what else is missing? I think the location is just perfect!
● just infront of the train station
● surrounded by choices of either take away manoush or dine-in el jannah to chinese or vietnamese (sits inside the pub.. serves yum cha for lunch) so many choices of foods 🍕🌭 or have a cold beer 🍺 and maybe try your luck playing pokies🙂
but most its affordable rates and rooms has single bed to family room that comes with your own verandah or get the kings room that comes with double bed and a single bed. Either for you or couole or family this hotel has everything no hotel can compare!!!

We've only been to the bistro so can't review the actual hotel itself. The bistro however was really lovely, staff was very sweet and friendly, gave my kids free ice cream. Not a busy place which is great, there's an outdoor beer garden as well as some indoor seating. The BBQ Lamb Ribs were amazing!

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, room was standard, TV has various Netflix Stan, youtube, service was friendly and helpful. WIFI is good.
Location: Our room was on a busy road front with significant traffic noise. The food options at this pub is Asian flavours, more than pub style food and has no Eftpos, however there are many take away options in the area.
Cleaning: More attention to detail is required in bathroom cleaning and daily service of emptying of bins etc
Parking: Onsite parking is available which was useful as we had a hire car, this is located out the back of the pub which you will need directions to find.

Visited twice in a week
Had crab oysters and scallops...excellent and I rarely rate food that highly...nowcto the bad part
Returned last Saturday for lunch and decided on a tone steak
It annoys the hell out of me when I order t bone and get sirloin
They are not the same...
But that was a minor issue compared to the flavour
Never in my life have I had steak that tasted like fish...horrible and only edible when smothered with mushroom sauce and a mouthful of salad
So I had fried sirloin that tasted like fish. Never again will I eat steak from their bistro

Visited on a Sunday Arvo. The place was so relaxed and quiet. Nice beer on tap. Love the TAB area. Neat and clean. Family friendly place.

Very disappointed.... booked and paid through the hotel themselves over the phone (not online) only for my son to get there and the room booked wasn't available. This was at 9:45pm. Would not recommend to anyone and definitely will never use "Nightcap" as a company if this is any sort of reflection on how their hotels take direct bookings. I only wish I could rate it half a star or no stars at all to be able to leave a review..... again, very very disappointed...

First trip visit to Chester Hill Hotel -
✅ - there were plenty of car parking,
- pretty much majority were occupied. 🚙
✅ - entered via back entrance, easy to access.🅿️
✅ • the food bistro outlet were busy with many diners.🥘🍹
✅ - family and children friendly. 🚸🍼
✅ - tables were clean and chairs were tidy.🪑

🏆I had a very friendly welcomed approach by one of the worker names Rad (staff),
✅ extremely friendly, made my visit very comfortable which lasted a little longer then expected.
🥇the quality of service was top notch,
🥇offered complimentary snacks and drinks 🥃🍪
🥇 ensured that all patrons was prompted with professional quality of care.

✅ - all rubblishes were dealt with quickly

This pub is reasonably clean. It services the area well. I visited the pub to eat dinner. Order a steak. Tasted good. Cheap price. The small Seng Hong Bistro is located at the rear of the hotel. Limited seating located near the counter or just outside the door - some of the seats outdoors are under cover. Fast and efficient service. I wanted to rate the experience a 3.5 star, so I’m giving a 3 star because that’s the only option - giving this hotel a 4 star doesn’t really reflect the place. The staff behind the bar seemed to be friendly. Lots of regular customers sitting at the bar.

The single room was small, as expected, and the ensuite was in 2 parts - shower one side of the room, toilet and washbasin the other. Both scrupulously clean and very modern. TV not in the most convenient place on the wall, but acceptable. Bed extremely comfortable and 2 lovely soft pillows. I had a very good night's sleep. On street parking outside was easy for overnight parking.||There was a minor issue with power sockets on arrival (circuit beaker had tripped) but this was very quickly and efficiently resolved. Bistro - cash only - served basic but tasty food. I would certainly stay here again.

The new manager with the pony tail closes TAB, KEENO and the bar before the pub is even closed. People are still smacking away on the pokies but you can’t place a bet or get a beer. Old management didn’t close the pub
So they could go home.

The accommodation was clean, beds comfortable, spacious queen and single studio room, quiet stay. Service was excellent (thanks Joel and the staff in the bar area). Good value for money for an overnight stay. No problems with the car parking at the rear.

Greeted by Jane, who has awesome energy, and Kanchana in the pokie room was lovely too.

Stayed here after a concert. Was quiet, however not clean. Toilet was obviously not cleaned between people, and the shower was either dirty from something that came in through the window, or again was not cleaned. Had a nice TV, beds seemed clean and were comfortable enough. Service to check in was very slow, but the staff seemed friendly, and breakfast was included (milk, ceral, fruit cup and popper). Location was 100m from train station, so very handy for transport. Probably wouldn't stay here again though.

no aircon. It is now in sumner but there is no air con in the hotel. it seens to drink hot beer then we have to order more ice . After a few hours having dinner and watching games We got headache serely.
This complaint has been raised 5 days ago, but there is nothing changed. It seems that the hotel management disregard the safety of their custoners and no respect .
We , on behalf of a number of local custoners urged the board of directors of the hotel to investigate the situation of this local hitel .

Nightcap at Chester Hill Hotel demonstrates excellent reviews from numerous hotel guests. Upon our visit to the pub and entertainment floor at the ground level, the room's interior design was relatively unique and posh. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and well-trained, and they informed us accordingly about the covid restrictions. We want to give special thanks for an excellent demonstration of Ms. Yasmine's Hospitality. Thank you to Ms. Yasmin, who has been helpful and guided us with direction and amenities and gave us a warm welcome, and guaranteed our expectations and concern had been met. Her extraordinary and multinational people skills must be highlighted and recognized -it was a wonderful visit. For all travelers, we are recommended the Night Cap at Chester Hill hotel. Once again, genuinely appreciate the hotel team members, especially Ms. Yasmin. Keep up the good work, I will see you again next time.

Mick, your customer service is amazing! Called late last night to book accommodation for 2 of my staff - received a 10% discount on the room rate. My staff were very happy with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and now want to stay here every time they need overnight accommodation. Fantastic find! Thank you! Would definitely recommend!

Massive hospitality shout out to Tammy and other staff at the pub for making us so welcome on arrival to the venue tonight. The hot chocolate was really well made and appreciated! It was great to chat and your customer service is on point.

Location is quite noisy. Our room faced the main road, I assume the rooms facing the other way would be quieter.

Just not my cuppa tea. I mean it's okay. But rooms are a little ordinary, not dirty, just wants a good airing out or something. Was happy with service though. Felt welcome as a guest but certainly not what you'd call your "local" OK pub but certainly not in a hurry to get back. I'd really like to see some more parking. Maybe Give the bathrooms a better clean.

I went there for lunch with a friend after not having been there for many years. Though there's nothing actually wrong with the place, the food and service were of an acceptable standard, but there's a fine line between clean and sterile. This pub has crossed that line and lost any sense of character. If I'm in Chester Hill for lunch again I'll be going to one of the other nice eateries on the main Street rather than the pub.

I was banned from the hotel but want to return. I am apologetic about my behaviour i caused. I ssk that the ban be lifted so i can enjoy the facilities with my Desf friends

I’ve just moved to town in the last day or so with a few mates and the staff here have gone above and beyond for us in the few days we have been here. I really want to give a shout out to Mick, Kevin, Yasmin (I think is the spelling) and Michelle who we have been in contact with since coming here. The Chester Hill Hotel is a credit to the local area we have moved to and this is only possible with the staff who run the day to day, daily grind. Myself and the housemates definitely will be coming back to enjoy the hospitality and good vibes that have been enjoyed thus far. Cheers guys and we’ll see you for the next round!

I entered the Hotel and was greeted by Mick who is very professional, friendly and helpful. My room was great - very clean & comfortable. The bistro is not open on a Tuesday but there’s many choices directly across the road -Pizza, Thai, Chinese, eat in / take away.
All the staff at the Hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Have stayed here once last year, and a couple of times this month (Sept) to go and watch Parramatta Eels play.||||Have booked the Queen studio in all my visits and had different rooms. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and easy going. Rooms were very clean and tidy. ||Mini Fridges worked well (two bottles of water were always in the fridge at each of my stays). Air cons worked well (though one was a little noisy, which didnt worry me).||Beds were very comfortable for a good night sleep.||||The rooms are seperate from the hotel. Though you check in at the hotel bar. Can check in online when an email comes through 24hrs before the stay for a quicker check in.||||Train and bus transport at the door basically (within 2min walk). Took me only about 30-35min by bus to get to Parra for the football||||Lot of food options available within 100 metres and onsite, and a Woolies about 5min away if you need any odds and ends

Friendly helpful check in staff, received 2 x drink vouchers on arrival, Room was very clean, modern and comfortable with a large tv that had YouTube and Netflix, loved the convenience of having bar/gaming and restaurant downstairs. Great place to stay for a quick stop over!! And excellent value for money.
