Went to dinner for son's birthday with 10 people. A gift he received was a 4 pack of Cans amongst other things. Staff upon seeing the 4 Pack told him he could not have them there and said they would place them in the fridge and to collect when he leaves. When time to leave the manager said he could not have them back. Told them what staff said but did not care. Manager even admitted they made a mistake, and need to train staff. Glad we didnt bring out the Birthday Cake, they might have taken that as well. Wont be going back. Booking other sons 21st Dinner at a different venue. PS Nothing left to discuss. Even Family who had neve been to this venue were disgusted with the treatment. Will not be returning, nor will the Family members. Already booked a different venue for second sons 21st. Manager needs an attitude adjustment.

Went for lunch with my husband and 2 year old. Very family friendly , the enclosed play area is suitable for toddlers and children , well setup and clean.
Food was great and reasonably priced - good serving size. Food came out hot , but not burning so great temp for the whole family and was pretty quick to come out.
The staff were amazing, a special thank you to Adam and Jodie who helped us find a water bottle accidentally left behind .

We had a terrible experience here tonight for my son-in-laws birthday. First it started with them telling us they had no record of our booking, that was fine, they fit us in anyway… We had a table of 9. We made 3 separate orders for our table at the counter. After a short while my son and daughter-in-laws food came out (the rest of us ordered BEFORE them) As they were nearly finished, we enquired where our meals were? We hadn’t even seen the entree yet! It had now been 55 minutes. The table on both sides of us who had arrived after us had both finished. We called the wait staff over and asked where our meals were, he gave us a vacant look and said ‘I’ll go find out’ 5 minutes later and still no update. We again approached the counter and enquired where our food was, nobody was able to give a direct answer! 5 minutes later (and with a very hungry 4 year old) they tell us there was a mistake and our order hadn’t been passed through, another 15 minutes and 3 orders come out, but still no order for the birthday boy (son-in-law) my daughter and my 4 year old grandson. Again we enquired where their food was, again the staff look perplexed! By this time the night was absolutely ruined. They refunded my daughter and son in law and gave them their meals to take home, along with the cupcakes we bought for said birthday. They offered us free desserts which my son and daughter-in-law took up ( the desserts never came!) To top it off, when my daughter got home they had put bacon in the chicken salad that she had specifically requested to have omitted! The whole night was a disaster as they could not seem to get anything right! Very disappointed. Despite asking to speak to the manager, no manager came to our table. We were offered a dinner voucher which they said they would email (I guess we will see if they get that right) at this point I won’t hold my breath.

Unfortunately chips were cold upon food coming out, steak sandwich was average, steak was very fatty and not enjoyable. There was loads of bacon on the sandwich which is never normally bad, but in this circumstance it was. The bread was soggy and just not enjoyable, all round was pretty average!

This is our go to venue for a spontaneous dinner. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Meals are generous and very tasty. It was very busy when we last went (Saturday night) and our meals all came out quickly with very little wait time. Great family atmosphere. We like to support Logan sporting clubs and hotels for meals and Browns Plains Hotel is fast becoming a favourite.

The steaks were amazing!! Never fails us whatever we order here, food is always quick and satisfying. Teisha is always very welcoming and goes above and beyond to make sure we are looked after and we always leave there with full bellies and a smile on our faces. If I could give more than 5 stars for this place I would!! Highly recommend!!!

The family had dinner here a few nights ago and I was a great dinner best chicken parmi I have had in a long time massive amount of chicken and the chips were amazing as well.. highly rated in my books.. keep up the good work and the staff behind the counter were amazing and very accommodating with the kids icecreams after dinner..

Staff are friendly and helpful in customer service. Food is good. Karaoke hosts are generally good. But tonight with new trainee host not so good as it too long setting up and getting the show started. And then once the karaoke got going I found myself waiting for ages just to get to do my first song all because of the trainee host skiped me and put other singers ahead of me. Also didn't appreciate being put so far down on the rotation list when I should have been straight after the very first singer. Karaoke host and running the show needs much improvement otherwise I will not be returning if changes are not made by the backstage karaoke company.

Ordered a Power Salad and it was not what the menu described. It was obviously prefrozen vegetables that were still clumped up and frozen, slimy, bitter and the kale chips as described were cos lettuce. Really gross.

Nothing prepared me for the loveliest of staff I’ve ever met. Friday night was date night and the service and atmosphere was so good that it definitely made for one of the best and memorable double date nights.
The food was perfect and the laughs were definitely not lacking.
Also, just a heads up the roasted cauliflower is phenomenal but huge. Be prepared to take some home. Thank you Browns Plains Hotel.

My partner and I ordered food via doordash and we ended up waiting an hour and a half for our food to get here. We scheduled it for 6:50 and it got accepted at 6:20. By 7:00, we were told that it was going to be another 45 wait. It finally came to us by 8pm and the steak was rare and everything was stone cold and as hard as a rock. We were not impressed at all.

My friend and I had drinks at the sports bar tonight 7/2/24 just before 1900. The lady at the bar was extremely rude, she yelled at us when we ordered our drinks and yelled again as we paid. At the table she came and snatched our bottles and the cutlery that was on the table. After a long day’s work we just wanted a drink to wind down but her attitude made us question our choice of venue. A little bit of courtesy goes a long way otherwise perhaps the service industry isn’t for her.

My family and I had dinner here tonight and both the food and the service was exceptional! We were greeted with a smile and seated right. All our meals came out exactly the same time and they were delicious. After dinner we stayed at our table and enjoyed the great atmosphere while our kids had a ball in the playground. I could not fault our experience. Thank you to everyone who made our night memorable. We will be back very soon!

Mothers day lunch service was very good given that they were super busy food was tasty and good value I had the seniors parmigiana which was a big serve, only downside my food was cold I think it may have been sitting out fir a while before being served.

Lovely place when you walk in, when you order make sure you’re ordering in a group otherwise you’ll get your food like an hour apart. I ordered straight away when I came in and waited an hour for my food. Got my food and didn’t taste very nice was cold and watery

Love love loved our experience!
Booked on a whim for Easter lunch for my little family, love that they honour the "kids eat free" even on Easter, the place was clean, staff was lovely - going above and beyond, we were asked if our food was good, service was fast and great, food was delicious, Easter events were super sweet from the colouring comp to Easter bunny and the egg hunt along with good live music. We had a total ball and it made our day. We also appreciate that they offer to take your left overs home given we have 4 kids and with all the chocolate they ate that morning - that was 4 meals barely touched that would have gone in the bin! Thankyou for not supporting food waste 🙌
Will absolutely be back again.

I went there for lunch, after following the FB page for a while, because it seemed appealing. It was quiet on arrival and nobody was at the front entrance to seat us. We stopped there but no one came. We walked in and seated ourselves. This was fine because I prefer to find my own seat.
There were no lunch specials. The menu prices were average. I ordered one of the parmis. It came out really fast and I was impressed with the size but upon cutting in and taking a bite I realised that it wasn't freshly made. It was dry and cold, like it had been microwaved. The chips were nice. This has put me off returning there. It was disappointing.

I highly recommend this pub, I took my girlfriend there for Valentine’s Day last night & I tell ya what, the chicken parmi there is amazing, the service was fantastic, they were super polite, it’s a family friendly environment for a nice Friday night out & the manager even gave me free flowers to give to my girlfriend while she was in the bathroom. I personally rate this place a solid 9.5/10

I booked a large table last minute (late on Saturday night for a Sunday lunch) for my husbands birthday. When we arrived, the staff had the table setup with balloons etc, much more than I expected.
Food was wonderful, staff were great, play area was perfect and clean. Love that it was shaded as well. They also had an arts and crafts station setup for the kids as well, very family friendly.
We will definitely be back!

Have had 5 days and nights at the Hotel Motel rooms. They are clean and tidy, the meals are excellent fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly courteous very happy and willing to help in any way. Staff are amazing, the staff that have stood out to me are Tam, Kenzie, Mary, and Adam. Always smiling and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back. Had a lunch time birthday for a 92 year old. We were all treated with excellent service. The seniors menu suited us well, with very big helpings. Coffee and our birthday cake were served with obvious pleasure. And we sat a chatted for a good while, being very comfortable with staff leaving us alone. Thanks again. Dennis Moran and friends

Excellent service and food was good the chicken snitzels was great, the Calamari was tender and the lamb ragouh was delicious. Service staff were attentive . The beer was cold and the other drinks were excellent. Lilly was great friendly and polite

Charli's service outshone the meals, even though the meals were great. Charli went out the way to make my kid smile and offered him choices of sauce which he felt very proud to be able to choose. Thanks Charli. You made a little boy very happy!

Caring staff that look happy to be there, so good with kids and delicious food every time! Easy to get to location definitely recommend! Has play ground for the kids that don’t wanna sit still.
