Went for a private function and had the best time. The big wood smoker was on so we couldn't go past ordering the smoked meat platter. We were a large group (around 30 or 40 people). Food came out quick and was delicious. Wait staff were a bit stressed but lovely.

We had an engagement party there on the weekend with platters. Better than expected - very nice! Service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Was well set up except they had the numbers wrong and so too many tables. Food was generally good, though 4 people had to send their meals back.
The knife provided to cut the cake was so blunt it ruined the cake.

Tried to get a table, however were told because we did not have a booking.
They were booked out.
Really disappointing as from the reception, doorway and outside area, I counted at least 20 empty tables.
Totally understand the need to book, but when they had so many empty tables.
Clearly they don’t require anymore business 🙃
We won’t be back.

The team were absolutely under the pump when we visited last night, a full venue, plus a wedding to cater for. The team remained friendly and prompt. Well done Blue Mountain team, we had a great evening and our meals were beautiful!

Staff who handled the reception we attended were great.
Drink ordering for table service was a breeze and so easy.
Food was good, steak dish was the best and delightfully cooked. The salmon dish was nice except the rice wasn’t cooked enough and still crunchy. Kind of a weird combo though of coconut rice with tomatoes? Was nice but I wouldn’t order it again. Other than that could not fault the night and experience.

Staff were sour and unfriendly except for one young lady who was assistant manager and one young fellow.
Paid $42 for a medium rare steak that was so chewy half of it couldn't be eaten. Chips were half cooked. Others had fish that tasted muddy.
Beer was cold and drink service was good.

Sorry to say the service was hard done by us sitting out on the furthest table and not knowing the table number when ordering, which was written in pen on the side of table, silly me, see image. Ordered brisket burger, received roast brisket on long bun, hence dry as .With a burger which traditionally is well known for minced meat, you have fat content to moisten the meat. Had limited sauce and salt with chips on it. Got tomato sauce as it was so dry and bland. We left half eaten.

Selection of beers on tap was really good and the bar staff were lovely. Unfortunately that is where the pleasure of the night ends. The “Smoked Brisket burger” was nothing more than some sliced silverside and far too much BBQ sauce, zero flavour on the meat whatsoever.
The chicken parmi which surely isn’t that hard to mess up, well think again, I was greeted with a soggy schnitzel, with some uncooked and very very acidic marinara sauce that had been clearly slopped out of a jar with some unmelted cheese. Very unpleasant experience, do not come here for a meal.

Quite a nice venue with some decent food, if you're after a reasonably priced meal that doesn't disappoint with a great view and cheap drinks then this is a place to try. Would be great for events and catching up with friends. I definitely recommend the onion rings they were amazing.

One of the best meals I have had! I ordered a simple rump steak with a side of calamari. All cooked to perfection! Amazing undercover outdoors area with a view of the mountains. Will be back again

Nice place, but could be better. Food was mediocre, particularly the wings. It was a big serving but not very nice. Served as complete wings, which is weird. Pretty much everywhere cuts them into peices these days, but not here. It would only take some prep! Some sauce or flavour would be nice also

Im not usually one to post a bad review came here for my mums birthday was really excited as i heard really good things about this place since the renovations, however i was let down mine and three other peoples steaks were overcooked the only thing really good about these dishes was the sauce and the chips, one of the steak dishes had a rib topper and usually ribs fall off the bone however you couldnt even cut through to get the meat off as for my mums dish for what we paid the barramundi was fairly small and quite bland. Not once did they check the meals see how everything went even when they collected the plates from the table, Really disappointed.

I had my 30th birthday at the Blue Mountain, and everything was exceptional! We were booked on the lower deck, however due to weather, it was moved into the sports bar.
Tracey had everything decorated and set up perfect, meals were great and staff were friendly and more then happy to help.
Would recommend anyone to talk to Tracey about having a function at the Bluey!

Hosted my sisters 21st birthday and the venue was awesome. They made it pretty in her favourite colours and the platter food was delicious. Really reasonably priced and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff and lovely environment! We enjoyed lunch on a weekend and overall experience was wonderful. We ordered food through the QR scanner and paid online. It took no longer than 15-20 minutes to get the food to the table. Food was yummy and well presented. Outside view was astonishing. It was a lovely experience and thank you whole team.

Heard good things about this hotel.
I ordered the smoked Rib- very disappointed- more bone then Rib- would not have been 150 grams of meat. Was asked twice how the meal was - I said not much meat - they both said they would tell the chef. (Didn’t see them again)

Had lunch here with some workmates. The meals were appetising and well presented.
After lunch we went around to check out the new bar area. It has a good cross between modern and old style bar/saloon. Plenty of big screen TV's with sports and a good variety of beers on tap.

Had a wonderful dinner with the family at Blue Mountain. Food was delicious which included, burgers, steak, chicken, fish and salads. Service was polite, quick and professional. The atmosphere was lovely, after dinner we moved outside and had a few drinks overlooking the valley.

Had a great meal there today. Prices were great. Service, view and atmosphere were all excellent. Was nice to sit outside in the shade on a warm day. 5 stars

Great venue! Delicious food, reasonable prices, prompt service, excellent staff, and beautiful views. What more could you ask for? Actually I have to add even the chairs were really comfortable plus there was plenty of parking. 😊 Our group of six had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch and we will definitely be back.

Great location; classic pub experience.
Stopped in for a few drinks and light snacks. Ordered the salt & pepper calamari share plate and a side of chips. A minor glitch with the app meant a slight miscue with the drinks order, but all in all a pleasant experience. Something to note for later in the year, the outdoor area overlooking the Lockyer Valley is a great place for summer drinks with friends.

Excellent venue. We had a birthday party and it was set up beautifully. We couldn't fault the food or the service. Very happy customers.

Called in for a bite to eat. Nice and easy to get to and plenty of parking.
Nice area out on the lawn at the back of the hotel with seating and umbrellas that is pet friendly. 👍
Fast table service and cold beer.
Only thing was the food was a little cold when it came out, the chips were hot but that's it. No the less the meal was nice and tasty, next time, hotter would be even better.
We will be back.

Beautiful surroundings with a backdrop of mountains, food was fabulous, an they have a menu for kids, seniors, and of course a menu for those who like more on there plate. So win win all round

Attended the show and shine show. Used the facilities of blue mountain and found food reasonable but not inspiring but service extremely lacking. Was busy but not expecting though. Was borderline rude and lack of acknowledging. Our family were regular eaters here but time and time again issues with food and more so staff issues stopped us. Luckily plenty of other places to chose from

Asked for gravy with my $85 plate that I ordered on the app.
No option for gravy.
Wanted me to get up and go inside and pay for a tiny amount of gravy.
Pork bites were dry.

A group of 20 of us went here for lunch today. Although the hotel was very busy we could not fault the food or service. Excellent in every way!
