We stumbled across this venue when we encountered an issue with the Suite Lift, and were not able to contact the Suite reception which was disappointing.
Note: The Hotel and the Suites are not connected, luckily Jeremy from the Hotel was able to fix the lift issue 🙌
Food and service are outstanding, great atmosphere and staff.

Went for dinner at 5:30 and was turned away because that time slot was “booked out” walked past the bistro 15 mins later and the staff are standing at the bar laughing between themselves. There were 4 tables seated 😳 sat in the sports bar and food was okay, steak was over cooked and the “salad” was some lettuce and dressing, however the lady behind the bar was fab.
The staff look like they are on holidays already.
I was super excited, but I definitely don’t recommend.

Venue is pleasant and staff friendly,
but food is ordinary. I had the fish of the day which was dry and overcooked. My husband had the lunchtime steak which was tough & chips were overcooked. Expected better standard for the price charged.

The venue looks amazing . Beautiful and clean and open. I felt like menu was limited though however loved the atmosphere and staff and parking available downstairs.

Thank you to all of the staff at the Bli Bli Hotel who helped make my mum's 80th celebration so memorable. A special thank you to Stephanie throughout the booking stage and to Ebony on the night. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was ample, fresh and very tasty. The room was set up beautifully and all audio and visual went smoothly. Would highly recommend this beautiful function room and the Bli Bli Hotel.

Staff are amazing. They went out of their way on a busy night to cater for our large group. Fast, polite service. Food was good. Kids room kept the little ones entertained.

Outstanding service from Jeremy and the team! This iconic venue puts Bli Bli on the map and has so much to offer.
The venue has only just opened and the food and service was spot on! Chefs all seemed happy to be there too 👨🏻🍳
We can’t wait for some local live music and excited to see what this place will do in the future.

Nice venue visually but the noise levels are a really issue. The hard surfaces reflect sound so to start, turn the music off in the dining area. Food was average & the young staff are great but need a lot more training. You never clear plates before the last person is finished. Basics.

Newly opened Bli Bli hotel has a fresh welcoming design to it. Spacious rooms with lots of beautiful details means it feels like an occasion to be dining here.
Keep the kids occupied in the play room with gaming options like FIFA while you enjoy a good range of local
craft beers or hit the decent cocktail selections. Staff are friendly and accomodating.
Seniors will love the $16 menu options available on presentation of seniors card. Good selection of aussie classics steaks, burgers as well as tasty pizza offers.
This is a great addition to local Bli Bli area and great trip out all family members. Undercover parking and a lift give it top marks for accessibility.

My son wanted to go to the bli bli hotel for his birthday lunch. The hotel itself looks beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately we were really let down today and won’t be returning. I don’t write reviews on here but I felt the pitiful quality of the food warranted it. We all know it’s not cheap to live currently, so going out for a meal is a special occasion. I expected more than frozen fish and calamari, and a parmy the size of a kids meal. After realising a meal we ordered had a cream sauce which I cannot eat, there was no solution given. We got the feeling that none of the staff really knew what was happening. We left feeling underwhelmed and hungry. A really beautiful spot for a drink, but I wouldn’t be returning for a meal.

Many thanks go out to Holly, who is hands down one of your best staff members. She’s always willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. She’s an exceptionally talented individual with extensive knowledge when it comes to customer service and overall bar service. Her broad knowledge when it comes to making cocktails is something to be noted too. She’s an asset, that you don’t want to lose!!!

It took 3 different waitresses to take our order for 4 people. The main meals arrived around the same time but the desserts arrived 20 minutes apart. Seemed to be a little unorganised.
The ambience is such that you can’t have a conversation at your own table without raising your voice. The chicken parmigiana I had was a bit dry on this occasion. Should have been better for $30.

I dined on my own and had the pear, blue cheese, pancetta, toasted quinoa salad with crispy chicken and it was divine! The best meal I've had for ages. A glass of HOH sauv blanc topped it off!

Guys, I need to be honest here, the management is terrible at this location. We have tried to attend three times and only successfully eaten here once. We have been turned way and tonight they refused to even take our money although we were happy to wait. I understand there is a demand in the kitchen, however, the response from the manager was appalling upon trying to pre pay.
If this were my company or investment, I would want someone to tell me this was happening. I hope you can rectify this moving forward to avoid loss of revenue from bad team members, especially in management.

From the minute we walked in we were seen, such an important thing which so many hotels miss! We were welcomed by Sam (love name tags!) and he apologised for delay as all the tables were full. We expected this and were happy to wait and check out the sports bar. When our table was ready Sam came and found us and set us up, explained everything and gave us time to read the menu. We were then greeted by Amelia who took our order from the table, something again that is missing in other food establishments. We sat in a beautiful atmosphere enjoying our drinks and after a time were presented two beautiful meals, pub standards, a parmi and a steak….. cooked to perfection!!!
Could not fault a minute we were there and definitely will be back. Exactly what Bli Bli needed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was ok, staff seemed a little green. family left with feeling not a good vibe for the place and would not return. I ordered salmon but believe it was a white fish. Was nice though so didn't say anything.

First visit to this new local hotel, and not in a hurry to return. Weekday lunch, so venue wasn't full, but sooo very noisy in the dining area. We were told our orders would be taken at the table, but had to flag down someone after 30 minutes, and then still waited a while before someone came to take our order. Food okay.

First visit to the new establishment. Overall the venue has a fantastic vibe and design. Bars were easy to use and fast service. Dining the same. We booked a table and had a great spot outside. Food was as expected. Steak OK and parmis the same. Only downside was a hair in my coleslaw. Always off putting but understand it happens. Did put me off my meal. Otherwise worth the visit.

First time I went, ordered a schnitzel and got a parmy. When I told the guy that wasn’t what I ordered he replied ‘well it’s close enough’ and walked away. It was cold too.
Decided to give it another go today and much better. All the staff were really friendly too

First time dining here today. Beautiful venue, attentive staff, great coffee, but the food... My sons enjoyed their schnitzel/ Parmas, and the portions were generous. Don't order the Wood- fired vegetables though. They seemed quite black. Some were burnt, and others not cuttable, or chewable. The beetroot puree was sickening.

First time at the hotel , went today Saturday at 2pm, the hotel is beautiful inside. Ordered 2 drinks after waiting for bar staff to stop chatting with each other , after the Manager said to attend the bar.
We then proceeded to order a meal, we ordered chicken wings after paying for the meal they came and said out of chicken wings , so we changed order to Calamari and chips, the food arrived late , we order 2 meals , they forget the 2nd order of calamari as 4 people dining .
I complained then they quickly cooked the meal.
The calamari was 4 rings only and a serve of chips.
I said is this a child’s meal and they said no.
I was totally amazed and so was our other friends.
Both meals had only 4 calamari rings at first we laughed we asked the manager and his reply they are good quality calamari rings.
4 only calamari rings for $20 meal.
The service the food was terrible
I will not be back nor would I recommend this hotel.
I don’t do reviews and thought hard about if I should post this but I thought I needed to as only way to maybe see if this hotel gets better.
I will add in closing the female manager on that day was trying very hard to please us and admitted the staff very new and young.

First class venue. Meal selection as good as I’ve seen anywhere. Quality proportion and presentation perfect. Prices were better than many other venues of this type. Staff were mostly young but obviously very well trained to a high standard. Highly recommended venue.

Fantastic NEW venue, teathing issues well and truly gone making this a great social and family venue for drinks and meals of every dietary requirement. Layout and seating is spacious so you feel free to relax in the great surroundings. Car parking underneath with elevators or stairs keeps your attire looking fresh as, for your fine dining experience that will have you, friends and family returning time and again.

Disappointing when they serve up overcooked & burnt food. The scotch fillet was overcooked (asked for medium rare and got medium well, dry and chewy); the glazed pork belly was burnt to a point that each piece looked like charcoal blocks; the lunch steak had a strange soy/marinate glaze to its surface, as if it was thrown onto the grill where other marinated meat have been.
We were not asked how our food were, so we proactively raised our concerns to a male staff when he came to clear the table. Instead of listening & apologising for the poor quality meals served, he offered the reason for why the dishes were that way instead. He explained that it is hard for the chef to control the temperature of the flame grill, that some may like their food more charred. He further noted that given the problem with the grill, they will be removing the pork belly off the menu soon...
The atmosphere was ok, but the tables are quite cramped and payment is made at time of ordering.
We will not be going there again.. Would not recommend this place.

Dinner and drinks in the Bistro.
An awesome venue, bright, airy and well set out with a relaxed modern theme. A very comfortable dining experience with plenty of tables and space. The kids playroom is well positioned and offers plenty of visibility.
The food was delicious, well cooked and presented. Staff were very polite and friendly and the service overall was very good. (Tables need to be cleared a little faster)
A top venue in a great location. We will definitely be back asap. Undercover parking and a lift are even more icing on the cake.

A party of five people and all commented they didn't enjoy their meals. Fairly pricey for very average food. Our table was extremely close to the table next to us so there was little privacy and when going up to the bar, squeezing through the tiny gap felt awkward invading their space. Flies were terrible. Spent the whole time waiving them away from food and our faces. Fairly noisy. Nice and modern venue with friendly staff but unfortunately would not recommend.

A beautifully appointed establishment with a well thought out layout.
Perfect for families.
We enjoyed lunch on its first Saturday open and we were impressed with the service, the menu, and quality of the food.
Highly recommended.

95% food court tables and chairs. 5% cozy comfy seating.
Scones heated in the microwave. Cream from a spray can (how difficult is it to whip some fresh cream?)
Chai latte made from instant chai powder and overly sweet.
