Used to be a much nicer place to hang out, moat of the regulars now banned for one reason or another and the venue is always empty with huge jackpots that don't drop..it's sad ..

Two pool tables! Cheap schooners! People in their pyjamas! The cherry on top? Schooner loyalty cards, like those ones that normal people get for their local cafe. It's irresponsible as heck but at least they know their market. Genius. Only downside is that I usually feel pretty unsafe. Avoid eye contact and the pokies section. Shame the bistro is permanently closed, a bowl of chips is usually nice after a few schooners.

Now here is an interesting and surprising venue. Was expecting something pretty rough, but it turned out a very pleasant experience. Very friendly staff, and quite good food. Pokies etc, of course. Not flash, but tidy and clean.

Nice renovated pub for a few quiet beers. Has double glazed windows, comfy stools. Pokies are down one end (if you want them) but the front bar still has charm and the original pressed metal ceilings. Little neat beer garden too.

Meals were large. I had the steak and it was a bit tough, but otherwise generous servings of food and drinks.

I have had a few meals here. The food was great the service was good the company was awesome. The pokies have taken a lot of my money. A friendly place to have a drink with friends. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place.

Had an event here on Saturday 23rd of July 2022 and I couldn’t fault the service! Craig & the team were wonderful, went above & beyond and made the whole process & night stress-free. Would definitely recommend!

Great pub, great beers and friendly staff. What a great way to spend Saturday night. Pity, they have stopped serving food. Had to leave early to get food.

.good to be there while waiting for the bus. Just get a pint,bar stool and a window spot. Observe traffc while awaiting your bus. Terrific. Bar meals are great, good choice, reasonably priced. Beer options are also good.

Good hangout, full of buzz .... on Poker nights.
Modernly renovated inside, all the facilities you can think of.
Drinks are well priced and quite good, however more importantly great atmosphere on the Friday night, which was one of their Poker night.
Well behaved crowd.

Food, regular pub fair, nothing extravagant however consistent, reliable and excellent value for money.
This is a pub full of games machines and from the outside, has the the appeal of a party in office works. BUT.. all that said, I have probably been to this pub more than any other in the last 3 years... People are friendly, what you see us what you get..

First time going to this pub had a decent experience was only there for the pokies was on the pokies for about 2 hours and all I heard was machines going off with people getting features so I don't know any all these bad reviews about the pokies being no good someone won grand jackpot at mechanic I was at 5 mins earlier this is only a review about the pokies so I give it 3 stars will update review once I go a few more times

Excellent friendly services I was permitted to take shots of the place .Wow beautiful interior stunning, Spacey big rooms suitable for all functions celebrations with nice choices of menus list . There's public bar area for live sport of all sorts and much more, good location with all public transport connects from here,Cheers.

Browns is a cosy place for a quiet beer in Coburg. It's not fancy, but it has what counts - friendly staff, reasonable beer prices and good food. Kids can have a bit of space in the back room and footy is on the tele. Good spot to catch up with local mates

Browns corner hotel is a very good place to go to staff are very friendly and polite great customer service me and my wife recommend alot of people to go there it's a great location for anyone that want to come in and have a drink or a snack or have a game of snooker it's worth going there

A week day happy hour from 4 till 6 pm. A reasonable selection of beers, not all on happy hour. I had a happy hour Carlton Draught and a couple of Wood and Stones to follow. The later not on happy hour prices. Friendly, helpful staff and no problems with the punters. Would return again.

Another pub that has struggled a bit post Covid (please get the kitchen back up & running) but it's hard to go past $5 schooners on Saturday arvos while catching some Sport & having a punt!
