Wonderful food but even better service and with a smile 😊 highly recommended, plus the Pina Colada is superb!

We used to love coming to this restaurant, but this time we were very disappointed due to the poor service. Arrived at 8pm and was still waiting for our entree at 9pm. We had no sooner finished our last mouth full of these, when the waitress clearing our plates asked if we would like our mains. We said we'd like to wait 10 or 15 minutes, and were told that we had no choice as the mains had been cooked and the kitchen was closing. We said we weren't very happy, but she just shrugged her shoulders - no apologies or anything. Have to wonder whats happened to this restaurant. Seems like they're now more interested in catering to their not very pleasant staff than rather than their paying customers. Definitely won't be recommending them to anyone anymore.

Went there Saturday night 13/4 took mum and my sister out for tea all three of us commented on their meals and they were great and very well priced no dearer than the Aussie very great service I'll be going again must have a real good chef

We had booked to sit outside but they changed there mind on that, then we ordered the steak and it was almost uneatable.

We celebrated my niece's 21st last night and enjoyed the most amazing evening at Rosie and Johnny's wonderful restaurant. The food was delicious but the service was outstanding. Warm and friendly, it was like being wrapped in a Nonna's hug. It's our go to place for family celebration. Thanks guys you've done it again!

We always have a great experience when dining at Bohjass. The food is beautiful and the service is really friendly.

Waited over 2 hours for mediocre food, an open souvlaki. Staff were nice enough and I’m grateful I didn’t have to pay after such a wait. Won’t be going back though and wouldn’t recommend to others.

The food was very good, The dislike is for the delay and for communication. Ordered at 8pm and did not get my meal until 10:40pm. I was no longer hungry and tired and wanted to leave. At no time was there communication, sorry for delay Etc. upon mentioning my objection in paying the only answer given were excuses not apologies.

Since the new owners have taken over August 2016 the menu and service has been fantastic. They were very attentive to our table and catered for my fussy kids menu changes. Best drinks mixed and cocktails I have had in a long time.

Pasta was overcook, it wasn’t al dente. The salmón dish is also salty due to the olives.

My partner and I had our wedding at Bohjass on the weekend, and it was the best night of our lives! From the first day we met Johnny and Rosie we knew we made the right choice, they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make the night as special as they could. The set up was spectacular, the food was amazing and the service was exceptional. We spent the whole night laughing and dancing with our family and friends and the night went by so very smoothly. We will most definitely be coming back to dine at Bohjass or even to pop in and say hello because Johnny and Rosie will be forever in our hearts! 😊

I booked a table outside on Saturday for my husband birthday 3 week previously and it was confirmed by email, only to get there and be told there is an event outside and that we were no longer able to sit outside. It would have been nice to have been informed before we arrived.
Our meal was absolutely terrible, we asked for medium rear steak, sadly my steak was not eatable and left to the side if the plate.
We have been to Bohjass several times before with the previous owner and had such a great time. Sadly we will not be returning not a great experience at all.

Highly recommend. Great spot to eat in Shepparton. Absolutely delicious meals & great value for $$$

Had an amazing experience last night! The owner was so friendly and we felt so relaxed. Food was next level and the drinks were fantastic. Will be going back time and time again!

Excellent parmi! Home made sauce base and hand crumbed schnitzel! And great sides! Chips and salad was great to a tee! Cant express enough a great meal and a great service!!

Disappointing - ordered the crispy duck. Only to be severed raw duck inside that was stuck to the bone, not tender or able to strip form the bone. Staff said that is how they cook it. On the other hand my partner had the steak and it was very good.

Could easily walk by as shop front is just a door. Restaurant is upstairs. Upstairs is nice a old style bar pub vibe. Service was friendly from the girls at bar. Special board and small menu was fine. Had the special of barramundi and meze plate.
Fish was a bit salty and not sure if actually Barra could have been basa or flake quite easily, this was served with 3.5 wedges and a smear of the broccoli puree. Wedges were a bit soft. The chips ordered separately were much better. The lamb koftas were also salty. The dips weren't bad.
Overall nice quiet bar for a Tues night meal.

Brilliant Meal, right on the main street with an amazing view! Lovely staff and incredible, intimate atmosphere! Will be eating here again!

Best food in Shepperton. The decor is charming and the owners, Johnny and Rosie, make you feel right at home. The salt and pepper calamari was outstanding...freshly breaded and cooked so perfectly and tender. The homemade gnocchi with creamy Napoli sauce was excellent and my husband, who loves chicken parmigiana said their's was one of the best he has had anywhere. Good selection of spirits and wine, too. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend if you are in Shepperton.

Average food. Menu seems more pub meal than restaurant. Sauce put on top of fish to ruin any chance of a crispy soon. Dried parmesan served on pasta!? Poor wine list for a self proclaimed wine bar.
Plenty of better options in Shepp for the price.

Absolutely love the atmosphere here, So relaxing. The lamb cutlet was amazing. Rosie is so lovely and welcoming. I'll definitely be back time and time again. Keep up the good work Bohjass staff

45 minutes after being seated our table (one of two tables of customers of the night) one from our party had to approach a very relaxed waitress at the bar for menus and to take our drink orders. 15 minutes later we ordered. 1.5 hours passed without being approached for further drink orders and at at 10pm our meals arrived. My rare steak was very well done. The potatoes were hard inside and very much under cooked. After waiting for 2.5 hours for my meal, and horrible service, I was not in the mood to inform the waitress of my complaints. We all felt the meals were overpriced, the produce cheap and old, and the service frustrating. We eat out locally at least once a week. This was my third visit to Bohjass in the past decade, and will be my last.
