What a great spot. Dog friendly is the major requirement for me. One of the young waiters even delivered water bowls. Food was excellent and the service even better. My new local.

we went for dinner at this place last friday, starting with a very arrogant staff, including the manager, what was very rude and very sarcastic. That was the first and last time we will visit this place, what is a complete shame as the place look very cool. food arrived cold, and we believe that was in purpouse as me and the manager have some agreement, what he was only smiling, with that kind of smile.

We used to get the Cauly Aranchini balls and smoked carrots with Green Gold. First class restaurant food in a local Aussie pub. Amazing. Unfortunately they are gone. We tried the pork belly bites which were nothing spectacular for flavour nor presentation. We also got the pickled beetroot, eggplant and yogurt cheese. What can i say, the little beets were just little beets, the eggplant was pureed eggplant and the yougurt cheese tasted like whipped cream. Almost devoid of flavour. Shame.

Went here for a birthday party. It was a very packed day, but the atmosphere was lovely. A lot of kids playing and wandering around. The food was lovely and the snitzel was bigger than my hand and had a hard time finishing it. All the other plates looked awesome as well. They tried to keep it clean, but it was a bit chaotic with all the people and kids, but they did come over several times and cleaned up.

We hosted a mini wedding reception at Burleigh Town Hotel following our elopement. The event coordinator was so easy to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble. We had a seamless experience from first contact to event delivery and our guests were so impressed with the quality of the venue, the service and the food. We had 60 guests and opted for pre-purchased drinks and food platters. The value for money was exceptional and no one went hungry, the food seemed endless and all of the staff went above and beyond to look after us and each of our guests. I couldn’t be more impressed with how the space turned out, we hired one of the outdoor pergolas and the staff had the tables set with linen, a dedicated drinks table, a table for the wedding cake and wishing well and we had an external supplier drop off a balloon arch, which staff set in place for us. I couldn’t recommend this venue highly enough, the food was great and the staff were so attentive and friendly. Thank you for helping us finish off our wedding day so perfectly. Reis and James 😊

Was once a dark dingy spot but now since the renovations, is the best spot in Burleigh that is family-friendly, dog friendly and with great food! Let’s chat about the spaces, the sports bar in bonkers big and the biggest screens to watch everything. It has a big stage for gigs in the space too. Walk through past the well-stocked bar and into the dining area. Beautiful decor and great air conditioning, this is the space for a quieter experiences. Now let’s walk out to the beer garden where the party is at! The biggest and best beer garden on the Gold Coast, it has amazing gardens, a kids playing area, fans, umbrellas and rotundas all built with big group catch ups in mind. This space is dog-friendly and the staff even bring iced water for your furry friends. All of this is underpinned by a simple yet effective ordering system that allocates orders easily per table, including drinks. Don’t even need to get up for a beer! Parking is abundant but if there is a game you need to get there early. A big gaming space full of pokies and a massive drive-through bottle shop/store, this venue has it all.

Ok…so was good once initially refreshed but since it has sadly declined. Perhaps pricing indicates empty spaces for the local demographic and those that used to loyally frequent, BUT will say that the kitchen always try and generally the meals are spot on! For instance, recently had the fettuccine marinara and it was on par if not better than traditional Italian restaurant! Guys, the staff look sad - let’s pick it up!!

Meals are extremely large, even the seniors meals are too big, and even a little over priced. Very hard to have a family dinner when there is Linkin Park etc playing way to loud so that you couldn't hear the person next to you. Would have been nice if the staff actually cleared the tables and interacted with patrons instead of dancing behind the bar, throwing ice and towels at each other. We cleared our own table putting it all back in a serving area at the bar, took the staff at least 10 mins to clear from right under their nose.

KID FRIENDLY. Went on a quiet Monday. We love finding kid friendly pubs!! Playground outside and a super cute under 5’s play room to keep little ones busy so you can eat in peace. Lots of space and newly renovated. Food was great too!! Normal pub pricing. Staff were lovely too.

I usually find it difficult to write negative reviews, especially for a restaurant I've enjoyed in the past, but this recent experience was disappointing. During Covid, we frequently ordered from here, and despite the travel time home, the food was always delicious. However, the quality seems to have declined significantly. The kids' meal had an unusually small portion of chips. My chicken tonkatsu burger was disappointing, with a tiny sliver of chicken and cold cabbage, and it was only lukewarm. The sauce was overpowering and had a strange taste. My husband’s chicken parmy was also just warm. We visited mainly for the kids' room, but it only had a toy kitchen, a few blocks, and a broken table, which was very disappointing. Additionally, serving our drinks in plastic throwaway cups was not ideal.

I really wanted this place to be amazing. It has the potential and great atmosphere. Food was bland. Steak was a bit chewy and pizza was without much flavor nor crispy. Kids were happy but their fries were not done. Kids playground is great. Food experience doesn’t match the price tag.

I like the atmosphere here but the music outside is way too loud. Can’t hear each other talk. The cabonara pasta was horrible. Simply horrible. Inedible even. The chicken burger had a single dried out chicken tender on it. Honestly everything was dry and tasteless. Super disappointed with the food here. The staff were nice and the wait time wasn’t too bad.

I just don’t understand how a place that charges over $30 for most plates not have 1 person from the staff go around and cleanup the dining area diligently. The patio was filthy, with plates and leftovers all over the tables and the ground. Tables not cleaned up. Best part about this plate is that they are dog friendly.

Had the best time at BTH today! Even though it was very busy, staff found us a table easily and food took no time at all. Beautiful staff are so fun and lovely!

Great venue! Tons of shaded outdoor seating. Outdoor and indoor play areas for the kids. Massive menu, never had anything that wasn't good. Love the salmon bowl. Have also been to a catered event here which had excellent food. Nice gaming room and huge sports bar with the largest curved screen in the southern hemisphere.

Great value on a Monday night, with kids eat free. Rump was tender and cooked according to order. Only complaint was it needed more seasoning. Kids loved the free icecream and playground too. Reno is very nice. Will be back when next on holiday.

Great Tavern with a huge covered outdoor area. Kid friendly with a massive play area and dedicated kids zone. They have separated the main sections of the pub so if you want to stay away from the rowdy screamers you can, easily. The Bistro is open all day on Saturday and Sunday from 1130am which is awesome. We came in for a late lunch, on a long weekend, around 3. The staff had obviously been hammered but were still very friendly and inviting. We ordered our meals and were eating in less than 10 mins. The Salt n Peppa squid was excellent. Definitely made in house. Tender enough to cut with a fork. I had a schnitty as usual (the best indicator of any bistro) and my partner had the Yakuza burger (like a Japanese fried chicken burger). The chicken burger was a bit dry but still had great flavour, although I would recommend seasoning or marinating the wing garnish. The schnitty was massive, and very good. I couldn't breathe for a few hours. Would recommend to friends.

Fairly pricey for a local. To be positive food servings were quite large, however taste was not spectacular. Service was not great, staff were happy to chat to each other and laugh but interaction with customers was not as happy. My advice. There are better out there, but if you have to be prepared.

Definitely recommend a dinner or lunch at this venue. Great for kids, lots of shade and an indoor and outdoor play area. Staff were very friendly and we received meals real quick. Meals sizes very generous and tasty.

Barbie and I flipped an iPhone at the creek, and dinner out was the screen up winner! "Google maps of fortune" had us at the Town Hotel. Burger night! That must mean they do a mean burg. After all, they have a burger night... Just quietly, I do be a bit of a burger guy! What a neat pub! Open and airy, with a tropical vibe. The focaccia was a delight! I dont wanna offend the cook, but if I got this burger and chips for half the price from a chip'n'fish shop, I'd be satisfied with it. It did come with a schoon, so that does help make up the value. They schoon didn't help make the burger anything special, though. Barbie liked the gnocchi. She drives a black i30 sport, so clearly she is a woman of refined taste!

Awesome spot to have a few beverages with friends and family, it's a pet-friendly pub but in a designated spot only. The service was really good and fast, awesome sports bar and gaming room. Also, has a kid's playground. Regarding the review of the food, I ordered the steak sandwich and at first, looked perfectly cooked and looked delicious but when taking my first bite it wasn't too pleasant as it was full of gristle and couldn't bite through it and it wasn't on a small part of the steak it was the whole thing so I ended up not eating the steak so a separate rating for the steak sandwich I give it 1/10. The other meals got a good rating from the others so at least that was good. Regards, Spooka the Food Critic 🤘

A great pub for a solid feed and a few beers. Popular with young families as there is a large outdoor space with a play area for the kids. They get a few good gigs play there too. And the sports bar has epic screens. 👌🏻
