub around! The food was also fantastic, every plate was finished. Garlic bread for entree was toasted just right, Chicken Parma was cooked to perfection and the seafood hotpot went down a treat as well. The food really was good. The only word of caution is it's a huge venue and as such can be very loud! Definitely a perfect place to go with kids and we were pelantly surprised with the quality of the food. Will be back in the future (as per the kids request).

Fantastic playroom for the kids with cameras so you can watch them on the screen. The staff were lovely but my aunts meal was luke warm as was mine. We will go again - everyone deserves a second chance :)

Beretta's hotel mothers day 2021. Nice to get out and about in these trying times. Food was fantastic and all the staff were great. Seafood paella was cooked to perfection , beef tacos looked great and my son told us the American platter was very tasty and filling. Once again another great dining experience for lunch..3/6/23 and another lovely night with great food oysters killpatrick for entrees and prawn stir fry for main...all was very good 👍.

Beautiful venue! The food was great and service was very friendly with wonderful wait staff. There’s a bit of a lengthy wait for food and drink, but you’ll soon forget that when you bite into their delicious food. I had the Nasi Goreng and it was a bit too spicy for my liking but still yummy and the Espresso Martini I had was average and could have used a bit of sweetness but other than that, everything else with our group was great. Also - the bathrooms alone were exceptional! I was amazed at how nice and fancy they were!

An early Mothers Day dinner with our boys. Very satisfied with our meals and that they had a couples retreat for quieter dining. We had a small child who made full use of their play centre. Overall very good, but prepare for it being noisy.

A club/Bistro made more for familys with kids area and TV's around the venue so you can watch your kid's from your table. Good food with a great outdoor area.

Absolutely disgusting service and treatment by the 'manager' and receptionist. Received an email from the kids club and booked to have dinner because of the kids club deal on only to be told when we got there that because we don't have the physical card we couldn't use the kids club special even though we could prove we were receiving the emails - so would obviously be part of it. The emails also did not say that you needed the physical card with you to redeem. Was met with rudeness by both the receptionist and 'manager' when I asked if an exception could be made given we had ordered replacement cards and could show we were receiving the emails. Extremely disappointing given that we were going to buy a number of adult main meals and that would have covered the price of two kids meals anyway. You'd think in a digital world that they would have better processes than a physical card.
