Wow wow wow our meals tonight were absolutely so fantastic I had the large ribs my wife had a stir fry absolutely WOW and such friendly staff great atmosphere we are staying in town a few weeks will certainly be back

We were expecting a standard pub meal on a regional town - but with the $40 steak overcooked, dry chicken for the Kiev and nachos very ordinary (not even beans), it did not meet our expectations. Not going back and would not recommend.

We went on Wednesday night which is Parma night. The food was excellent and big servings.

We stopped in a group of 7 at very last minute last night but staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Plenty of colouring in for the children and the meals were very generous and tasty. Great classic pub meals. We will be back

Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes )meals never arrived) had already asked where our meals are was told wont be long 35 mins later still didn't get the food probably not a bad thing as everyone elses meal around us on other tables looked below average poor quality when they finally arrived. As you can see by there reply they are quite rude definitely wouldn't go back not recommended at all. We ended eating at the wood fired pizzeria down the road where the food and staff were amazing compare the reviews and make your own mind up before eating at buffalo hotel to be very disappointed. Please read there poor quality reviews

Very disappointed this evening, we waited about an hour for our meals. I wasnt going to say anything but after seeing the way the table next to us was treated I felt I needed to, they ordered before us and when ours came out they still hadn't received theirs so they had been waiting well over an hour. Then when they complained about how long they had waited the way they were treated was appauling.
On top of that the meal was below average.

This steak sandwich was the bomb . Don’t change a thing for value for $$ to get your teeth into a tender piece of steak and the flavours were perfect . Will definitely be my go to lunch place in Myrtleford extensive menu lovely bar women and food on the money for value , taste , freshness thanks to kitchen staff . ❤️ Raewynne

This is a country style pub, laid back with classic pub food.
Service is very friendly and I felt very welcome, which is nice when travelling alone.
Food is good and a decent price, staple pub food.
Lots of tap beers to choose from which is great.
Get in early or book as the locals love this place!!

The food at this place was amazing!! I ordered the El Nacho and it was one of the best country parmas I've had. Staff were so sweet, and it was such a laid back atmosphere, a good range of drinks available. Really enjoyed our dinner here and will definitely be back!

The bar staff are so friendly and welcoming at the Buff! Great selection of local wine and large meals. Very friendly atmosphere for children.

Paid $87 for a scotch fillet with surf and turf and a salmon dish (with public holiday surcharge) steak tasted and looked like mince meat. Over cooked. Prawns were inedible and salmon wasn’t served according to the description on the menu. Will never be back.

New ownership but also the first time I've been in and had a great time. Beautiful cut of steak and it was cooked perfectly. Traditional pepper sauce and the option of salad or vege. Bar and floor staff are lovely and welcoming. Already looking forward to going back!

My mate and I decided to go on a spontaneous adventure out towards myrtleford.
We didn't know where to go for dinner and we were starving.
We chose to have a feed at this pub.
The service didn't disappoint!!!
We ordered the cheesy Bacon garlic bread and 2 parmas. The food was 10/10.
The Parma was juicy and the salad was dressed wonderfully. And the pepper sauce was just unreal!!!.
We had a game of pool whilst we waited for our meals.
It's a must visit!!! If you want a decent tasty feed these guys do the job right. Thank you to the team for your efforts to provide a fantastic meal and evening. We will be coming back again!.

Great outdoor, under cover area. Clean, friendly and spacious pub. Fantastic food at family affordable prices.
Wednesday is International Parma Night at a price thats a blast from the past. Caesar Parma is fantastic. Vegies are always plentiful, varied and perfectly cooked.
You'd have to travel a long way to find anywhere to equal the value for money, menu variety and delicious, full-plate food. It's a winner 🏆

Kept the kitchen open for us, a small stuff up with an order, fixed it up and refused the tip instead donating the money to The Children's Hospital.

Excellent service bar lady was so friendly and her son that night! Food was so delicious my kids thoroughly enjoyed it we went for a drink when we got to town and chatted w locals and bar lady. We booked for dinner and it was fantastic

We spent 6 days exploring the high country region and the Buffalo Hotel ended up being one of our most memorable dinners and one of the best parmas we had on our trip. Thanks for having us

Came out with family tonight for dinner and have found our new favourite pub. The staff are nice and the parmas are awesome! Started with an entree of cheesy garlic bread which was absolutely beautiful, only complaint was that there were no entree plates and we couldn't find the serviettes, would be good to have a little serviette holder on the tables. I had the Mexicana Parma, others had the Stockman Parma, the ceaser Parma and the seafood basket. Every Parma was amazing, the chips weren't greasy and were seasoned beautifully and the salad was dressed with a really lovely honey mustard dressing. The salad also used normal iceberg lettuce which was awesome instead of the mixed lettuce. The seafood basket was divine and not at all greasy. Will definitely be back, keep up the good work 😊

A warm welcome from owners and staff. A great selection of local wines and a really delicious meal. The prawn & pork belly stir fry was perfect.

Amazing friendly staff and delicious food! 110% a great experience! Went in for lunch with 8 of us and they only had one chef for the day. Food still came out in good time. Highlight of the trip.
