Went there several years ago, I still remember the terrible evening that my friends and I spent there.
They were rude and racist. It wasn't only the staff but the customers there too. They just sat there and watched us being treated rudely and humiliated. I cannot get over how disgusting and redneck they were. Those people there that night, have truly ruined Australian's image and reputation.

Over anxious bouncers, I forgot to put a smoke out stepping out of the smoking area and was man handled out the door. Could have just said ' Hey mate, put the smoke out' nah, 2 gorrillas grabbed me and threw me out... Nice.

My go to stop when In Bundy. New management has done wonders with the place. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.

I was recently in Bundaberg on business and had an evening of twiddling my thumbs, so went out for a couple of latish night drinks. The staff and in particular, the manager, were very friendly and the service was excellent. So good, it compelled me to make the post. I generally do not do reviews but hey this is one of the first. Well done to everyone and I shall return.

I'm so very discusted how my boyfriend and I were treated at the central tonight, we arrived before entry cost time with our friends for my partners farewell get together. We were denied free entry but our friends were allowed free entry in front of us.
My panther was also called names by the stamp lady, because he refused to pay the entry fee as his friends got in for free. There's no logic behind their behaviour, and for any business to treat any customer like this will surely reflect on future business. I definently won't be going back there and neither will any of my family or friends.

I am disgusted and very sad when a local boy about to go into the army goes to the Central with his mates for a farewell get together and arrives there before the time to pay entry fee with his mates, who were given free entry, but was denied entry and told to pay $20 each for himself and his girlfriend. When he refused because his mates were allowed free entry, in front of him, they called him a baby for not wanting to pay. It is sad that we cannot support our own community and that they were rude and disrespectful to them. I will be sure to pass this to all people I know that goes there, that is very many, and hope that the nasty girl who made this rude comment is sacked.

Honestly, we came for cat food. There’s none here. Don’t bother. Waste of time and money and effort. One star for effort. Thanks for nothing.(e.g cat food). More of a chance of you having to withdraw money to pay in than get free cat food. Joke.

Cleanliness seems to be low on the priority list, so too is their customer service. After many visits I'm yet to be impressed by this venue.

By far the best place to have a drink and always great entertainment. Drinks specials are cheap and the staff are amazing. It’s a must when in bundaberg.

Always loved the central, but recent new management is outstanding, whole new vibe to the place, can’t wait to see what they do over time, but if recent actions are anything to go by, look out Bundy.

A dump that tries to charge $15 for entry because they think they have a monopoly. Smells bad and toxic staff on the door.

Absolutely immaculate venue. The meal was divine, I haven't had food served as hot and fresh for years. The beer was ice cold and the service was perfect. Bringing my grandma here for her 90th for sure.

Absolutely disgusting treatment by security (one particular guy with a mullet) which ruined probably the only semi decent nightlife in Bundaberg. This security guard was singling out Pacific Islanders and asking for their passports and visa “permission to drink alcohol”, then turning them away. Never seen such blatant racism. It’s 2022 and I’m having to justify that my family are not seasonal workers (simply because of their ethnicity). To make things worse, this security guard then got into an argument with another guard calling him everything under the sun.
Do better. Start with getting proper security.
