What a great feed and had the best ever beer brewed by Little Green Men, the Uncle Tom Pale Ale. A big thanks to Evan the brewer for a great chat. Phil and Lynn

We rocked up at 3pm hungry, and were greeted with Little Green Men brewing and the largest, tastiest parmigiana. Well worth visiting.

Went for dinner on public holiday. Was busy of course, but because we went early we had our meals very promptly. They were tasty & generous. Friendly service too.

We had no idea how good the Little Green Men beers are until we stumbled across them on Sunday night. So good we back again Monday. Try the local raspberry sour beer or the “hand pump” hop beer. Worth a stop for sure. Ask for Tom Green who does the brewing :)

This is a great pub! It is family run and has a great atmosphere. There's a mix of friendly locals and passing tourists. You should go in for a pint or two.

The meals did not disappoint at the British Hotel Deloraine. Thanks for looking after us so well, and they tasted as good as they look. It was nice to see the bar full as well. Photos, Scotch Fillet, Pork Ribs, and crumbed Mushrooms

Terrific local pub, the likes of which we RARELY see on the mainland. Family run, food hearty, reasonable cost and well cooked. Good beer and mix of friendly locals and odd tourist. I am going back again !!

Super hearty, reasonably priced meals that were really tasty. The beer was great, with a good selection for the craft beer lovers

Seriously the best meal in Deloraine. After a long day, we turned up at 615 for a meal, we were told there's a wait, but we were willing to wait, after all, you go to the places the locals are and here they were. Drinks had outside before the publican told us of a table inside and the band was amazing too. The pork belly was hands down the best I've had in Australia, crunchy skin but oh so tender inside, delicious all round. Other meals were a spiced prawn curry which was equally as flavoursome and chicken fettuccine pasta, so full of taste and a huge serving. Come here and if there's a wait, you wait, trust me, it's worth it. Your soul will thank you.

Pork belly was soooo good. The best meal had in four weeks in Tassie was also excellent value for money. Had a bottle of ninth island sav blanc to accompany which was excellent value. What a great experience.

Pleasantly surprised here for dinner. Wanting a no frills pub meal and was impressed with our meals and reheated price. More importantly, the local craft brewed green men IPA was bloody delightful!

Made a call to book for lunch, phone manners superb. Upon arriving the fella was really nice. The pub was a traditional old fashioned feel at home authentic pub. The meals were filling and great. Could not fault. It was so nice walking into an original pub that doesn't try to be a hippy, yuppy, boomer wine, tapas and everything else in between bar. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great afternoon

It's a nice pub, with good sized meals, it's only 40% more, to drink in, than, to get a take away. They're a nice bunch, of patrons, not looking for, an argument and able, to take a joke.

I drive tour busses through Deloraine quite regularly, and I always come here for lunch. I've never had a bad meal, the food is really tasty and it's incredibly good value. I occasionally enjoy their plate of ribs, however I have become addicted to their biryani, so delicious and perfectly spiced! Highly recommend!

Had standard fish n chips for lunch , fish was fresh and tasty definitely not frozen . Chips were lovely but way too many on plate with only small amount of slaw on side . Was disappointed to receive a can of solo with no glass or ice , I was expecting on tap lemon squash as asked for . Don't think I'm inticed enough to return .

Had a great meal at this venue tonight. A no thrills venue with classic country pub ambiance that does quality meals and tasty in-house brewed ales.

Great staffs, friendly service and brews their own beer !!! Now before I get started, let it be known, their BBQ ribs exceeded far beyond our expectations. I genuinely believe that it's better than the ones at Meat & Wine Co. The pricing was fair and I had absolutely no complaints. Full ribs with chips and coleslaw was $25. Katsu Burger with chips was $15. This was by far the best meal I had in all of Tasmania. Don't ask me how, because I honestly do not know. We stopped here by accident and have no regrets. The beer was bomb - albeit spirits were limited, had some Gordon gin which did the job. Cheesecake was on the underwhelming side of things, but I promise you at $8 - there's not a lot to complain about. Stop here for dinner and you won't regret it. Now that I'm in Melbourne, I can only dream of tasting these ribs again ...

Great local pub. Food was great, we had the squid and buffalo fried chicken burger. Both were great and good selection of tap brews.

Enjoyed a great meal, friendly service and brilliant, premises brewed drinks at this enjoyable spot. Sit outside in the sunshine or enjoy the vintage movie posters in the main area.

BEST PUB FOOD IN TOWN 🥙 My wife and I are staying in town for 2 weeks and we keep coming back here. Meals are huge and fantastic good old fashioned counter meals. Great conversation with staff and locals. Give it a try 👍

after one month road trip of sampling what tassie has to offer; the Old English had the best beer in Tassie and best value chicken parmi. These guys brew their own beer and the IPA is superb. well done to the owners for keeping it real and local.
