wouldn’t come back for food. the pokies go alright.
waited 45 minutes for a chicken snitzel with chips and gravy, which turned out to be average and wasn’t warm enough in my opinion.
and it wasn’t even busy, maybe 3 or 4 other tables.
staff very clumsy and unorganised, constant sounds of things getting dropped.
ordered a lemonade and staff tried to put a straw in it and failed and it fell on the ground and they just ignored it and moved on.
restaurant area very messy and children running around tables screaming.

We had dinner here on the Kings Birthday long weekend. We ordered 4 meals 3 of the meals were as described in on the menu however the seafood platter is not worth the plate it sits on! DO NOT ORDER THIS!!
The menu states it comes with scallops. This is a lie! The meal actually come with ‘formed scallops’ which are in fact tripe or stomach lining of a horse!
I asked for a partial refund due to the fact I was deceived by their menu however staff declined.
The other meals were fine, the atmosphere is friendly and good for families & kids complete with a play area!
Staff are friendly and the service is punctual.

Waiting an hour and a half for simple meals on a quiet Thursday is ridiculous. Your kitchens ability to produce meals in a reasonable time is poor. When the meals finally arrived they were terrible. Chicken Keiv crumb coating was as hard as leather. The medium steak was well done.

Waited 50 minutes for our meals and the food was terrible. Meals were warm, not hot at all. Had to give 1 star but wasn't even worth that. Extremely disappointed

The meals are great value for money. They are a decent portion and what I've had has always been tasty & cooked well. The kids playroom is clearly visible from most tables so you don't need to continually leave the table to check on your kids.

The day that we were booked in for lunch there was quite a few of us.. restaurant area was under staffed? the poor lady behind the till taking the orders she was grabbing meals at the same time that were coming out and rushing them to tables.. people standing in line waiting to order for far too long.. Us ladies were all eating at different times.. I ordered roast pork was very disappointed my meat was processed pork...

The absolute worst scones I have ever encountered. Rock hard (literally, some pieces were like stones) I assume they were mixed the day before they were baked

Ordered a half sized meal. When the meal came out, the only thing hot was the gravy for the meal. We were meant to be a group of 25, with only about 17 showing. Meals were very dry, unorganised, full sized meals small and cold by the time they reached said table and people

Just left Club Eastwood and will not be returning! It was definitely busy being that it’s a Friday night, but we waited over an a hour for entree and our kids meal and then it was another 45/50 mins before we got our main. Then when we received our mains our son couldn’t even eat his fish as it was hard as a rock and our parmas were under cooked. Considering our food cost over $100 we definitely aren’t impressed. Was an expensive mistake to make.

Just had a pretty poor evening. I had garlic prawns that were sad . Just slapped in a bowl on a bed of rice that looked more like mashed potato than rice. It was gritty goo. Very disappointing considering how close we are to fresh supply.
The wife had chicken that was overcooked and crunchy. Conclusion won't be back.

I was a bit hesitant to go as reviews lately haven’t been great - but I’m so glad we did!
Went in at 6pm, had our dinner out to us by 6:15, great value, friendly staff!

If you don’t mind waiting for meals that don’t show up, and then have very poor excuses. Every time we go there we have a small bet who is going to miss out on their meal…. Never fails that some one will have problems

I don’t recommend if you expect an 1 hour wait between starters mains for pasta so if that’s what you want come here but i don’t recommend

Had the lamb shank special , it was amazing!!
One of the best dishes I've had in a while, full of flavour & spice .👌 On top of this one of the chefs (Dave) brought the meal out to me personally!! along, with coming and taking my plate after I was finished !! 😻🌟🕊️
Staff all have great attitudes & are prompt with the requests of customers.

Great service and food. Even though we were a little difficult and requested to move tables around, the staff were more than accommodating and made everyone feel welcome. Even provided extra food for late comers. Thank you!

A year on and I tried again. Ordered a $42 rare steak. Was given this inedible boot.

Good value meals. Signage could be improved so that we’d know we had to go up to the bar to order. A wine/beer menu would also be handy. Overall, we’ll go back

Battered fish was terrible left a bad taste in your mouth afterwards and batter stuck to our throats , did tell waitress about the battered fish nothing was done about the complaint we had 10 people on our table this is the third time being let down with the food and will never go again , after vomiting today hopefully it is not food poisoning
