What a great venue. Super friendly and happy staff with big smiles. Our lunch was fantastic. We had a great experience.

We had our little Under 6's football team's end of year party here. Food was super affordable with the free kids meals. The bar had great specials on. Sundays are great with the free activities plus the indoor playground. Parents and the kids all had a ball! Super easy to book and customer service was great. Highly recommend!

Was there to be a part of the Trivia Night, every Tuesday Evening. Can only get there every fortnight.
Enjoyed it very much with my friends.

Third time to this awesome place, I'm not from the area, what a hidden gem! Compliment to the staff whom are inviting, friendly and exceeds their customer service beyond. Managers I have briefly met, Renee & Madison, so helpful and professional but still provide their personal touch within their people skills. Look forward to more visits.

Plenty of parking and seating inside, has a sports bar and function room that are good for community events and activities.
Great supporter of local clubs and community projects.

Outdoor seating area at the sports bar great for avoiding the harsh summer sun with a cold beer. Dog friendly in the outdoor seating area.

Me mates n’ I popped in on a quiet Thursday night for a few drinks, we all agreed that Caroline was by far the most friendly bar tender we’d ever come across, would definitely come back due to the friendly service

I had my daughters birthday here, the customer service was excellent, and the food was served fast and was extremely delicious. It was perfect for the kids as there is a play area.

I came to the Carousel Inn for lunch with friends. We all had a great experience.
Firstly, every staff member was friendly, helpful and offered a great dinning experience. It really felt like a great day out. Secondly, the food was delicious. Each of us enjoyed the meal we chose. I got the burger special and I have to say, it is one of the best tasting burger's I've ever had. And the complementary drink (that comes with the lunch special) was a special touch. And to have a great lunch and drink for under $15 ... a-maz-ing!
I want to thank all of the staff for making our day so special. We all said that we have to go back again. The lady at the bar was helpful and friendly and helped us know where to go and times. The waitresses and waiter made our day complete. One waitress, after we commented about the food told us about the new menu that will soon be available. She made everything sound so good. Looking forward to it.

Friday night went for dinner so busy music playing was so loud you couldn't here yourself talking. Bistro nearly 2 hours wait for food people that ordered after us got food before us the worst thing was the kids meals came out last 😔 and when the food eventually came it was missing sauces and over cooked the staff member was rude and unapologetic had attitude. The pool tables have been moved to the dinning area were family's are eating pool balls were flying off the tables not a good thing if it hits a child or anyone really. We love this place it was so family friendly but not anymore probably won't be back very disappointed 😕

Food was great! Recommend the pot pie, mash and peas. Was so good!.. enough games to keep the kiddies busy. Outdoor area was nice to sit at. Food took a little long to come out but that could vary on times of day I guess.

Fantastic hidden gem! All facilities are accessible to all abilities (pram, wheelchair, walking frame etc) Carpark is ample, so many spaces, all one level, no congestion. Excellent bottle o on one side, with separate entrance. The bistro is huge, clean & tidy with lots of seating available. The bar is located in the centre making it easy to access. The team are all so friendly & hospitable. The bathroom facilities are clean & easy to access. The TAB/pokies area is well planned, not too cramped & very well ventilated. The only ATM is located in this section which should be moved to a more central area for those not wanting/able to visit the pokie area. The bistro menu itself is reasonably priced with a great variety for all of the family. We’ve attended a few functions in the function room which is a great size & really versatile. The kids play arcade is a nice area for children of all ages. This leads out to the undercover/outdoor play area. It’s all secure with doors keeping the children in/safe - the only downfall is the walls don’t extend to the ceiling, so when it’s really hot or cold, the children feel it. More-so, when people are smoking outside close to the children’s play area, the smoke billows into the enclosed space, causing it to reek of smoke. This is the only suggestion we could make to really elevate the place, otherwise it is the most perfect family friendly venue in the area -

Great feed for the family at great prices.
Saturday Nights there is Live Music.
Been up there many times.
Saturday Nights the Mrs and I have checked out the live music with a couple of nice beverages after dinner.
Great atmosphere! Check it out!
Bottle Shop that is cheaper than the BIG NAME Bottlos!

Fabulous time had by all for my baby's 6th birthday lunch. Staff were friendly and attentive, Food was on point and the Sunday's Pirate / Face Painter / Magic Man entertainment was the best !

Came for the dinner. I wouldn’t come back again. Paid $90 for the food. The chicken wings were disgusting. It tasted like they had fried an old man boots in the oil before they fried the chicken wings. The pie was tasteless. The wedges and the chips were good. The nachos were good too. The service of the staff is fantastic.
The outside area is for smokers/ non smokers.
They have a kid area which is great but do the smokers have to be around while your trying to eat a meal? 8pm is when smokers can come outside.

Called up in advance to see if it was dog friendly, they said it was. The website also says that they are a dog friendly place but when we got there they said we couldn't bring the dog in. We explained that we rang up to confirm it twice as well as that the website states it is and they still turned us back. Very rude of them as we came all that way only to have to find somewhere else.

Bottle-O staff well versed in their wide range of selection. Plenty of stock to choose from - The security guard on duty also made us feel welcomed and safe. Great customer service from this place!

A fantastic, friendly location for a tasty meal or cold beer. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond, getting our kids ice-cream even though lunch service ended.
