Wonderful Venue. We had my daughters engagement party on the greens. The Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure our guests were looked after. The Pizzas were amazing . We had a fun afternoon all thanks to Club Ryde.

What a friendly little club. Really good, reasonably priced food and such lovely, polite staff. It was very quiet the night we went. No line ups and personal service. Highly recommended!

We came on a Saturday night. Parking was ok. Plenty of outdoor seating. The pizza took over 45 min to come (and there was only 2 other tables there with patrons) and they came out one by one. Kids can kick a ball and have fun

Tracy was very rude, just because there was a misunderstanding when i booked the venue, doesnt mean she can ask us to pack up and leave and she has no right to refuse to serve us when we were about to buy coffee and drinks at the bar. You need to train her better as a big NO NO to refuse a customer. She clearly told the other staff not to serve us when we were about to order drinks. Thank you Bea for saving it, you keep saying sorry on her behalf.

Their customer service is like their furniture. Out of date and in desperate need of replacement. We came for the Halloween party and at reception we asked if we can use the bathroom for my child and instead of being pointed to the toilet in the club, we were told there was a bathroom outside. When you have a child that urgently needs to go, that is the worst possible response.

The Club's Privacy Policy - which is available on the website - is poor - minimal and wanting. In light of the recent data breach affecting other Clubs I had hopes that all Clubs would lift their game in respect privacy. Having a proper and full privacy policy is a way of ensuring trust and patronage. I'll stick to going to pubs where there is no need to share private information.

Pretty old establishment and desperately needs facelift. Not enough on site parking either. Very friendly and helpful staff.

One of the staff/receptionist (female, white, age 50+, on duty on Saturday afternoon, 27th April 2024) was irrational, ridiculously unfriendly and rude, and resorted to threats and intimidation, relying on imagined authority to mistreat/abuse event attendees. Additionally, there were no clear signing instructions at the venue for event attendees. Will never go back to this place or attend any event hosted at this place.

Not good.
The front desk service was great, however that’s where it ended.
The chef was quite abrupt and the food was well below par. I’m not a fan of writing a bad review however, the schnitzel was about 5mm thick, salad was in a pool of dressing, the nuggets were over cooked and the parmigiana had a piece of sliced cheese on top. The sauce was tangy like it had gone bad and the beer was quite sour.
It is an old venue but it does have potential if the service and food were better.
Quite disappointed and will not return.

My Wife and I are members and the last time we were at the club we had a meal both had steaks which we were very disappointed with! This place had so much potential the views are amazing! The food is below average we hope that things change, they need to have good fresh food, something for everyone, roast dinners for the pensioners and good quality steaks, that are cooked well and make sure the hot chips are always hot!

Just shocking after changing my machine to another. Was harassed by a lady at least 6 times. She kept telling me that "I have put $600 in the machine ". That's fine if I am getting free games, however I was not even getting 1 free game at all.
Not impressed being harassed. The club should stop selling her alcohol. She looked so intoxicated.

I was very disappointed that my 6yr old son was refused entry from your club on a very hot Saturday afternoon.
My friend who lives locally suggested going to club ryde for its excellent facilities for kids (which it has) so we walked the numerous hills in the area to get there, we were greeted warmly and about to enter when we were told my son's singlet was not acceptable to the dress code....males cannot be showing shoulders, this was no tradie high vis singlet this was a child's singlet with a floral pattern and his six! What makes matters worse for me was that the representative had a top on which was showing her shoulders and another female guest had a top on showing shoulders.
I understand and respect the importance in dressing accordingly to honour the fallen soldiers, my friend and I did that but, my 6yr old son should be exempt from these rules. The dress code needs to be updated, in this day and age if a 6yr old Male can't show his shoulders maybe women shouldn't be able to either.
After our long walk back to get a different shirt we drove back. My son enjoyed the kids room and we enjoyed our cold beers with friendly service.

Great place. Friendly and helpful staff. Bistro fantastic. Food was cooked to order. Best steak sandwich loaded with cheese and bacon and crisp chips, Asian dishes full of flavour and very generous serves. Vegetables crisp and crunchy. Couldn't fault the meals.

'Great club with great environment. Dining area overlooking valley and lawn bowling lawn. Good food. Interesting alcoholic slurpee which I would like to try again.

Great Chinese restaurant and the food is fresh and tasty 🤤 old school club to catch up for a feed and a cheeky beer. Entree and 2x mains $43. Will be back next time I’m around here.

Good for a game of pool. Food was disappointing and apart from Coopers all their beers are Japanese owned. But a jug of Coopers was reasonably priced at about $23

Club Ryde is a nice family venue that offers good friendly service by the staff, drinks prices are good and the place is kept clean. Bowling greens have been transformed into entertainment space with food trucks on offer. Sport plays on the big screen when it’s on and kids have play area to keep them busy. The new management at the bistro is a massive upgrade from the last owners. Food is nice, tasty but can’t be considered value for money with portion size to price. Overall I will be back to enjoy what Club Ryde offers for a reinvented club.

A friendly and unique offering to the local community. Great value for membership and you are always guaranteed to be greeted with a smile and a bit of banter.
Impressive greens where you’ve got food trucks and play equipment which makes it family friendly.
