Worst food ever was there with 3 other people, couldn't eat the food it was greaser bloody awful. Other people complain about food.

Worst club on the east coast. The lady at the front desk was rude to our 5 kids asking them to move away from the front door blocking people coming in even though they were not blocking anyone at all. Ordered our dinner during meat raffle night and was told a 1hr wait wich we were fine with, half of our table received there meals after 1hr30mins and no kids meals were yet to be received. 1hr50mins later only to find out our ticket had been lost and no meals to be had. The lady behind the counter in the bistro was extremely rude about the whole situation and couldn't even apoligize about our meals. WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!!

We come back every year. Great staff, fine food served quickly and a friendly atmosphere and bar staff. Week of bowls competition organised so well thanks to Andy and the crew.

We attended a function at Club North Haven and had a wonderful time. The food was great, and the service was good for most of the night. Unfortunately, a very rude member of the bar staff, who seemed to have some issues, did put a damper on the end of the night. Additionally, although it was advertised to be open until 11pm, the bar closed just after 10pm, and the staff began cleaning up, making us feel as though they wanted us to leave. We obliged, but it did affect our experience. However, we understand that everyone has a bad night, and we didn't let this mar the otherwise positive experience. Overall, it was a lovely venue.

Was in this club australia day W/E. Very friendly staff who were all very helpful.
Sat I ordered salt n pepper calamari and the calamari was so tender and cooked to perfection. The chips chunchy and salad fresh. All the meals I saw being served looked fantastic. Even the hamburger i saw on another table was exceptional. My only regret was i was too busy with the expo, I didnt get the chance to try another dish sun. Large perfectly cooked meals, and prices match the high quality. Worth a trip back.

Very friendly staff, food was ok. Ordered medium steak, but it came out well done. Other than that, it was great.

Very disappointed , from the time we went to the front desk.
The staff where not very friendly at all .
The meals where over priced and average.
Spoke to a few of the locals, we were informed that the ladies at the bar was not very welcoming most of the time.
Sorry but we will be informing our travelling group about this experience.
It felt like us travellers were not on the same level as your locals, as I got that feeling when standing there waiting to order drinks.

This place has wonderful food at reasonable prices. Staff very courteous. Our group of 12 all enjoyed their meals.

The best meal , my wife loved the roast pork. I was blown away with the porterhouse steak on Friday night. Cooked perfectly.

So we went to club North Haven at 1pm today. Spoke to the gentleman at the door. Told us they would be open till midnight, even though the website said till 11pm. We arrived just after 1030pm and the club was closed. So not only is your information wrong on the website. Your staff don’t know what is going on. We spoke to the ladies through the glass door and they apologised.
Maybe sort out your times and information on your website and train your staff better!! If you don’t know the answer, find out. Happy to wait a couple of minutes. It’s about customer service.
We only came in because we are tourists and wanted to get an idea of where to eat and enjoy a beverage.
Looks like bottle shop and stay at home.

Nostalgic reasons for our visit. Hadn't been here for 20 years with my late Father. Still, objectively very clean & neat facilities and the staff were very occomodating and friendly. Food was very nice and the daily special was quite affordable. As nice a bowls club as you could hope to visit. Good off streety parking and wheelchare accessable.

Nice quiet club. Nice meals good size. Monday nights 2 for one price in snack bar plus 2 schooners. Good value

I visit this club 4-6 times a year and have always enjoyed it in the past. My most recent visit was quite disappointing. I found that the menu had been heavily decreased in size with nothing to grab attention. I really struggled to decide on what to get as nothing seemed appealing and just boring. If you don't eat seafood, it's slim pickings. The salt and pepper calamari was very nice. The roast pork came without crackling as the kitchen had burnt it, which is disappointing. The boiled veges were flavourless, colourless and structureless. We had our dinner at 6.30pm, so early enough that they hadn't been sitting around all night. The prices are very high for what is essentially pub grub. Member price for a roast was $25.90, parmi was $27.90. The staff are friendly overall, but I was quite annoyed that the lady bar staff took the last of my drink before I was finished with it. I went to grab it to have my last mouthful and it was gone. I held onto every glass after that! It might be nearly empty but everyone looks forward to the last bit of their drink. The experience this time was not the pleasant, enjoyable night out that I have looked forward to in the past. I think we'll just have to try some new places next time.

I rarely place a negative review and considered contacting management only, but then noticed another review had posted that they had a hard time negotiating with management regarding a problem with their meal. I admit, we came to the dining room at 7.50pm, 10 minutes before the dining room closed which influenced the service we received. Meals came quickly but were not collected after we had finished and the staff packed up and left by 8.30pm without saying a word to us, leaving us to stare at our dirty plates. I asked at the bar what we should do with the plates and the friendly lady said that this is the process at the end of the night and the bar staff collect them. Food wise, a bit over priced and the oysters kilpatrick had loads of bacon and not much oyster. I think we would have had a better experience if we had arrived earlier in the night and if I had ordered the Barra as someone else had said it was good. :-)

Holidaying in North Haven, ten of us went for a meal, when we walked in we were greeted by a very rude lady at reception, who refused to talk to us and wouldn’t help us sign in. We signed in ourselves after being told to do it ourselves and work it out. Proceeded to go to the restaurant, and a disabled member of our party really wanted a burger and the kitchen rudely refused, even though burgers were on the menu.
We left and ended up going to the Laurieton hotel for dinner, and we were greeted by lovely staff and the atmosphere and food was amazing

Had dinner here during a recent stopover. The place was crowded so we thought the food must be good. However we soon realised that most of the patrons were there for the meat tray and cash raffles!
$34 for 2 small grilled lamb chops which were grisly and tasteless. Accompanied by a piece of pumpkin and potato which looked and tasted as though they’d been baked earlier in the day. The mixed steamed/microwaved/boiled veggies were bland and tasteless. Absolute waste of money!
The roast lamb dinner was no better!

Great food and cold beer. Te food at seagulls restaurant is top quality club tucker. Last meal there was the roast. Beautiful full of flavour lamb. Great veg and good size servings. Great staff and service.

Great club with great staff!
I attended their Thursday night meat tray raffle and won a tray. Then I had a wonderful plate of Salt & Pepper Squid, cooked to perfection in their bistro.
The locals are very friendly here as I struck up conversations with a few.
I would definitely return here again!

Friendly club good bistro with an extensive menu at reasonable prices.
They have a range of specials during the week plus raffles Friday Saturday &Sundays grab a baked dinner for only $14 dollars on Sunday. Staff friendly and helpful.

Being lawn bowlers we are very impressed with 3 immaculate greens, one under cover. We were welcomed by friendly staff and informed about the club and surrounds.
There is a great restaurant that has specials every night of the week.
There is also a coffee bar for lighter snacks and cakes.
Pokies for those that enjoy them and meat raffles on Thursday and Sunday nights.
Our next trip south will include a few days here rather than an overnight stop.

As we addendent a Xmas Philippine 🎄 party last night it is hard to judge other parts of the club, but WE enjoyed the night where we were, maybe more food on the plate ,large quee waiting for food, could of been handle much better,,thank you,
