Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We booked a table for 22 and were put on 2 small tables that fit 12 combined. I ordered the brisket. It was dry and flavourless. The only hint of flavour was the tiny bit of sauce on top.

We went to the Ros Wilson concert. We didn't have any food. Bought some drinks I had a ginger beer and unknowingly it was alcoholic, I don't drink alcohol and didn't know there was an alcoholic version. I particularly picked ginger beer as I thought it was a safe option. Wasn't until I went to get another drink did I found out. Other than that it was a good night out

Went for a birthday dinner and it was great. Service was good and meals came out at a reasonable time. The food was very good, super tasty. A good sized menu as well with a good range of options.

We came with 6 families mostly Filipinos as they advertised the month to be Filipino food. We were told that they had a Filipino chef. We were disappointed with the food, they were not authentic nor traditional. I can understand the want to improvise and make the dish suitable to majority of their customers, but when you advertise Filipino food, make it simply what it is, I’m sure majority of your customers will love the traditional dish more. Most Filipinos like us wants to try because we missed eating our food and just too tired to cook at home. But changing it and mixing it makes it a disappointment. I had the Crispy para (deep fried pork knuckle), the pork itself was bland, the dipping sauce is just too sour no saltiness, the accompaniment is garden salad with no dressing and Java rice (not a Filipino dish), the chef could have put some flavour in the pork and dipping sauce if it was made traditionally, accompaniment should have been Atsara (pickled papaya). My friends had Palabok and sisig, all very disappointed.

Very Small portion for the price of the mains (salmon). Was still hungry afterwards. (First time a main serve has not filled me up).
Nice presentation but not enough vegetables. What was on the plate, cooked beautifully, nice flavours.
My friend had brisket, not as nicely cooked.
For such a large venue, more counter staff needed to take food orders at peak mealtimes. We used the scan menu but it has issues, so you still end up needing to line up.
YOUSING advertised for 9pm.
Didn’t start until well after 10pm.
YOUSING - fantastic musicians and entertainers, funny, talented, work well together as a team.
would prefer to see them perform in the bridgeway music venue, not the beer garden.
Toilets looked newish and very clean.
Good amount of security, not needed, but good for peace of mind.
Price the menu for the location.

The food wasn't as good as it used to be, the salad that came with our meal consists mainly of cabbage with a few bits of carrot it was dry and inedible. Was busy and so were the staff which made them quite grumpy and short with customers.

The first time back at the bridge, in a very long time, was there to watch the magic men show ! We had dinner before we watched the show 😋 and the food was delicious. The only issue of the night was that it was 38 degrees, and the air-conditioning was ridiculous, but I have to give credit they did have a couple of big floor aircons.

The Bridgewater provides beautiful and delicious food from a unique menu.. The service was splendid and they have a great cocktail list to top it off .. It is well worth a trip to the hills for a memorable experience..

Terrible experience. I went up to order and told the lady I needed help deciding between Chicken Schnitzel $26, Pizza $25ish or the Carbonara $32. She recommended a pizza, but I asked what sauce is 'included' with the Schnitzel as that will help me decide. "Gravy, pepper, mushroom, creamy garlic" she said. Ok yep Schnitzel it is with creamy garlic! Got back to the table and realised we were overcharged $5. So I went straight back up and explained to a guy there that I wouldn't have ordered the Schnitzel, would of got something else. He got another guy to come refund me $5. I was confused and explained that I'd like to order a pizza instead as I wasn't told the sauce was extra. We turned around to realise my Schnitzel had just been delivered. That was super quick. So I said not to worry I'll just eat it instead of them throwing it away. I was happy enough now I had gotten the $5 back and spent what I originally spent. Got to the table to see no sauce. Went back up. Was told "I'll do you double gravy but not cream sauce". I said no I'll just change the order then if you cant give me cream sauce, I asked what sauce was included and was told cream sauce. He said "I can add the cream sauce but not for free" and proceeded to reach his hand out to take back the $5. I said no and to change my order. He then finally agreed to bring me a cream sauce but he wasn't happy at all. Acting like you work at McDonald's and the sauce comes out your pay. You guys told me the wrong info and were not accommodating at all to try to rectify it.

such a lovely place! was warmly welcomed when I walked in and considering this was my first time, definately isn’t my last. the food came out in just 10 minutes! all staff were so lovely and is so clean. the atmosphere is amazing and just such a nice place to come and get something to eat. every table is tidy and clean ready for the next lot of people to come in. thank you guys for the kind service and will definately see u guys soon :).

Several roomy dining areas, family friendly dining. Have several events throughout, one of the family friendly event is quiz nights. Lively place when bands are playing, long queues for drinks at bar so best to use the scan app if lining up is not your thing.
Pokies machines rooms are open later and drive through bottle shop next door.
Parking is ample at the side and bright lights for safety when exiting the venue.

Service and food was great. The portion sizes were fantastic. My steak was cooked exactly how I requested it, and the cocktails we asked for were amazing. They weren't on the menu, but they were more than happy to be creative and make what I was wanting. The service was outstanding. My partner had the American burger, he loved it. It was very juicy meat and the flavour was great.

Really good space. Lots of different styles of seating, good entertainment and the food is nice. Comes out quickly, usually selections on the menu and drinks from the bar. Clean and airy, hope to be back soon.

Never been before and was a little skeptical... but was pleasantly surprised! Food at bar was delicious and then the function area for the gig was excellent! Carpet floor, big bar and good sized dance floor 👍

It's been 20 years since I've been to the Bridgeway but I'd like to eat there every night after what I was served. Absolutely bloody beautiful. Crowd around the toilet area was a bit disconcerting but cannot take away from the 5 star meal. My 2 sons had to help us with our meal after devouring their kids meals.

I ordered a full rack of spare ribs 1st one they bought out looked nice, NOT EVEN WARM. I asked if they could reheat it, after some time they bought me out a different one smaller and burnt to a crisp. I ended up leaving in disgust. Rang up the next day and the venue manager basically called me a liar said that they wouldn't have given me a different one told me that the HEAD CHEF wasn't on that day said she would follow up and get back to me. One week later NOTHING !!!!!

I just went to have dinner with the family and friends. We all left disappointed compared to about a year ago since our last visit. My 300g brisket was small, came with cole slaw (without dressing) half a corn on the cob and two slices of brown bread. It was a big disappointment. Also, a weird combination of ingredients! Who serves up a brisket with dry brown bread and a dry lump of cabbage? They have changed their menu and it's not for the better. It used to be served with gravy and mash potato, which was what I thought I was getting. This sitting, all servings were small and for some reason, came with cabbage "salad". The food used to be good value, sadly not anymore. We won't be eating there again

I had my partners surprise birthday party. The food was amazing. Staff was very helpful. And the place is soo beautiful. Loved the food. Everyone enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

Had dinner there on Mother’s Day. Ordered the Cajun NT Barrumundi. Received the tiniest piece of fish which was cooked well on a small bed of rocket and some sliced pear. For $34.00 and was on the special list, extremely disappointed. Had to go and eat again after.

Had a great meal here last week. We were after the lunchtime rush but well before dinner. Staff went out of their way to make us welcome. Anthony in particular was extra good in helping us choose from an extensive menu and ensuring our meal was top notch. We added a generous tip, but were disappointed to find out this is not passed on to the staff! They’re the ones who either make people want to come back or not.
All in all, good value for money. Keep up the good work. And thanks again to Anthony.

Great place, great meals , lots of options.
Enjoyed our night out here for a meal with friends .
Food was amazing on the night we were there , not one complaint at all.
Definitely worth a visit.

Brisket was a little dry and needed gravy or sauce
Roo should have been kept as a fillet not sliced up to keep it moist
Other meals were ok, nothing to be excited about.
Service polite staff which is always nice.

Been a while since I've been there, but drinks very expensive house gin and tonic was not good. Music and show was good, but below average, the free music at front of the house was better and better environment !

Amazing friendly service in the main dining area! Very welcoming. They made sure we were seated in a location that ensured our complete comfort. Great food, the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare as I ordered, just how I like it..and an amaaazing flavour. We will be back.

A cut above most other Pubs. . Great live music and outstanding multiple screens for live music.
The food is not just "pub food". Very good variety and presentation.. . Prices are fair for the quality.
I will return often 😁

Absolutely beautiful pub with great food and excellent service. The schnitzel was amazing. They have a great selection of cocktails and a beautiful beer garden.
