Went to the ANZAC Day Dawn Service and afterwards a group of us came down to the Tattersalls for breakfast. Great building and the service was great.

Went to a Birthday Party at the Retro Room.
Had dinner at The Tattersall's Club first.
Beautiful beer battered fish and chips.
Reasonably priced, delicious food, excellent service.

We love this Club. The meals are well priced and fantastic. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The menu is not large but it suits us. The food service is fast, efficient and always hot. Highly recommend this The St James, you will not be disappointed..

We booked lunch prior to seeing a show at the Theatre Royal, so wanted to make sure we time to enjoy our meal. We were seated promptly, how to order was explained and our meal was served promptly. Leaving us time to enjoy and then go to the show. The meal was lovely.

Very nice place to enjoy quality time with friends and family,they have very delicious food and very good customer service wish I believe is very important for any business.

The St James club had a great pre show menu, which was fantastic and great value. We even went back for a post show drink. Good service, good food and good atmosphere. Will definitely be back 😁

The Staff at the St James and the Castlereagh club provide a great service. They are cheerful and and always smiling. The food is great at both venues. Wine list could probably change every now and then but overall an enjoyable time spent there.

The service here was great. The food was good. The atmosphere here was ok. Overall I would come back and try other stuff on the menu.

The first impassion are so badly with gaming girl on 21 Dec 2023 at 16.30 pm. I’m med some girl a bit tell long hail and skinny, she welcome me so rude, at first I wanted to gamble in there but idk I have to be a member and I didn’t bring my passport and she doesn’t expand clearly to me that made me and Mr friend a bit confuse and after that she talked with us in that rude way. It’s better if you train your staff to have a nice attitude

Tatts is back to its winning best. The historic central Sydney club was originally home to the horse-racing community. Now it has a much wider audience and a tasteful refurb makes it a magnet for well-heeled city types. Retains its 1920's charm and the prices are great for the area

St James City Tatts Club gives extraordinary service and yummy meals. One of my favourite restaurants around town. The meals served quickly and the rates were reasonable.
Staff were very courteous and served with a smile. And we always like to see Giulia, who always makes sure to greet us and makes us welcome.
Highly recommend!

Staff were lovely and helpful. Really impressed by the rooms here. Ample space, well set out and minutes from the train station. Came in very late at night, the main desk was unmanned and we were so impressed that the security person (very light blonde short hair) on for the evening was so informative to the group of us. After that conversation we decided joining silver membership would be worthwhile. Great experience. Will definitely look to book events here in the future. Thanks.

Recommend you book a table for dinner service as all tables are reserved. Have fun great food cheap and cheerful. Will definitely be back.🙂 update last time went there and under renovations. Not sure if finished yet, would phone up to check? Should be good when or if finished.

My recent visit to the Castlereagh club was cut short at the reception desk by a doorman who accused me of being drunk, even though I engaged him politely and informed him I'd had one drink previous to arriving. Never dealt with such a snide and unwelcoming reception. Needless to say my partner and I found a more accomodating venue.

My friends were so impressed that I have my name written on the reserved table. Even took a photo of it.
Yes we Bible study friends enjoyed the meal at Jimmy Chews .

Meal was tasty & we all enjoyed our glass of red & bubbles. No complaints from us. We were just short on time before our show due to train delays.

Just had the 13.50 lunch special and there are many to choose from. Its good value and tasted great. At the moment until End of Month 49%off drinks so take advantage of that. Staff friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars but food wasnt hot.

Hard to find entrance to castlereagh street club
. No sav. Blanc, waiting for shipment !
No lunch menu displayed, $ 35 pork, with no salad, veges, etc.
Open restaurant when ready for visitors, not now. Would not recommend.

Had the lobster special on Saturday. Excellent value; most enjoyable. Guests (from Shanghai) very impressed. Were delighted to learn their first year membership was on the house! Highly recommended.

Great vibe ,friendly staff, amazing food and would recommend the beef cheeks to anyone. Clean tidy definitely worth popping in for acouple drinks and a bite to eat

Excellent service and atmosphere. The waiters and management went above and beyond to cater to our evening and it couldn't have been better, The live pianist was outstanding and we will definitely be going back here. There's a reason Esperanto has numerous dining, service and wine awards and it was clearly shown during our night there.

Coming to tattersal is always a pleasure the staff extra helpful and friendly and courteous as a member I enjoy coming for a coffee or dinner the atmosphere is very pleasant

As an interstate traveller visited this place and i have to say that the security needs to be learning about how to talk politely to people upon entry.
I don’t recommend this place worth a visit.

Always have a lovely time visiting the City Tattersalls Club. The meals at Jimmy Chew’s, St James Hotel are a great price and generous serving. Love the monthly specials also. The staff are always friendly and efficient.

A great members only club in the heart of Sydney CBD with the cheapest beers in town. I am a member here it its great. Absolutely love the Esperanto restaurant for fine dining. Also the reciprocal club member for visiting exclusive clubs over seas is great.
