We love everything about Calala Inn. Lovely atmosphere, staff are always friendly and the food is delicious every time. We look forward to our family catchup here every time we are in town.

We had been told by a few people that the food was good and today we decided to try ourselves. First of all, every staff member was very friendly and helpful. We ordered our meals and they came out quickly. The food was delicious and the serves very big . We couldn't fault anything about our first visit and have decided a second visit is definitely coming up soon. It's so good to know you have a decent place to visit when you wish to eat out. Thanks to all staff 😊

We had a lovely dinner, celebrating birthdays and friendships. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the dining room was a comfortable temperature, tables not too close together and everything was very clean.

Three of us enjoyed dinner last Wednesday night. I had Creamy Garlic Prawns served with Basmati Rice - a bit bland, I would have preferred much more garlic. Hubby had T-Bone 450g with Creamy Garlic Topper - he thoroughly enjoyed his meal and followed it with Waffles in Salted Caramel Sauce - small helping for $12 but he did enjoy it. Our friend had Roast Lamb with Vegetables - a generous serving of lamb and delicious veggies. The Garlic Bread we shared for Entree was yummy. The staff are fantastic - customer service at Calala Tavern is exceptional. The dining area is clean and welcoming. We will definitely be returning for another great meal!

This is an excellent Pub with great food and large portions, which means it's a few days before you are hungry again. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere warm and inviting. It's a good example of a well run business.

The experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The menu had a good selection.
I will certainly be going again. Most suitable for family gatherings.

Not only was the service impeccable the food, the atmosphere, the vibe was 10/10 the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The food was amazing and loads of options and the chef was more than happy to cater to any dietary needs. Overall came out of the place happy and satisfied and so impressed by the service. Would recommend to anyone in the area or visiting 100 times over!! Affordable and inviting venue

Had dinner here on Saturday. The service was amazing. They were able to fit us in even though they had many reservations. The food was also exceptional. We were in Tamworth for just the weekend. Will definitely go back when we are there again. Highly recommend

Classic country pub. Bar out the front, bistro in the back. Great food, well priced with generous serving sizes with a great selection of tap beers.

Choice of most common beer's. Nil. Didn't have any of the beer's requested. For something as a local it's not good.

Calala in the restaurant has many varied menu choices to choose from. the atmosphere is very good, it has a good bar and a large parking area.

Calala Inn has plenty of parking and plenty of room inside to move between tables. We had a party of about 25-30 people and were given more than ample space. Service was great and the staff looked after all of our kids so well I didn't have to lift a finger. Huge servings! Everyone in our group enjoyed their food. Great atmosphere.

"Best pub food in Tamworth." Everyone I've spoken to says the same thing about the Calala Inn. Their portions are large, so if you clean your plate you may want to wait a few days before writing your review. The staff are amazing. We had a blast and they made our family gathering feel like a party. Great menu, excellent beer selection, and well worth the trip from any part of Tamworth or the New England region.

A good vegan meal is hard to get in Tamworth.
But the Calala Inns, Vegan Roast vegetable salad was yummy & big.
And the service was quick, the staff friendly & helpful.
It would have been great if the air con was on,as it was hot...that was the only negative.
