Worst service ever. On a table of 16 people We waited almost 3 hrs between the 1st meal being served to the last. When the last people asked not to have their meals cooked and just get a refund we were told the meals had been cook 10 minutes prior and we had to take them and not get a refund. At which point we still didn't have these meals so I could only asume it was sitting on a bench or in a bamarie for the said 10 minutes. After back and fro with the manager who has no idea of what customer service is she said we could have them as takeaway if we wanted. And offered a $25voucher which was far less than the cost of the meal. We were told that it was because they had to serve the local rotary club 1st even though we had ordered prior to their arrival. And that they were training new staff. And after speaking to the manager who spoke to us like it was somehow our fault. The meal turns out to be pretty mediocre. Pretty disappointed
when you try to support small local community clubs it would be nice to be treated with a little country hospitality.

Went on snitty night and got a beer and huge meal for fifteen bucks added bonus kids ate free! Meal was great

Well done to all the staff. Planned preordered big group. We were late but No complaints . Meals were exceptional. Well priced and large.

Waited over an hour for food, to be told there was an issue and the till never sent our order. Once we got the food it was really good but, soon after they started closing up.

Thought we would try the club for lunch. I'm impressed. Fantastic friendly staff, very clean and just great place to have a feed. Will definitely be back

The staff where friendly an efficient, they seem to work exceptionally as a tight crew 😁. The food was excellent an sweet record was simple but nice .

Nice little club. Staff are friendly. Meals are nice. Parmi nights are value. Garlic prawn parmi very nice, but without the cheese.

Had Roast lunch today. The meat was not as tender as it should be. And received a salad instead of roast vegetables. Maybe you have to ask for hot vegetables. Received chips which do not have anything to do with a roast. Would not purchase again unless I requested roast potatoes, peas, carrots, like a normal roast should be. The service was excellent. Well done to the waitress.

Geat food complemented chef, hot and non greasy great sauces and just enough dressing on salad all salad cut nice n thin.

Food was as expected for a venue like this. Good pub food but nothing special. Definitely not a place for 'atmosphere'

Don’t order the Caesar salad. Revolting potato salad like dressing. I struggled to eat it. Would have sent it back but they were too busy. Friendly staff.

Do not have your venues here, i attended a venue, where the staff were very rude and told us off for going into the toilet, wouldn't let me get my wallet from my car, and constantly interrupted conversations to ask what we were drinking (although we had purchased our water/soft drink at the bar). Anything that the staff said to us was said in an extremely rude manner with zero customer service or manners.

Club Merbein staff were amazingly helpful to us when we recently organised an aunt's 90th birthday in one of their smaller function rooms. Given it was from long distance from Perth, they were patient with our questions, helpful with the setting up and the overall charge was extremely reasonable. Good quality food too. Nothing was too much trouble... great job, Club Merbein.
