Worst customer service ever by 2 Asian young girls. Walked in and was expecting to get seated for dinner. Waiter just stared at us and walked away when we were clearly waiting to be seated. We left straight after that, won’t be coming back. Shame as I was eager to have dinner here as I have enjoyed the food here a lot in the past.

Was looking forward to this lunch, unfortunatly, the chef was eating his lunch over our meal while cooking it. Our Meal was refunded when we brought this to their attention which we were appreciative of.
Atmosphere good, drink & gaming inviting.

Today was my first time coming here in a long time, the food was amazing before but now the quality and quantity is so below average I got half of a barramundi what is wrong with you ? $26 for a kids meal portion I won't be returning.

Thought I'd try fish & chips & seafood basket it' was absolutely DISGUSTING! Fish was old & over fried & black! Seafood basket was 1 piece of fish, 2x calamari 2x tiny prawn & thats it! Will NEVER go there again! Not worth the price!love

This was the go to place for a pub feed back in the days.
The steak and beer battered chips was what people came for.
Unfortunately the food is subpar now.
Didn't feel like steak so had the fish and chips and was not impressed at all.
My mate had the ribs and that too was pretty average.
The bar tender had a bit of an attitude.
Don't know why. Maybe her dog died that day.
Would I return? Probably not for a very long time.

This was amazing the pub food here feels like it’s at a higher level than some restaurants would definitely recommend.

The scotch fillet was amazingly well-done. Chips were nice textures and went really well with mushroom sauce. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area.

The rump steak I had was good quality and perfectly cooked (medium rare). Had a Kirin on the side and that was a satisfying meal.
The food is a bit on the pricey side. I’ll only come here once in a while for that reason.
(Edit) So I came back again and the steak was really bad (3/10). Still good mushroom sauce though.

The manager (female) said she was going to spit in my friends face as he was trying to help clean up a table. The other staff members were very nice so it was a shame that I witnessed this and completely ruined our experience.

The food hasn't been as nice as it used to be.....when food was served the chips were cold and such a small portion. Steak was overcooked.....when you tell staff that the chip portion is very small they look at you rudely.
Overall the place has really changed from what it used to be.....definately won't be going back there ever again.
Don't waste your money....find somewhere else.

Stopped here for lunch with a few, service was not there top game. Girl that was serving us didn't look happy maybe she was busy and under the pump. Food was good so can't complain there

Steak was undercooked n had tissues that can’t be chewed. Returned it and only to be served with the same piece of steak that was very oily and cut in half. This steak can turn a meat lover into a vegan.

Sadly I give this Bistro a 1 star, the food I had today was not cooked properly, cause the kitchen staff are too busy on their phones and carry on loudly. I hope management can do something about this to rectify the issue..

Poorly cooked steak. Medium rare order came as rare. Sent back to kitchen and same steak was returned medium well, covered in oil, and cut in half by the chef. Never coming back.

Paid $20 for a schnitzel. Paid $2 extra for sauce. The parmi was $22.
There are a handful selection of beers on tap.
Cannot complain about the quality of food.
Will definitely be back for some pub food if I'm in the area.

one of the best pub food in Sydney and definitely the best in the area!
their fish and chips is not oily, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and no fishy taste at all!
steak is melt on your mouth tender! definitely one of my favourites now!

Nice place to relax and unwind after work or have dinner. Locals and staff are very friendly, pricing for drinks and food is standard. However, twice i went to order a drink and the bar was unmanned. Had to wait a few minutes on both occasions. And the toilets were very dirty, at the time of 7pm. Apart from that, would've been 5*.

My favourite place to visit for pub food. The food at this venue is always on point. I have never been disappointed not matter what i order. Well done.

I'm surprised that all the dishes we ordered were not too bad. Last time i came here the food was disgusting. Luckily it wasn't too busy hence the proper cooked food... although my fiance asked for no meat/protein in my salad there was lots of chicken pieces in there.
Customer service was nice so was the bottle of wine ;)

I didn't stay here for accommodation, I came for the gaming room. The staff are very easy going and relaxed however, on some nights when it's busy it's almost impossible to get a machine. My overall experience was an enjoyable one and i would recommend this place to my friends and family!

Harry Brian Anthony is the best bartenders in this venue. They are very professional and also talkative that it makes you feel like you have such a great time. Good job!!!

Came here for dinner.
Staff are attentive and the steaks is okay ($28 sirloin)
Interior is nice and clean, though the seating near big screen is quite dark for my liking.

Best steak ever! My favourite place. The meat always cook to perfection, very tender and juicy, chips very crispy and pepper sauce so highly addictive. Whenever I'm craving for steak this is the place I always go to and they never disappoint me. I used to come here when i was teenager now my kids love their steak too. When we eat steaks from other places we always compare to this place and we all agreed that steak in Canley Heights always the best.

Been eating Sirloin steak here a few times and it was tasty until one day I decided to try rump steak instead. Straight away 3 hours after eating I was having stomach pain and then ended up with gastroenteritis that took me a week with antibiotic to recover. Never come back.

A very easy go to with food that has never ever disappointed. A great local eat and not too expensive. My favorites are the salmon, chicken schnitzel and caesar salad. My family also really like the steak.

Always good for a late night steak. 4 stars because I really miss the 500g rump.
