Well situated pub. Has a good vibe and friendly service. It wasn't too busy on my visit, got food and drinks quickly. Drinks are a bit pricey, but that's the same everywhere in the city.

Very historic hotel, busy, happening place, great vibes and music. Food tasted lovely, presented well on the plate, good customer service heaps of open areas to eat and drink. Great roof top bar 😊😊😊

Standard pub food. Nothing spectacular.
Service was just fine.
The food we ordered, such as the steak, pizzas, and burguers, was quite average.

So I came to this bar just to have a good experience with my mates, but happened to leave with one of the best kisses in my life. She easily made top 5 and was comparable to ice cream on a hot day. Food and drinks were also good.

Really interesting building with so many different places to hang and chill. I can't tell you how many different bars there are. We went into balcony and sat and enjoyed watching people on street. The gin and tonics were a good price but lacked gin.

Popped in whilst waiting for our dinner reservation nearby.
pub vibes it was Saturday and was very busy . Toilets could do with a bit of TLC , kid friendly, staff were pleasant and cheerful.
They had good Beer on tap incl Stella 🍻.

Jenton the Assistant Manager was extremely rude to my Mother in Law for absolutely no reason at all when she went to pay for our drinks. Due to this, I would NEVER return to this bar. Disgusting way to treat customers.

Huge shout out to the Brass Monkey for a fantastic Saturday night. Callum, Adrian, and the team couldn’t do enough for us. Accessibility wasn’t a problem and with all the support and all friendly smiles we received. Patrons were chilled and jumping up to help. The music was pumping and we have found out new fav hangout.

Great venue - really big selection of drinks and a great menu. During happy hour, arancini balls are $1! Great atmosphere, really good service.

Great service and friendly staff. One of us ordered the cheeseburger sausage rolls but unfortunately couldn't eat as they were a little spicy for us. Daniel quickly apologised and offered us a complementary dessert, which was fabulous! Thank you so much Daniel for your outstanding service! 😀

Great pub in Northbridge, excellent wide variety of rooms, areas & bars, interesting decor, some fireplaces lit in cooler weather which is great.
Big range of sports TVs yet some strangely showing duplicate content when could be showing something else useful. Filthy cigarette smoking is almost encouraged offering 2 separate smoking areas- disgusting in this day & age.
Other than that, well worth calling in!

Good spot to kick off the night or watch the football. Only disappointment was the chicken nuggets. Might be cheap but some had zero chicken and others barely any.

Good pub, good friendly staff behind the bar. It’s just a shame the security are bullies and liars. If you want to relax and enjoy yourself stay clear. The security are trouble makers.

First time in Perth saw the Brass Monkey open for lunch so decided to go there, we walked into an old establishment which in it's time would have been beautiful, we walked upstairs and decided to sit outside on the balcony for the view, we got a bit of shock when we saw how much of a tilt was on the balcony and surprised it would be up to the building codes. We ordered lunch a garlic bread, steak meal, chicken burger and the pulled beef baguette. We waited over twenty minutes for anything to come which for steak we thought was a reasonable amount of time, we literally got a plate with hard chard broccolini a few small potatoes and a piece of rump $38 and I received my chicken burger a handful of chips the burger was two pieces of deep fried chicken with slaw slapped in a bun $24. The broccolini wasn't cooked through it was raw and steak had grissle through it also nothing was seasoned the chips were plain after receiving those meals it was another ten minutes and I walked downstairs to see were the rest of food was as the two youngs lads putting out the food looked confused and flustered as an influx of patrons had come on so very understaffed for a Friday lunch I finally got help and the rest of my food which when we finally got to eat it it was cold and tasteless. The only good outcome of it all was the lad called Benny who was so apologetic for the wait. Overall expensive tasteless food and wouldn't recommend it for the food.

Everything was great. Food, drinks, and ambiance, only negative, was in customer service of a youngster. He was a bit rude and wasn't living to BM's reputation. other than that, I enjoyed every minute of it. 👍👍

Don’t like leaving bad reviews, but feel like this one is important to share. We attended a quiz night and ordered Karaage Chicken. It was not just undercooked, it was pink, raw chicken. Staff handled situation very well, offered refund and free drinks, but me and my friend still ate a few pieces till we realised that something was wrong. Hopefully no food poising.

Benton!!! I believe he’s a manager. Amazing if he is! If not, y’all should really give him a pay raise. Either way, GIVE HIM A PAY RAISE! Absolutely terrific serves!!!!

Bar staff are amazing, extremely professional and polite, the man I mostly interacted with was Robin, he was extremely polite and had great attention to detail remembering our exact order which was 5 different drinks.

A fixture in Perth, the place to have a beer or order a pub feed if you're new to town and don't have a proper local to go to. Has not changed in 25 years bless their hearts. Very consistent, service was good on a Saturday evening when we visited.
Edit: Easy tiger, I said the service was good.

Adrian and Eva + the team. Managed to resolve a order issue immediately and with no stress to our group. Brass monkey has been the local and enjoy coming here often :).
