We were told on Friday night (we called at 6) that they were busy, and table booked for 7pm. We walked in at 7pm, 2/3 of tables were empty. We waited to be seated (4 of us) and were taken to a dark corner with not much light, cane seats, and a table that looked dirty. I refused that table and asked for another one in light. We got that table. No menus, only the scan and order app.. (where is the service of a smiling waitress, who can tell you the specials) ordered food and paid online (no one wants cash, only pokies take that) food came out. The garlic pizza was like a cheap pizza, the mains came out. The food was just ok… its sad cause this place use to rock with music, happy vibe to the place, now it’s like a very old place that needs to be gutted, and refit with something new. The waiter staff were the best bit. Won’t be going back till this place gets an overhaul…. Won’t recommend to goto either to family and friends.

We love visiting and having a beer and playing pool. Greg behind the sports bar is a great friendly bloke that makes you feel very welcome and looked after!

We had a fantastic dinner at this pub(very unique) over the weekend. It was super busy and honestly I thought we won’t get a seat. But this lovely girl with a smile came, I think her name was Sristi. She spoke to us and said “don’t worry guys give me a minute I’ll make the table available for you” and she quickly went cleared the table and wiped it for us within a minute. And she was super friendly with the kids Honestly that made our night. She's always smiling, even when juggling a million tasks at once. Her positivity and enthusiasm are infectious, and she genuinely loves what she does. Her dedication to her work is impressive, and her ability to multitask is a superpower. Sristi is a true asset to any team, and her passion shines through in everything she does. Keep shining, Sristi *****

We decided to have a family dinner here and even though we were asked where we wanted to sit, as there appeared to be plenty of tables available, we said we didn't mind but got shoved right in a back corner. Then we ordered via the QR code, although took ages and other people who arrived after us got their meals first which was frustrating. We understand that times have changed, and it is hard to get more staff (who were mostly friendly/helpful), but unfortunately has put us off from returning. The meals were pretty average too. The play area is good but looked dirty/smelly. Hopefully it can get back into a better place soon.

We came here for our daughters birthday and had a booking for 20. All of our meals were diagusting. Prawns were off,chicken undercooked, pasta was hard, food was cold . Although the food was awful the customer service we received from Erin was exceptional. She went over and beyond to help rectify our issues.

The Gnocchi I had was just amazing. It was creamy, tasty, extremely saucy! Was perfect! The service was prompt, efficient , and very pleasant. We got our food quickly and was nicely heated.
I cannot fault my experience at Chelsea heights Hotel and I recommend it to anyone visiting in the area to stop in for a meal! You won’t be disappointed!! 😋

The food is absolutely delicious. The staff are so friendly and polite, one the staff, Siristi I think her name tag said, was so polite and helpful and so passionate about her job. When won of the members of our group found a ladybug in her salad, she gave everyone on the table free coffee or tea as an apology and praised how kind an understanding we'd been. The meals are quite expensive though but it is definitely worth coming here.

The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. From appetizers to desserts, this restaurant exceeded all our expectations!
Special Thanks to Sristi for truly great service. She is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience.We never had to ask anything twice. The service was impeccable from start to finish. #Thank You Sristi ✨

Thank you Chelsea Heights Hotel for hosting my Mums 60th Birthday. It is a night she won’t forget!! From the friendly staff, from the amazing food I honestly couldn’t fault the night. From the get go Erin was so accommodating to all of my needs. The whole staff from the bistro, bar to the gaming room were so friendly. Thanks again everyone at Chelsea Heights. Great atmosphere, Great Service, Will be coming back for sure

Staff friendly, only reason why this review is 3 stars and not 2 stars.
Salt and pepper squid was nice enough. A bit powdery tasting but tasteful enough.
And look, the rest was edible and presented nicely. But no flavour for the price (I had the cheeseburger) my husband had the brisket sandwich, my teen daughter who loves her fried chicken burgers said the same, not very good. Almost everyone else in our party said the same, not great.
Some tables were wobbly.
I'm sure the menu did say it and we just missed it, but the chips were thick cut potatoes instead of fried chips (none of us a fan) but like I said, everything was edible but certainly won't be back since this new menu arrived.

Sristi was fantastic! Her customer service skills were outstanding, going beyond customer expectations to meet the customer’s wants. Thank you so much for making our day extra special, I got to try a delicious new cake!!!

Sristi was an awesome host , she even came in to see how the kids were going in the play room. She also recommended the sauté chicken sticks which was awesome. The kids love the food and play ground

Second time eating here, definitely our last. First time, we got the cheeseburger and Calamari. The burger was a pre made frozen sausage mince type beef patty that tasted like oil and fillers. The Calamari was powdery tasting. Second time, we got the Wok Tossed Calamari, Caesar Salad and Dukkah spiced Tuna Steak. The spice wok tossed Calamari was overcooked and chewy and tasted like it was tossed in sugar. No other flavour other than sickly sweet Calamari jerky. The tuna steak was as dry as a d3@d dogs dinger. Inedible and sucked the life out of your saliva glands as soon as it hit your mouth. The caesar salad was 'OK'. Just your typical bottle dressing and lettuce. Nothing to rave about and definitely not $19 worth! Overall, if I could give the food a minus 1, I would. We won't waste our money on food here again. It's just frozen, mass produced, pre made junk that they can't even reheat and present well. So sad because the facilities and vibe are awesome. The food really let's this place down unfortunately.

My grandson and I had lovely dinner..the plate of ribs and wings was huge and the crispy skin salmon melted in your mouth..followed by a chocolate pudding that oozed out yummy chocolate sauce..we both enjoyed our outing..

My family and I went for dinner tonight and we enjoyed our meal, but the service was terrific. Erin went out of her way to make our evening pleasurable. I would highly recommend trying this place. Staff were awesome.

Large scale pub restaurant. Good selection of food quick service. Great for large or small groups.
Tonight the team made my night.
We arrived just before closing and the team made us the most delicious and plentiful meals. Erin the manager was also very accommodating.

I went there with my 3 year old son. Great place with the play area. I ordered a meat lovers pizza and that was great, but the was spicy and not mentioned in the menu, but it is okay. The worst thing was I ordered a babycino, photo showed it came with a marshmallow. When it came, it didn't have any and i asked if there was any cookie or something to replace it with (as my son likes that). The waitress said there was nothing and walked off without offering any refund or service what's so ever. Pretty rude I must say and if you have a 3 year old and expecting what's in the photo and it doesn't come... It is a small minor detail but i would expect the waitress to either tell me there isn't any and offer a refund.. or at least try and to offer substitutions. Added 1 star for the play area.

I was here earlier today and I just have to say that the food and service was amazing. Laura was the one looking after us and I couldn’t have asked for someone better. She was very friendly, answered all our questions without complaint and was helpful the whole time we were there! Would definitely come back again and ask to be seated in Laura’s section if possible!

I frequent this hotel for family birthday dinners and have always been satisfied. Sunday just gone was absolutely horrendous it was like a sauna inside the dining room to the point we quickly ordered ate and left the hotel. I highly recommend industrial fans on a hot day or potentially looking at other options. I felt sorry for your wonderful staff having to work in those conditions!

Had an awesome experience at this venue today. Meals were delicious, especially the tiramisu. Great value for money, and excellent service from all the staff, especially Chloe who made our coffees so well.

Food is normal bistro standard with salads served being unimaginative . Staff behind bar are slow and there can be a build up of people waiting to get drinks. Offer of a tray to carry drinks not thought of in my experience. Waiting staff are all very friendly and helpful. Biggest problem going into winter is that Bistro is cold. Elderly persons with you need to often “rug up”. How to heat such a large Bistro with very high dome do not know but something needs to be done for customer comfort

Erin and Bridget were so lovely! We came in right at opening to watch the basketball finals and they went above and beyond to change the tvs and get the right channel on for us. So many other people would have told us it was too much trouble. Thank you both! Also, great ice cold beers 👌🏻

Awesome place to dine in. Perfect for family, especially when you want to have a party but doesn't want to cater. This place is where food comes and the children gets to play while adults enjoy their meal 😉 Their food are always delicious and staff are lovely, especially Erin she is super friendly, kind and helpful with my family (4 children), Thank you!!!
