Wow! Fantastic lunch at a great price. $14.95 for a Schnitty Burger and it was huge and delicious. BLT also had more B than LT!!! Good cold beer. Bar staff were super friendly 😊 Cool tunes pumping in the outdoor dining. Would absolutely recommend!

Worst pub food ever. Had the fish and chips special. Was super greasy and chips were soggy. No side salad and the wedge of lemon was clearly passed its use by. Won't be back. Terrible outdoor ambience and only had three white wines to choose from. They also only sell by the bottle not by the glass. Truely, truely terrible. Only positive was it's dog friendly.

very nice.. nice food and staff .. only need outside fans the only thing our table were commenting on.. the sun shines thru the white covering.. but we all enjoyed it..

Very disappointed
3 couples for lunch.
Worse pub meal
Basic meals.
Salad and chips extra
Dessert. No ice cream or custard.
Drinks exxy and not good quality.
Won't be back.

This is base on our experience on Wednesday night. The place was quiet. The Staff and service was great not a big waiting line to order. Reasonable price.

The staff are great you got to have the Buffalo Spicey wings fantastic. Sorry about the picture. They are that good.

The staff and the service is excellent the food is fantastic but after a hard long day at you want to relax and have a cold beer but when you can't enjoy it due the not existent aircon that need to be fixed

The layout of this Tavern makes you unaware of the busy area you are in. The food was good value and the staff was very friendly. A lovely venue.

The family is coming here soon for a 60th birthday. So we decided to come and see where it was and have a meal while we were there. The food is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. Great place for a function. 👍👍👍

Staff were professional fast and that great humour you like to find when trying out a new place food was unbelievable tasy and good portion i had to be assisted to my car in a food coma great experience

Sadly will not support this business again ,gone to enjoy a chat with food and a wine in a smoke free area ,when man in checked shirt lights up a cigarette,so unpleasant,he spoilt our expectations .

Nice pub, beer was cold, food was okay. A friend has his birthday there. The workers were friendly, service was good.

It's a great casual meeting place. The staff is always attentive and friendly. The food is fresh and quickly prepared and the specials are excellent value. I've found that everyone can find something to eat because of a wide range of options. There is indoor and outdoor dining including high tables and regular settings, though outside can be noisy because of traffic. I've had lunch as well as casual business meetings here and can't fault them.

I had a meeting at The Burnside Tavern yesterday as it was a super convenient venue just off the M1 at Yatala. We both enjoyed a meal & drink each whilst we discussed what we needed to discuss & could not fault it - simply delicious! Venue was clean, staff were lovely, LOVE the outdoor, undercover dining area & as mentioned the location is super convenient with PLENTY of parking! Had a coffee after lunch & that was lovely too! WILL be returning SOON!

Had lunch there today with a friend. We ordered our meals but were shortly afterwards told that one of the meals was not available, so we chose something else. Okay, no drama. But then it took nearly 50 minutes for our meals to arrive. We only ordered pizzas - nothing fancy or complicated. Really, 50 minutes to make two pizzas?? And they weren't busy at all, in fact there were less than half a dozen other customers there. The staff though were top-rate and were most kind and generous, even giving us a couple of free drinks because of the lengthy wait. I can't praise the staff enough. But having read other comments about this venue, it is clear that there are problems in the kitchen that need addressing. No one should have to wait such a long time for something as simple as pizzas.

Great staff, very friendly and approachable. we got steak, chips and salad, and chicken parm.. and salad x2 garlic breads it was bloody beautiful🥰❤🤤🤤🤤 all cooked to perfection🤗😁, thanks again to the chef👍🏽🙏.
We'll definitely be back again, lol.

First visit here, friendly staff. Food was nice, except you could only order steak, salad or chips not both together.

First ill say the food here is amazing and the service is always on point and pleasent.
I would have given it 5 stars but I have been here a fair few times and noticed 1 older lady in particular seems more interested by her phone, and would rather not do her job as me and many others were being served by some amazingly nice guys who apologised for the wait and had their hands very full, she did nothing but roam and look at her phone before just disappearing.

Beautiful food. We love going to the Burnside. Always predictable, good pub food. It never disappoints. Thank you chef for today's lunch. The salad, in particular, was amazing!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the wonderful worker behind the bar. She helped us out with prices to find the best option and asked if I had a driver to get home (which I did). Thanks burnside tavern.

A great Bottleshop with a new manager, focussed on having the best Bourbon range on the Gold Coast. Extremely friendly and helpful, with great specials.
Looking forward to visiting again to check out the expanded range.
