This club has gone from strength to strength with a new manager. It now is a great place to meet up with friends or just enjoy a quiet drink. The food is excellent and won't cost a fortune.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The new chef is really good and the new menu tastes delicious.
Poker nights are always an entertaining time with lots of social people and friendly staff to help make it a more enjoyable night.

Really nice place to visit, good for a chilled out meal & drink - good music, good food, recently they had a beef stroganoff in a cob loaf & it was amazing (pic inc) definitely go if you have the ability.

Not a bad set-up. Small inside with a large outdoor seating area.
Food is good and not over priced.
Good multi use hall.
My visits are with the local orchid society who meet monthly and use the main hall for meetings and also for our annual shows.
At the right time not a bad spot for a quiet feed and a couple of cold one's. 😀

Management at this venue goes above and beyond to look after patrons.
We are have just started using this venue for business meetings and Hayden is fantastic to deal with.

I've been there now twice.The food is cheapIts just a very casual place No shown g a y membership card just sign in as visitor which is good .U do not have to join to be a.member like other clubs

I have been a patron of this club for over 10 years and it just keeps getting better and better. I now live in North Queensland and always spend half my holidays there when I'm home. Awesome staff ,management, prices and the chef is second to none amazing meals. I really feel like I'm at home at this establishment and highly recommend to anyone looking for a function venue, a great meal or just a few drinks with your friends.

Hidden smaller size sports club. Very friendly staff and patrons. Fair prices. Hidden away and quiet. Supports small local crowd I guess and picks up when sports are being played on fields and facilities are being used. Worth a look.

Had lunch and a couple of drinks today with my family, 3rd time at this venue and can not fault it, The food is better than all other clubs in the area. Great service from both the kitchen and bar staff.

Great little club. Msgd twice to get times for Aust Day activities with no response, despite them reading the message. Attended at 11 to find out the Mud Crab races not on till late arvo. Duo playing music were great. Kitchen lost our order so 2 burgers n fries took over an hour. Hopefully on a normal day kitchen works better.

Golf Club Christmas lunch there last Week,
Delicious Burgers, but Fish and Chips and schnitzel looked goot to.

Food is nice, comes out fairly quickly, been a few times and had orders mucked up, last time they where busy and short staffed, but you have to allow for this as we are all in different times now, but they should of been prepared as it is a monthly booking, but like I said different times mes now

Cold on tap beer and ginger beer, plenty of drink options, pokies, keno and some delicious humble food done super well! It's very laid back and a bit of a boys club ambient vibe, but a great casual club!

Awesome atmosphere. Relaxed family environment with playground, darts, pool table, keno, pokies, members draw Sundays 1-4. Great food and best prices around. Loved the Sunday experience.

Attended a Social Club function here and was very impressed with the service, meal and welcoming atmosphere in this little club. I reckon we will be back again, numerous times.

A really great venue with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are very friendly. I was shocked to arrive and hear such great live music. I didn't eat any food, so I can't comment on that.

After being a regular at this fine establishment, I would have to say that the Birkdale sports club is one of the last hidden treasures of the Redlands. Surrounded by lush bush with multiple tracks leading to this wee gem of a club, there are also some of the most well maintained cricket fields I have ever seen to gaze upon. Beers, wines and spirits are always on point and if cocktails are your thing, they will whip you up an expresso martini to die for. The lunch and dinner menus are terrific, with some of the finest food I’ve tasted in the 18 years I’ve been in this wonderful country and very well priced. Offering a family friendly homely atmosphere I recommend this place to all. The manager, chef and all staff are some of the most beautiful people I have ever had the privilege of meeting, so round up the friends and family and come on down to the Birkdale sports club for a cracking good time. Maybe I’ll see you there
