While the staff are nice here, the food leaves a lot to be desired.

What feed. The chicken parmy is so big it could feed two adults and it comes at a very reasonable price. Value for money. And the new even bigger kids corner is a winner. On the downside the glasses from the bar weren't the cleanest. Overall I would happily take the family back.

We travel down to this beautiful little Club to have lunch on a regular basis. The food is absolutely beautiful, prices are so reasonable, and the staff are amazing. Recommend highly to visit.

Went there for dinner, ordered the surf and turf, steaks were asked to be cooked medium and were over cooked and tough, 2 prawns and 2 calamari was the surf side of the dish. Very little vegetables and mostly chips. Waste of money. The wife is a chef and she said it was very poor for the price.

Very friendly staff comfortable atmosphere, both bar and kitchen service was excellent, we got a lot of good food for a very good price, I will return.

This place has very classic open pub vibe. Decent selection of beers on tap. Food is very filling. Would recommend the chicken parmigiana.

The club and workers are great, however thr new kitchen people have destroyed our lunching experience. Food quality and value has plummeted. Sadly we won't be going back. We used to meet up here for our regular lunch catch up.

Plenty of parking and good atmosphere. Friendly staff and good variety of food available. The salt & pepper calamari was definitely VERY salty. The squid salad came out identical to the salt & pepper calamari - also VERY SALTY ! Thankfully we had a jug of lemon lime and bitters to be able to finish the meal.

It's a long time since we visited the BWC, and we were very impressed with the whole club.
Food in the Bistro was excellent, fresh, well cooked, and nicely presented. It's always nice when the people who cooked the food come out to ask if everything is ok.
Well done, keep it up.

I have only been there once before. It's a hidden gem. Staff at reception was lovely & helpful..
Lunch menu had a lot to choose from. Portions were great. Wait staff were friendly and very abliging. So we will definitely visit again 🤗

Had dinner 1 week ago the new restaurant staff had been operating for one week we were there at opening 5.00pm I ordered the seafood basket then after a while they told me that there was no prawn cutlets for my seafood basket so they said would compensate with extra calamari but only received 3 calamari rings in total
food was ok but not good value for money
my wife had the barramundi it was very dry round edges & not palatable
The bruschetta was supplied with bread rolls to serve yourself & tasteless should be sourdough bread with the mix on the bread
For persons who operate more than one food business they should be more savvy in the operating of a restaurant & the needs of the customers
We would be having second thoughts at eating there again in the near future

Great little club. Plenty of areas to enjoy a beer. Bistro is excellent. 5 x $10 lunch specials at the moment.

Great atmosphere. The bristo has a good menu to suit most people's taste buds. The staff are very friendly.

Good beer. Then generally down hill. Bistro was a celebration of mediocrity. Two lovely bar staff & one very poor bar person (man). He was unfriendly, inattentive, went outside and smoked and then came back each time to clear tables STINKING of cigarette smoke. I’m a local and EVERY time I give this club a go it disappoints.

Food is delicious and reasonably priced, staff were wonderful too! Great atmosphere and love all the different events they have on (comedy show, raffles, bands etc)

First time here. Very impressed with the Covid19 hygiene. Best Ive seen so far😊. Service was fantastic all around, food great and Noah from the bistro was exceptional. The best ice cream Sunday😊. Will be back.

As a visitor to the area, we were looking for good home style meals and found it at Billy’s Bistro
The food was delicious and well worth the reasonable prices.
The staff are fantastic and so helpful even with unusual requests.
In fact, all the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Thank you for making a dinner a pleasurable one.

An honest club with decent facilities and a warm atmosphere, menu is pub food, decent but unremarkable. Strong supporters of the local community, through raffles, good odds on winning a meat tray, 100% chance you'll put money into the local area's sports clubs.

AMAZING! Beautiful, lovely customer service. The best place I’ve been to the serving were big and they come to you and offer a take away container. Definitely coming back. We got the normal chicken schnitzel and the butter chicken schnitzel both with mash and veg.

After choosing to dine at Opal’s Restaurant - we were shocked to find only a single vegetarian option on the menu. Even after polite conversation with the chef, it was made clear to us nothing further could be done to accommodate a vegetarian diet.
While the remainder of the menu was limited in choices, it is my opinion that it was sufficiently large to warrant at least a few options for individuals who either require/ choose to be vegetarian/ vegan. Even the inclusion of a few dishes which could be easily made vegetarian/ vegan with the exclusion of a meat based product would be appreciated. Disappointing considering the rest of the meals were reasonably priced and very enjoyable.

$7 schooners, good fettuccini Bosciola but my mum's pulled pork burger had part of a crab stick in it!
