Wow great place great food.!!!! Hate to write a review. Now everyone will go there its that good!!! huge choices on the menus go and try this for yourselves

We were travelling from Airlie Beach to Brisbane airport and needed a motel to stop for the night. I booked this motel as the reviews were good on booking.com. |When we pulled up I immediately started looking for somewhere else to stay but my husband had been driving for 10.5hrs and was tired so we decided to go with it. |The lady who booked us in was lovely and the air con was effective, there ends my positives!! |The room wasn’t very clean, dusty towels and dirty floors. The pub was very loud and busy. My husband ordered sausage and mash which had been microwaved and he didn’t eat it. I didn’t order food.

We stayed across the road at the van park. Small country pub, live music. Meat try raffles and the meals were really good fair priced and delivered quickly. Staff were great.

Went there for dinner & a couple drinks with some mates. Food was a 10/10!! Cheers to the chef. And the service was lovely and very prompt. Was a good vibe. Thankyou!

Went for lunch. This pub is Maryborough's biggest secret. Lunch was amazing. Delicious food, great portion sizes and very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend the Lammy for a feed.

We haven't been here for a while but gave it a try last night. We got there just after 6pm and were glad we did. People started lining up and I can see why as yhe food was good and the portions quite large. The service is great as well

This is a great little pub in Maryborough! We stayed here and had such a lovely time. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, we had a delicious meal with a nice cold great pint of beer and the accommodation was very reasonably priced. We will definitely be staying here again.

This Hotel is like finding an oasis in a desert. Comfortable cool and practical in every way. The room was clean and had the basics for sure. The proximity of the Bistro to accommodation is a definite plus. The extensive menu is great and let me tell you that the food is delicious, served in an atmosphere of QLD friendliness.
A word of warning to the wise however! If you're not into loud music and noise till the early hours, do NOT book for Friday or Saturday night...🙄

This fairly sums up what a budget motel would be. Getting what you're paying for. Doesn't necessarily make it a bad review but to say it just has the basics and the quality is average. But for me it's just what I wanted anyway as just needed somewhere to sleep. On bigger plus side, the meals were quite generous and good quality. The beds were nice and comfy but suggest bringing your own pillow as ones supplied were average. Customer service was great as I manage to make arrangements with them to order meals after the nightly cutoff. The staff were quite friendly.

The room was clean but a major safety with bathroom door. Self locks and cannot be opened from the inside!

The place was virtually empty whrn we walked in, bar a very noisy Cocky, he didnt stop skwaking, we almost left.... Glad we didn't, by the time we went to order our meal the place was jumping with people, they seemed.to come out of the woodwork. I ordered the Pork Scalopini and my husband ordered the American smokey ribs, both meals were fantastic the only downside was the vegetables were a bit cold. The pork was so tender and flavorsome

Stayed at the Wallace van park across the road, two minute walk. Didn't look too good from the front but was packed inside. The food was amazing, well priced, quick and absolutely delicious. The best parmi we've had on our trip!! The girls behind the bar have to be commended, they were friendly, fast, remembered our orders and just looked happy to be there. What a well run and organised pub! Definitely recommend to everyone!!

Stayed across the road at the Blue Shades mot el but popped in for dinner on two nights. Must say the chicken parma I had was one of the best meals I've ever eaten-- and that's saying something. Simply DELISH and will definitely be going back there if we come up again next year. My friend's steak (not sure which of the three on offer) was also fabulous-- thick, tender and juicy with that wonderful char grilled taste. Top marks to this grill!

Old style Queensland country pub in Maryborough that provides good, old fashioned service (and icy cold beer) based on courtesy and a smile. I had meals there on 2 consecutive nights when in town for business and have to say that if I've had better food in a country pub, I can't remember it. Plentiful, delicious, great value and a wide choice available. I travel to Maryborough a few times a year and this is my new "go to" for dinner.

Mothers day place was packed with family groups but delivery of food went smoothly.
The food was well presented and was very nice to eat. Seating in restaurant is a bit old fashion but it is a pub setting but tables and chairs are clean. The have invested in a new carpark out back, so they can accommodate more cars.

Last week I went with my friends and we all are very happy with the service. Food was very delicious and staff was very friendly. Price of all food items also budget friendly. Have a great time in hotel, Would surely come back again.

I had an absolutely delicious parmy at Lamington Hotel. The flavors were fantastic, and it exceeded my expectations. The overall experience was enjoyable, with good service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Happy to travel from Hervey Bay to Maryborough just for dinner here because the food is always amazing and the staff are exceptionally helpful. This pub has old-school standards for service and deliver on great meals. Highly recommended!

Great staff - so friendly and helpful. Due to the COVID distancing restrictions we couldn’t eat in the bistro but we were able to get take aways. Pokies were back on and the motel looked fairly full. Lovely cold beer

Great pub with exceptional staff and excellent value for money. I love that they have a bottle shop, accommodation and a delicious bistro! A must for all who are looking for a short or longer stay, or simply want to have a punt on the new pokie machines. Suitable for families, couples or the solo traveller. A definite must for those traveling through Maryborough or want a friendly place to visit!

Go BRITTANY best bar staff EVER...this person has personality, professionalism, sass, THE HARDEST WORKER ever, nothing is too much trouble, Brittany is GOLD in these times when no one wants to work. A true legend who cares about each person who walks in the door. A staff member who makes punters want to stay.
So we did. We booked the hotel accommodation for the night, solely because of Brittany's friendly manner, thanks Brittany you are a STAR! Thank you so very much. Being nice is hard to find. We will now stay for the markets tomorrow to spend in this lovely town. Danny and Suzy x

Felt 3 stars was warranted as the food is delicious, staff very friendly and good location. Downside is DO NOT GET ROOMS 7, 8, 9 OR 10. there is a machine RIGHT OUTSIDE them that goes on and off ALLLLLL NIGHT. It's loud and clunky and you will NOT sleep properly unless you are a very VERY heavy sleeper. Very disappointed in this being RIGHT OUTSIDE living quarters. There's a whole car part it could have been put the other side of, surely.

Excellent meal as usual. Doesn't get much better around Maryborough. Haven't used there rooms only there for the top notch food.
