This straightforward hotel is 2.7 km from Commercial Golf Club, 4.4 km from Albury Botanic Gardens and 5 km from Eastern Hill Rotary Lookout. We stayed in the hotel here and also enjoyed dinner here. The rooms were nice clean and comfortable and there is also a swimming pool too and the breakfast and nice and simple. This is a nice place to stop for accommodation or food 😁

Went in for a feed with the family. Good open bistro area and kids liked the playground area but it was on the small side.
Ordered parma and was about a 7/10 in my opinion abit on the small side for what you pay. Staff were great, very bubbly and helpful.
Good spot to pop in for a feed or turn into your new local.

We just arrived and straight away felt comfortable and at home. Very friendly staff. Nice clean room. Pub on the premises. What else do you need. And, 10% off all Bistro orders! Brilliant. We also get a complimentary breakfast. All for $106!! Be warned- the wings are spicy argh

We have stayed her and just gone for dinner a couple times.
Love their indoor pool, room needs an upgrade but is still great.
Plenty of variety for dinner, drinks and great positive service.
My favourite part is the indoor kids room you can easily watch your kids in while eating. Staff are also friendly with the kids.
Will continue to go here.

We got a dirty room. Dirty pillow cases, quilt covers, bed sheets and bathroom as well. Who ever used the stuff before was in the refrigerator and bathroom.
After talked to reception they gave clean room. Their service was fantastic..... But for us rooms wasn't comfortable. We didn't slept well.

We didn't stay over but dropped by for dinner and a couple of drinks. The food was fantastic, prices really reasonable and the staff were so nice and friendly!

We ate in the Bistro. Had the Around the World (think it was named this), it's a '3 level plater' for 2. Was very nice. Only issue were the chicken wings had no flavour.

The Boomerang hotel is excellent value for money and the staff are friendly and provide great service. Although the rooms are a bit dated, they are very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was an additional bonus and there was plenty of choice. I will definitely stay here again on my regulars trip between Melbourne and Sydney.

Stayed here on a couple of occasions. The hotel maybe basic, nothing fancy but had everything in which one could want. The beds were comfortable. Location was a little out from Albury. Noise level was not too bad, despite the hotel being onsite. Enjoyed the free complimentry breakfast that was supplied. Prices are reasonable.

Stayed 2 nights in the hotel. Although the room was semi refurbushed it was bright and airy but still a little tired. The bed was oh so comfy with crisp linen. The shower in the bath wouldn't be suitable for older guests but there was plenty of hot water. The included continental breakfast in the dining room was generous with yoghurt, cereal, fruit, thick toast and numerous condiments.
All in all a pleasant 2 night stay and if you chose to eat in the bistro you had a 10% discount.

Quiet, comfy rooms. Older building but serviceable. Beds are wonderful. Decent continental breakfast in dining room included in a modest priced room tariff.
Bistro at hotel adjacent to rooms or you can order room service.
Good meals. Fast, friendly service.
Not much noise despite location. Easy access to freely if travelling. Other shops close by.
The rooms are on 2 levels so be aware if you have mobility issues around stairs.
Not sure if they have rooms to cater for wheelchairs but the pub side of things is fully accessible.
UPDATE: They have accessible rooms for wheelchairs.

Nice place to relax on a sunday afternoon/evening.
Has an ok kids play area, arcade games and skill testers.
Family friendly areas.
First time visiting, will be back🍻

Lovely meal when it finally arrived except salad wasn't dressed! Best salad combo though I have ever had!!!
And you were allowed to smoke in the pokies, win win!!!

Just had our Xmas buffet lunch. Food, atmosphere and staff were all above expectations. Well done by all of you. Thank you to all staff who gave up their time on this special day to serve us all.
We will be back!!

July 2024 3 nights. Very happy with the room. Bed was comfortable and room warm. The bar staff efficient. The lady at reception was lovely and helpful. Definitely will stay here again. Do recommend.

I've stayed here twice now and mostly love it! Really comfy beds, clean, spacious rooms, and a great breakfast. My only criticism is the breakfast time. It's advertised as being until 11am on weekends on your website, which is a large part of the reason I chose to stay there this time. But when I checked in, I was told it finished at 9:30am - that's a huge difference!
I had to choose between having breakfast, and getting all the sleep I needed. 9:30am seems strangely early as well, considering most hotels/motels offer it until 10am. I hope this is moved to a later time. It would likely affect my decision to stay here in future.
P.S. I appreciate that you guys accept cash - the motel I stayed at the next night, did not!

It is good value for a stay, spacious beer garden and dining area, many things can do on a boring night.
The food was ok, Thursday steak was very good price, chips and steak were good but the veggies I paid extra for were sad for the little served and it was overcooked.

I regularly go for lunches with family and friends, and we always have a great experience. The food is fantastic and always at a great price, and the staff are all lovely people.

I had not been in for awhile. So decided to go an have lunch there. I was blown away by the service. Management amd staff treated me ever so well from the word go. I ordered a roast. Very reasonable priced. Cooked to absolute perfection. Krystal. (The lady behind the bar)or served me a very cold drink. The pub is ideally located on main arterial road. Very clean.Seating is very comfortable. Plenty of parking close by. Highly recommended. I give them 1000 stars today. Just for putting customers first. Will call again

Had a booking for dinner at 8:30 on a Saturday night, showered up at 8, had a drink while we waited for the other guests and tried to order by 8:37, but the manager decided he wanted to close early so he could go out on the town and made our table of 7 leave without dinner. The kitchen shuts at 9. Great birthday! Thanks guys

great value for money. tidy rooms and the included continental breakfast made for an easy morning to get back on the road. Bathroom could do with some updating, glass and shower curtain combo for the shower is not great. Water went everywhere and had to build a wall with hand towels and bath mat. Would stay again if the rooms had a different shower setup

Great hotel with nice, clean rooms. Spacious car park spot out front of your hotel door. Easy check in and liked that late check ins were a breeze as site is manned until late. Staff were nice and area very quiet. Would definitely stay again

Excellent value for money, Very friendly staff, rooms very clean & comfortable and serviced daily. The complementary self serve breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit, cereals, bread to toast & fruit loaf, little muffins, yogurt, tea, coffee & juice. We stayed 5 nights and ate in the pub restaurant 4 of those nights with a 10% discount for those staying. The meals were all reasonably priced, cooked very well and the staff were very efficient and friendly. The bathroom was dated but very clean. The shower over the bath may not suit disabled people & there are a couple of steps up to even the downstairs rooms although I did notice one room with a ramp to it so if you are disabled check before booking. There is an indoor pool but we didn't use it. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Cute room at an affordable price, had everything we needed for the one night. Easy check in and check out and close to all your basics like Coles, petrol stations, maccas, etc

Always a great meal here.
Bit disappointing on Mother's Day evening; I had to actually ask for my complimentary drink of bubbly. No Maitre d seating the Mum's or offering drinks on their special day, which is what usually does happen Mother's Day.
