While you have your pub fav’s, this chef has bent a few classics with great success. Great customer service and an atmosphere that has you admiring the beach. So, lets break it down…
Atmosphere: *****
Lunch time on Wednesday – Not overly busy. Pub decor, extremely clean and spacious with abundance of tables. Both indoor and outdoor eating areas available and has a great view of Burleigh Beach.

Was greet by two very nice representatives who led us to our seats and explained the online ordering system via QR code.
The system was very easy to use, payment by Credit Card or Apple Pay if you like.
Once the order was in, drinks were delivered within 2 minutes and food was delivered within 5-7 minutes. Very impressed! Be careful to ensure that you are submitting your orders around the same time – orders did roll out to us as soon as they were lodged.

Pork Belly with Asian Salad (Chef Special) $18 – Excellently cooked and a nice contrast with the Asian salad. Thoroughly Enjoyed
Salt and Pepper Calamari (Entrée) $15 – Excellently cook, not chewy and not over seasoned. Hit the spot
Fried Chicken & Bacon Burger with Chips – Very tasty, nice sauce to match the salads and the bun was fresh and delicious
Sweet Potato Chips with Aioli – a great little snack to indulge, chips were crispy, and the aioli was a nice little extra.
Overall: Definitely a pub with some nice bends on your traditional pub meals, plus the traditional food we all love. Very impressed with this pub and recommend to all. Well Done BH Hotel.

We went on Good Friday, it was super busy but our meals came out in good time, staff were super friendly and the place was clean.

Went to Eat in the restaurant, on Tuesday evening this idiot on the microphone thought it would be really good to be so loud and rude people start to cancelling their meals and leaving We did the same thing whoever is managing The hotel needs to be more aware of what is going on. Very unhappy customers that evening. On a good note went round the corner to a great Japanese restaurant incredible food, great service and much cheaper than the hotel.

Went out for drinks and food here with my friends and family for my girlfriend’s birthday. Dom was our waiter, he went above and beyond to make our experience here extra special and to make sure everything went perfectly. We can’t thank him enough for his service. Would definitely recommend here and we will definitely be coming back soon!

This place knows how to cook a great steak. They have a great selection to choose from.
I decided to go with their chief’s signature. The surf and turf was tempting though.
The location is great, the staff are friendly and you get what you pay for.
It’s worth going if you’re in the area.

Such a great experience. The tall female bartender, I think her name was sashi was absolutely incredible. The customer service was incredible and she gave me many drink recommendations, very professional. Can’t wait to come back!

Special mention to Paige & Dasha up on the bar tonight were absolutely awesome! Paige is an absolute legend. They put their time and effort into making the service as positive as possible. These guys are the best of the best in regards to customer service and deserve every bit of credit they get. Good on you girls ❤️ Good energy and light your way xx

Sophie at Burleigh Heads Hotel is an absolute gem! Her warm personality and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. Served by Dom - the sports bar is elite when he’s serving and nothing isn’t looked after. Pours a quick and great beer too, best employee I’ve seen come through here

Relaxed restaurant close to Burleigh Beach. Great pub-style food - salads, delicious crispy fries, stacked burgers and excellent calamari. Recommend the steak burger!
Air conditioned inside, but seats are also available outside.

Ok, so the Burleigh Heads Hotel is perfectly located overlooking the golden sands and iconic views of the Gold Coast. Arrived for lunch, and it was as reasonable as quiet as u would expect on a Monday. Went to get some drinks, and the bar tender was happy to just sit and chat to the only other patron their, eventually a bistro wait person came and served me. Hence, the poor service. Food and atmosphere great. Sorry, but in the heart of Queensland, the tourist location would have expected better service.

Lauren from Burleigh Hotel gave me one of the most friendly hospitality encounters that i have experienced in all my life. bright, lively energy and a can - do attitude. very pleased, will return.

I was served by a lovely Sophie. She poured a perfect schooner with a gorgeous and great attitude. Couldn’t recommend Burleigh hotel enough. Especially when Sophie is working. Will be returning!

It's your True Aussie pub.... Set in a Gold Coast paradise.. Views out to Burleigh Beach lots of 3 hour free parking around the area.. Reasonable prices.. Large portions...value for money. Love it.

Have been there multiple times for drinks and enjoyed it. However the last few times I’ve been kicked out for ridiculous reasons. First time being that my shoes were broken so I sat down at a table and got thrown out cause I wasn’t wearing shoes. The second time because I went into a bathroom with my partner, nowhere it says that you cannot do that. Rude bouncers and weird rules makes me not want to come back again.

Had lunch here in a large group with kids. Service was adequate. The food was very filling & of a good standard. The place is well designed, bright and airy. Very pleasant indeed. You have to order & pay at the counter. They don't do take outs & don't do doggy bags. Parking is across the road (3P). There doesn't appear to be in-house parking available for dining guests. Very accessible location right next to Burleigh head beach. Nice place for a meal. Prices are average, about $15-20 per head.

Came here for the good old ribs today! My server sam was just outstanding! She knew exactly what she was talking about and did it all with a lovely smile! I would come back just for her (and the ribs) put her as manager 😊

Bought two chicken curry and rice. It was Monday special at $20 from normal price of $32. For what we got, it was over priced at $20. The taste was rather ordinary.

As a hospitality worker myself I am actually blown away by the service here, my first time visiting and I feel like this has been my local for years. The sports bar was perfectly balanced for punters and has some of the most vibrant staff I have been served by.

Amazing place to be!!! We had family dinner here, the food is 10/10 , very reasonable price and great quality food. the atmosphere is 200/10! The lady called Jess is so friendly and helpful, what a place to be!
