We were at the chinese restaurant and to be honest, the meal is only mediocre. The potion is large however the quality is only so so, the price is reasonable for its quality, perhaps thats the reason.
The sitting is a little to close with other table and orderIng drinks from the bay is a little inconvenient.

We went for yum cha today. Got a table straight away. Great, and fast service. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.
Good price. We all left happy with a full tummy.
Will definitely be bringing the rest of the family here.

We ordered pizza there on Tues night last week as Tues is pizza night and we also go to cash housie. The lady taking our order was not paying attention to our order, needless to say the order was wrong. Unfortunately we didn't realise this until we opened the box as it was take away. Also when we did try to eat the pizza there was so much oil we couldn't pick it up or hold it properly. It was absolutely inedible. Have not eaten there since.As regular diner's at this establishment, we were totally disappointed.

We made a booking for the gazebos on the 16th June ‘24 but arrived to find out there’d been a mistake and that our booking was not recorded as promised, and that someone else had been given the booking. But we showed the staff proof we paid for the booking and after acknowledging the mistake, they were apologetic, provided a refund and provided us with another private area (the pavilion) to have our function. This was great service I appreciate things don’t always go right, accidents happen and the staff were fantastic in offering a resolution. Thanks to the staff particularly Janelle one of the managers there.

We had a wonderful evening at the Villaggio restaurant great food and service, as we celebrated a friend's 60th birthday.
We went upstairs for live music and dancing and then a game of snooker, we were all having fun.
Unfortunately the evening was spoilt by the rude and bullying behavior of a security guard and a formal complaint will be made.

Villaggio Is worth the visit. Specials for seniors. I had the roast of the day which was very tasty and soft. Big servings for a senior' s discount and comes with a free cake. Not a dry cheap cake but delicious moist cake. Both the carrot and the chocolate cakes were moist. Surprisingly for a free cake cane the senior's menu.
Unfortunately the coffee from The Greens next to Villaggio was very, very weak and disappointing. Black tea would have been better.
Went there on a Saturday night and the usually bright and peaceful place was turned into a clangy loud guitarist singer. That has put us off going to our favorite place for dinner.
Give Villaggio a try. The owner and staff are sincerely friendly and the roast of the day is never disappointing.

Vietnamese and Chinese food at this small noodle bar on level 2 is delicious.
It is a more casual way of dining and it seems like a cheaper way to eat.
After ordering, a mobile alarm will be given to you just like when you are in a food court. However food quality is up to a good Asian restaurant.
Menu offers a variety of food such as Chicken and rice, BBQ pork or Roast duck with rice, Egg noodle and dumpling soup, Congee and Dim Sum.
Dim Sums are steamy delicious as they are freshly cooked to order.
Despite a small food bar, its Dim Sums are outstanding as they are the same ones you will get from the large Chinese restaurant next door "Ocean Treasure Asian Dining" in the same Club.
Try Mixed Dim Sum. Two sets of 5 different Dim Sums cost under $30.
Vietnamese Pho Beef Noodle Soup is also delicious. Would be great if "Combination Pho Beef Noodle Soup" with beef ball, tendon and tripe is added in the menu.
Congee is delicious. Generous serving.

Very Modern Area and very spacious outdoor area for the kids to play and adults talk without the inside noise.
Gaming area is quite well spaced and surprisingly not alot of smoke from the smokers area..well ventilated.

The reception staff are not trained to be a customer service rep, looks like amateur students just put in at the reception without training and information about policy of RSL.
You are letting people sign up for the remaining membership term at the same rate someone would pay for entire 1 year or 3 years whatever the offering is even during mid term sign up.
It’s not about value for money as it is small fees but flaws in policy where you say 1 year membership up until June irrespective of sign up date.
1 year membership means you should give customers that period from day of sign up. Not according to your ease of internal financial reporting.
Never seen this elsewhere … such a disgrace for experience of customer.
I will pay 50x more and go somewhere where hospitality of a club is evident.

Nice club & staff are friendly. I mainly come here because they have an awesome restaurant. One of my favourites is Ocean Treasure. If you haven't been you're missing out.

Newly renovated place, Asian and Italian food available. Plenty of car parks. Very proactive at the reception team. They issued my membership card in the blink of my eyes.

Love this place for family gatherings. Nice Mediterranean restaurant with plenty of seating inside and also outdoor. There's kid's playground indoors for smaller kids and outdoors for the bigger kids. Reasonable prices and generous servings.

What a great staff, so nice and courteous.
Big smiles and great attitudes from every wait staff.
This usually will cover the not pleasant food experience but even that, it’s pretty good.
Gnocchi, pizza, schnitzel… very good and nice presentation for a “club/rsl”
Great playground areas indoor and outdoor, kids eat and disappear and you’re able to enjoy your meal.
Next appointment will be a birthday party ✌🏼

I was here on Weekend for Birthday Party and I love this place. It's very clean. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Kids playroom inside and outside. Food was very tasty and service was good.
Highly recommended for any special occasion and family gathering.

It's pretty boring compared to other RSLs. The drink selection is quite basic. It does have a really good cheap little pho restaurant with really yummy food and generous servings.

I don't usually eat in clubs and was wairy of coming here when invited. We went to the Ocean Traesure, which is a highly authentic Chinese restaurant, and it was excellent. Shows what I know about dining. We will be back to try the noodle bar soon.

I don’t live in the local area. I came here because my wife wanted to play bingo. Very good service from the moment we walked in. Great customer service, and the bistro was very busy but food still came out in a reasonable amount of time, and it was delicious. Overall, a great place to come and visit. There is a couple of playgrounds for the kids which is always nice. Will definitely come back

Having visited Villaggio at Richmond yesterday I was expecting a quality evening. Firstly the pizza was undercooked. I understand the restaurant was busy but that doesn't mean you take the food out of the oven early.
Whos idea is it to put smoking tables right next to dinning tables is a disgrace.My wife has a bad lung condition and this is not good enough. Ban smoking it's 2024 not 1924.
We moved inside for dessert and I ordered choc ooze, it was just a dry cake NO OOZE!
Finishing on a good note the toilets are spotless. Maybe if I do return I will dine in there away from the smokers.

Had attended a course delivered in one of their event rooms. It was nicely set up, facilities are updated and very clean. Staff are warm and welcoming throughout the day.
Parking was easy and plenty available.
The in-house restaurant was very busy and produced some amazing food for all patrons for such a great price. Portions were massive and tasted amazing!
A great place to gather with some friends and colleagues for a few drinks and a hearty feed!
Noticed an indoor playland to keep the young ones at bay.
Well recommended for all!

Great venue, food is excellent and nicely priced, servings are more than ample. Service is friendly and efficient and the kids are catered for by an indoor and outdoor play areas. Had the steak today, cooked to perfection and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Love this place!

First time visit. Very nice setting. Separate gaming. Chinese and vietnamese restaurants upstairs, European local down stairs food and drinks. Food at the ocean treasure yummy and appetite. Chef special of the day. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Excellent food 😋 ordered the lamb cutlets and was struggling to finish them! The portion is perfect could share amongst 2 people ! Kid friendly and has a section to feed your babies which I loved . Would recommend to all family and friends 👌 10/10

Atmosphere is great, beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. Awesome food, absolutely faultlesa, fresh tasty food everytime. Indoor and outdoor playgrounds for kids and families to enjoy. Only fault would be more variety on the menu, or seasonal changes.

Atmosphere is always great...modern surroundings. ... Food is absolutely fantastic downstairs @villagio and upstairs at pho cafe..prices are affordable and servings are so generous. No complaints..highly recommend it..also carpark is no fuss and easy to find..❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️5++++

Always a great place to meet up with friends dine or have a meeting, to entertain and be entertained. Amazing renovations and changes happened in the last two years, and it looks fantastic with a variety of foods to choose from. The huge car park can accommodate everyone whatever occasion you are there for.
