We had our wedding anniversary of 53 years lunch here with friends it was absolutely enjoyable the food was exceptional.
Our friends chose liver and bacon with vege sensational good amount

We celebrated Christmas at Club Hotel Waterford. We were provided with an amazing seafood buffet.
The staff were great, and the service was exceptional.
The seafood was nice and fresh, and there were so many options to choose from.

Very expensive for the quality you got ,wanted to give my kids a sundae foe a treat and just icecream in a bowl with 2 marshmallows and a wafer stick for $14 I think I could do better at home

The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly at Charlie's. I had one of the specials, Lamb fry and Bacon, and it was great. The others at the table had the Fishermens Basket and they went down easily. All in all we had a good time and recommend it for a meal. There was a larger group having a birthday party and they seemed happy when they left. There's going to be a change of dining times, so check when you book.

The staff were good the food was amazing and well priced for what you get. Beers on tap are ice cold which is good on a hot day too. The atmosphere was pretty quiet as we went there for lunch on a Wednesday. I'm not sure what the designers were thinking with the caravan booth tables but we weren't there to look at the decor. The important things they've managed to hit the nail on the head, great food, good prices and ice cold beer on tap. I think I've found my new favourite local pub for lunches.

The staff here are the most attentive I've seen for awhile..Take you to your seat(a lot of places don't do that anymore)then checks to see if you like your meal and in my case had bone in burger so was offered a free dessert...The roast of day was nice as well as the pulled pork burger..The decor of "Charlies" is very interesting..You might think its strange that there is a caravan in the middle of the room but it's only one side of a caravan,yep on the other side is a booth with hearts hanging down,perfect for date night..The story of the caravan is told at the entrance as well as many caravan photos around the walls..End the night in the pokie room.

The long island iced tea was great. Food brought out in a timely manner. They serve the kids as fast as U order. There is also a playroom for the kids it's a great family environment

Steak (rare), surf n turf, salad and chips. Mushroom and garlic sauce. Went for lunch with a friend who recommended Charlies. Lunch is from 11.30am.
Steak cooked perfect.The whole meal was great and satisfying incl sauces! Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and tidy place. Highly recommend and will def go again. The caravan background is too cute!

Staff were very friendly, amazing service. Unfortunately the $40 steak wasn't even edible, it was like mouthfuls of charcoal with no other taste. Even when bought to the table all you could smell was a burnt smell.

Pork roast was dry, no crackling, no apple sauce.
Service was very attentive.
Atmosphere was very warm, almost sure the air-conditioning wasn't on.

Please advertise your "kids eat free" promotion with clearer instructions that it is only when you order via the table QR code!!! None of the staff mentioned it, even when I said we were here for kids eat free upon arrival. And when I went up to the counter to order, it was not mentioned. The food is good otherwise but this left a sour taste in my mouth. We are all doing it tough but it felt deceptive to me!

Outstanding service, staff and the food is delicious, full of flavour.
Massive shout out to Wendy for going up and beyond.
Cannot wait to order some more delicious food.

Our first lunch here since there renovation. Creamy Garlic prawns Salt n peper calamari . I'd love to eat here one night. . Could have a few tweaks here and there. . But the staff are great here and can't falt our lunch.

Ordered Garlic prawns, very bland, think they forgot the garlic. Second time I've ordered these, complained, nothing changed, won't be a 3rd time.

My medium rare steak tasted like charcoal. Chips were flavourless. Best to avoid this place.

My family had my grandson’s 16th Birthday here on Sunday. The food was great and the service was exceptional. Thanks to Susan for all her extra help with the cake and her big smiles. We will be back! The Mother’s Day champagne was a bonus 😍

Meals weren't great.
Chicken wings had no taste and chips were disgusting no taste. Said they were bringing out fresh chips and brought the same ones out again. Then replaced those chips they were a little better bur not great
Very disappointing as was my mums 94th birthday celebration 🎂

I have been to the Club 4 times this festive season. It was worse with every visit. The new menu is awful. Asian salad ... the chicken was like eating cardboard. The fish was dripping in oil. 3 of us order steak. None of them were cooked correctly, and everyone got mushroom gravy..regardless. 2 wanted vegetables but only 1 got them. Meat pie was cold. A plate of baked vegetables was cold. And they were the strangest baked potatoes and pumpkin ever seen. They didn't even bother to cut the black bits off the broccoli or cauliflower stalk ends. Everytime I've been, something is not available. Yesterday, there were only a few desserts and not much choice. I doubt my friends and I will be back for a while. Used to be a good pub restaurant.

Have been ordering from here for a while and loved the food, and still do when it arrives correct. The Cob Loaf and Chicken Schnitzel burger are our favourite. Unfortunately the last 3 times the order has arrived incorrectly. Once received the cob loaf without the Cob Loaf Filling. Once received some Chicken burger that was not the right one, it was full of coleslaw. Once received received the burger without bacon and cheese like it is meant to. Please do better as your food is actually delicious when it arrives correct.

Had a very nice lunch. Party of 4. Food served quickly. Schnitzels are offered in two sizes and were amazing. The bacon and cheese cob loaf (under share food) was delicious. The staff are so friendly and truly lovely. We really had a nice time. Thank you.

Enjoyed the buffet lunch, chef and kitchen team surpassed themselves. Whole venue set up as a whole was very good, good layout and well organised. Shout out to the Head chef Janet and AVM Dayna for their walkabout chats with the customers, good to see management interaction with the patrons. See very little of that these days. Hope all staff had a Merry Christmas. 🎄😀

Came last week and had an awesome experience. Arrived again today due to this and ordered a chicken Parmi. Waitress seemed flustered when I asked for no chips. Asked for a bottle of water which we got last time. Was told no bottles of water. Asked for a skinny cappacino. Was told no lite milk. Then waitress brought over a chicken schnitzel. I asked where was the Parmi toppings and she told me I ordered a schnitzel. I said no I didn’t I ordered a Parmi. Waitress seemed argumentative and went to take the meal away but person I was with said not to waste the food. Which I didn’t want to do either. Not happy

Absolutely disgusting clearing table before finished. Meal was not complete as had been advertised then accused of touching the hand of a waitress when I did not I just put my hand over my plate to say don't take it away won't be coming back to this place should have checked reviews before dinning no one apologies to me for their rude behaviour especially the manager and waitress with glasses this makes me very cross and ruined the whole dining experience. Your staff need lessons in manners.
