What a great place to visit. Staff are friendly and attentive. Needed directions and ended up staying two hours talking amazing a drink with the people there. How friendly they were, made me feel welcomed. Will go there again💚

Went to blacktown inn to meet family for a few drinks. The staff were very friendly and made my family feel like,their 👪. Were were given great customer service and assistance with recommendations to local activities for the weekend, thank you kylie and staff

Wanted to say a huge thank you to manager on duty the morning. Helped my disabled grandfather out to my car with a umbrella to shield him from the rain. He spoke nothing but beautiful things about he’s new favourite bartender. Truly thank you.

Very surprised that this is an ALH hotel.
Went there for lunch and all we could get was a pie or sausage roll… not even any bruschetta that was on the menu.
This pub would do better if ALH spent some money on a kitchen and chef

Up the top there in my list! BEST music anywhere hands down. Staff friendly, funny n mingle sweet as. Good times

Took a bite and spat it out, this here is a $25 meal that came stone cold, soggy and tasted like a Woolworths deli schnitzel.
Definitely Wouldn’t order from here again lol

The Blacktown Inn is an outstanding little pub that offers a wide range of drinks, snack menu & wonderful facilities. What they might lack in a restaurant they make up for it with the amazing atmosphere and absolute wonderful staff who go above & beyond to deliver fantastic customer service. I recommend this place 1000% and will most definitely be back.

Staff are friendly , but prices for a can of sprite set me back $4.50 and the toilets were seriously neglected.. you can smell the ammonia 5 metres away from the doors when someone exits or enters. They require a Hazmat suit to be able to tolerate it , it's that bad... With that said if they put some love back into the premises they could get some people through the doors. Get some live bands and a cleaner and I reckon you could see a turn around.

Service was great, highly recommended. Special mention to the manager Heather, was terrific service - she was very helpful. Will definitely come again.

Prices are a bit up there, but excellent bar staff, amazing service and a homey feel. Check it out for sure !!

Pizza came burned and had to be replaced chicken wings were taken from table then brought back after not realising order was correct and chips took half and hour to get to the table and were the last things to arrive which doesn't make sense. Do not ever eat here.

Nice place. Staff are warm. Pokies not so much. Large space, with multiple bars, gaming and quiet seating areas for an intimate drink. Recommended, 6.5-7 put of 10.

I recently had the pleasure to go VIP Lounge and i must say it was an unforgettable experience, thanks in large to exceptional management of lounge by Asmat . I was impressed by level of professionalism and attentiveness bought to table by the manager. Lovely experience, thanks Asmat ❤️

Great staff would rate u all. Heather is fantastic. Not just a pretty face but always on point with her service and friendly banter. Lisa is always good for a laugh and never without a smile. Thanks team for always making us feel at home. Fantastic chicken wings.

Great pub to have a drink as it's clean, comfortable and has been extensively refurbished since I last went there many years ago. Sadly, it doesn't have a kitchen and has only a short menu of "pizza and bar snacks". However, if you want food, the Lone Star restaurant is next door.

A really good pub the service is amazing love that the staff can take a joke and have really good banter espescially Heather she had great service which makes the place very inviting and a good place to have a good night out and a drink with friends.

A nice place to have a drink and grab a meal it's a delight to go there quick service and you can have a drink and play poker machine's staff are very polite 5 star's guys
