Went there on st Patrick's Day had a good feed and nice beers went well

Very nice venue with easy access and an excellent room for live entertainment. Good back stage storage repo for hold gear, making changeovers easy for multiple acts. Dance floor was busy and bar staff are friendly. Great afternoon out to support live music.

Very disappointing. For the hefty price of $26, you get this "big Irish breakfast" served cold, which includes "irish soda bread" which was 2 small burnt prices of turkish flat bread, scrambled eggs that didn't resemble or taste of egg at all, and a half tomato that wasn't cooked. The only good bit was the black pudding and there was only one measly piece. To top it off they were out of forks. I struggle to get the attention of the staff and resorted to waving the empty cutlery box wildly at them. When I finally got their attention they handed me a fork, rather than solving the problem of just filling the box up.

This was ok, maybe they need a bit of work making better coffee. Other than that, everything's lovely.

The food is good. Staff are accomudating and polite must visit and try their foods so yum. And the bad experience is the glass is not clean well need to check if there is a mark of lipstick etc. Need to sanitised

Overall the staff are lovely but the worst food I've ever had. I went to a show and got dinner included. They couldn't coordinate bringing the food out on time. Poorly orchestrated.

One of the last remaining community clubs in Canberra that regularly presents live music and hasn’t been overtaken by soulless poker machines. The beer and food is also great!

I guess we had reasonably high hopes but the evening went downhill from the moment a fellow patron burped in my face on my way to the bar. We went for a good inexpensive meal and a drink and because my Irish husband was hoping for a bit of an Irish vibe. We had a good pizza and a deconstructed beef and Guinness pie. When you order a pie you expect a pie, not a fairly meagre serving of stew with a puff pastry shell sitting on the side of the plate. And a scoop of potato. More than a little sad.

Great place. Not pokie orientated and this gives the place more of a "local pub" rather than "mega-club" vibe: Its simple and affordable - yet delicious - menu, plus a huge kid-friendly outdoor area (with working WiFi) and live music means it gets five stars.
Alternatively, if you want a club with no WiFi outside, but free soft drinks if you play the pokies (while your children play indoors in a suffocating 3x3 glass cage mind you) and food that is pot-luck quality at best, the Weston club - just up the road - is the better bet.

Great food and service, the spicy tomato pasta so good, Every staff is very friendly and sincere. I love this place and will come back~

Great food- and mellow musical athmosphere-with live music on a Tuesday, even if not very lively / real Irish music. Great inclusive group of amateur musicians

Five stars easy. Just had a meal here for $22 ( the steak and ribs) that was BRILLIANT. Couldn't finish it.
Service was great too.

Everything you could want in a pub. Friendly staff, good selection of drinks, delicious food, and nice and cozy on a cold night! Will definitely be back.

Average food, very poor service....been twice will not go again...manager has no people skill at all.

As we arrived a large group of people arrived after us. When we ordered food we were told there would be a delay until all these others were served. We arrived before 6. I explained that my wife had to leave by 7 but was told that all the large group had to be served first. We were told that chips could be served quickly. At about 7.20 I got my meal my wife’s arrived after that and the chips at about 7.30 Not happy

A decent space to catch up, relax, and have a quiet pint of Guinness. Other beers on tap, though they do pour the perfect pint of Guinness. Sláinte!
