We went here Friday night. 2 senior meals & 2 full meals with 4 drinks $90. Great night, great food & the service was perfect. Busy night yet our meals came out very quick. We got served by Bianca & she was very friendly, helpful & full of smiles. Will be back again.

Warm welcome, fast to take order and speedy delivery of drinks. The food came quickly and it was hot and fresh. Staff are friendly and there’s disabled parking and kids playground. They have the slots, a fireplace and outdoor area. The scenery in the day time is quite nice. Well done!

Very overpriced and average food. 6 of us sat down to eat and none of us finished our meals.
Very disappointing night. Would not recommend eating here.

Typical social club. As an international visitor/guest the sign in process was cumbersome. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was ok.

The steak here is terrible... 1cm thick $49.00 with a dry salad... asked to be cooked medium was literally like chewing a gum.
Well over cooked.... but with 1km what do you expect....
If you want a decent steak avoid at all costs cause I could have could blade steak better than the $49 Scotch fillet I received..

The meals are amazing & reasonable in price. You are required to sign in as a guest & have an option to eat inside or out on the deck overlooking the lake.

The food really surprised me ...I wasn't expecting it to be that good! The only thing I didn't like was as soon as we walked in to be seated for dinner we were stopped by a security guard who made us check in with our license to be scanned into their system...I would understand if we were going to be in the gaming room only but we were there for a nice meal.
Barramundi and steak were beautiful though! And our waiter Roche was sweetheart!

The experience here is always nice, the staff are just lovely. The food is always quite nice and fresh, pub style but nice specials. Just one small thing, the meal my son got was quite spicy and it wasn't mentioned in the menu it was spicy, no biggie to us; for others though that may be a bit disappointing. No hard feelings about it and we will be back.

Lovely large venue with plenty of room around the tables. There are excellent walks around the waterways to work off the extra calories. The seniors menu is only available on certain days and has a decent range of choices.

Just walking in and sitting down is something of a hassle, they always seem to have changed their membership system since we were last there and it always seems to take 20 minutes to sort out.
The staff are friendly, the place is quite nice, kids love the play area but it's open at both ends and you can't always see the kids inside the climbing stuff which makes minding your Houdini toddler stressful.
The food is generous, and looks impressive but is typically bland and overpriced. It's always best to remind them to bring kids food out first if you have little ones in tow, and you want any chance of eating your own food.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal of baked polenta and a chai latte which was just right. They did there best to understand that I was on a diet and made sure that they put skim milk in it for me.
The drinks took a while but got to us and the atmosphere is nice.
Playground for kids and sports lounge and pokies for the adults.

I ordered the tiger prawn pasta and I felt it was quite average. There wasn’t much flavour within the pasta. The service was excellent but for the price I wouldn’t buy the pasta again.

I have been to Club Officer a number of time for dinner and it never disappoints! The food is always consistently amazing and so is the service. I have taken a number of friends and family who have all loved it too. My favourite place in the area for dinner no matter if it’s the bistro or sports bar.

I had the Bombay curry which was ok but nothing special, could have been spicier.
Finished with an almond latte however it was sweetened (why do they only have sweetened and not tell you this as you order????) I wouldn't have ordered if I had known. All coffees should be with UNSWEETENED milk.

If u like horse racing absolute disappointment with very little TV coverage. Meals are great.

Having been here many time before I decided to have the lambs fry and bacon, as my mother has had it many times and it does look amazing, today I was most disappointed to get my lambs fry and bacon as it was such a small portion with so little gravy and veggies that taste like they are out of the freezer, I was most disappointed.
I hope this gets rectified.

Had a midweek lunch here with a group of friends. It's been a few years since our last visit, but the food is still good and the service is great as well.

For a busy bistro it's still quite enjoyable for 2 adults for dinner. Beautiful views, food always been constant ad generous. Cocktails standard.

Food was good,
But
Some of the staff were quite dull with no personality, but some were good.
Was disappointed, they only had one burger on the menu, which was a veggie burger, which is not for everyone.
Also quite disappointed that there was no seniors meals on weekends, which is just wrong.
Overall, disappointing.

Food is OK. Went Monday night to celebrate a birthday. All was going well until we heard a very loud voice booming through a microphone. When enquired what is going on
Advised Monday nights is trivia night
It would have been good if that would have been advised when booking. Made it difficult to have a conversation
Won't be going back on a Monday night again

First time visit, really good atmosphere, staff lovely and friendly AND helpful. Great menu, food very tasty, lots of variety. Really enjoyed the meal and space. Will be back.

First time visiting, family Saturday lunch.
Best beer battered fish and chips. Great modern atmosphere. Friendly welcome by reception staff.
Roche our table attendant was a standout. Charming, friendly and extremely efficient and attentive.
Looking forward to revisiting.

Being a chef,Don't go out very often so tonight we came to the club have dinner for our anniversary at table 1, Took lamb shank,was very dry and microwaved,my wife got a scotch half medium,half medium well and it was ordered medium,ive had my shank sent back and ask for the steak instead ,not even ask which steak ,what doneness,what sauce ,and walked off,i had to yell medium rare scotch fillet,not even came once to ask of we were ok ,clearing the table was last of her worries,whereas the table behind us was being looked after ,we could hear it.
Thankfully Helen at the front was very amazing and make the night heaps better.

Awful. About the best way to describe tonight's visit. We both ordered roast of the day, which sounded good was Turkey and Pork the young man said. We agreed that sounded groovy so ordered. It arrived in about 4 mins which was a bit quick but boy oh boy was it dreadful. The Turkey was a slippery texture less loaf of flavourless wobbly jelly like stuff and not edible, best we leave and move on to the pork. Well I've never not been able to get pork on my fork, but tonight it was so dry it just crumbled off. Vegetables were more acceptable. We called the young chap over and asked he take our meals away as they were dreadful. He happily took our alternative orders of fish and chips and I ordered the Italian Parma. He did offer us complimentary drinks which we declined. Four mins later the new meals arrived. How they make it so fast is beyond me but we concluded the regular chef must have been on holidays as the new meals were not great either. Barely warm chips, an underdone parma, the wee salad was OK.
Summary.. a bad night at the officer club. Needless to say we didn't finish the second meals and left. $84 down the drain.

Absolutely delicious roast lamb!
I've always been happy with the food and service here and the lunch specials are very good value.
