Wonderful local club. We were unable to attend a family function so I called to see if I was able to send a bottle of bubbly to our families table and Steve went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that happened. We appreciate you so much, Steve! We will definitely be back!

Went out for a birthday dinner with a friend. We ordered a seafood basket. What we got was not certainly not a seafood basket. Seafood was well over cooked and scallops were so minuscule and definitely did not look like scsllops. Managaer of the cafe reluctantly gave us a refund and stated majority of the meal had been eat, when over half was still there. Anyone interested in the seafood basket I would highly recommend choosing something else or even going to the restaurant. We have never had any issues at the restaurant but this was our first and last time ordering from the cafe

Very pleasant club with very good food at amazing prices. Went for a meal with friends and joined that day. Each of us enjoyed different meals which is always encouraging. Drinks were very well priced too. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. We will be back, even though it's a bit of a drive from Kenmore. Nothing like it near us.

Very disappointed in the food. I had the pork roast which was uneatable! The meat had either been frozen and reheated or rehated cold. It was so tasteless - the veges were overcoooked. My friend had a steak and she could not eat it - tough as boots. Very disappointed indeed.

The place was beautifully refurbished and the staff is very efficient and lovely. Unfortunately, the food was a big disappointment all round. I'd recommend this place for drinks. The different bars and restaurants are the perfect space for social gatherings and events. The parking entrance i came through was a little hidden and i had to drive around to find it. Once inside, the car park was enormous and easy to navigate. I hope they improve on the meal quality, they got everything else going great.

The food is average for a club. A bit pricey both members and non members.
Very strict with regards to dress code make sure your shoes are on you at all times including when you are relax and seated...I was told off by new security at 11pm while seated and chatting with my sister...I am 60 years old and occasionly my foot swells up especially wearing closeup shoes during winter....told the guard my reasons but he has no sympathy ..he said You are breaching the dress code!!😅

The actual club is nice. Nice lighting and atmosphere etc. They also have a lot of options for food and have a nice menu ALTHOUGH I’ve eaten here twice and both times the food has been extremely bland and under-seasoned (both mine and my partner’s dishes so I’ve tasted 4 of their dishes - all bland, especially their pasta dishes). It’s an easy fix but not sure how the chefs are unaware of this issue as they should be tasting their food, especially when they’ve gone through all the effort of making the club look so nice. They do have a good deal on memberships and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the food is letting them down at this point.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great selection of meals from the restaurant and cafe. Gaming area is very spacious and lively. I always have a lovely time at Club Southside!

One of our favourite place for food. The food are great with nice plating. Their staff provide great services as well. The interiors is beautiful and something there are live piano.

My first time here and I was really impressed to the decor but most mainly to staff who are very friendly, attentive, happy and excellent service. My friends 60th birthday was done so nicely from decor, food, drinks. The ambience and lighting and sounds are perfect. We all had a blast celebrating a special lady. Thank you Club Southside, you will see us again. ❤️

My comments is based on the restaurants only. Spacious, neat and clean atmosphere, lots of tables, very well resources. Dishes were served pretty fast, and tables cleaned quite timely. Membership is $5 lifetime plus a free Freedom Fuels discount card. Price is a bit higher than the other clubs. Coffee was on the burnt and smokey side. Big car park at the front but could get busy.

My brother had their baby shower party at the club, the lady who helped us on the day was super friendly and awesome!(Not sure her name, but she had bandage on her finger) . The place was clean and pretty! Food was nice ! 🙂👍

Lovely venue and staff. Today I got the Brisket topped Parmi. When it come out it was warm at best, it felt like it had been sitting for a while and just warmed up. My partner had a normal parmigiana and it was the same. We were a little disappointed with the food, hopefully if we visit again it will be better and today was just an off day.

Love coming down to Club Southside. Awesome food, quick service with lovely, modern and clean facilities. A lot of gaming machines to choose from and money draws going on weekly top off the list. Lovely clean and elegant bathrooms! Great live music.

Lots of renos going on at the moment. Food was ok but could have been better. Our fish was overcooked, my breakfast rosti had cold cooked salmon.... may be traditional but not to my liking, the bar type soft drinks were so watered down they tasted like water.

Looks fancy from the outside, looks fancy from the inside.
Both cocktail & beer was delicious, so was the food except for the fact that I ordered 4 steaks which took over 30 minutes to arrive which came as the wrong order.
We took the wrong order as it is but 3 of the steak was actually served cold.
While it's my first bad experience here, but this is just completely unacceptable.

Hit and Miss. Most staff are friendly and welcoming but there are a few "wanna-be management climbers" who go out of their way to make you feel like you are privileged to be here. In particular - a vertically challenged "security" guy who struts around the gaming room with his chest puffed out trying to look important. He will assume that you are doing the wrong thing without any evidence and lie when challenged. Also - the tall girl in the cafe with the brown hair in a pony tail. I think her name begins with a "J". She has as a chip on her shoulder and clearly does not enjoy working there. She is always stressed, never smiles and is in a bad mood. She's frightening to order from.
After visiting with friends and family several times we have come to the conclusion that certain staff members at Club Southside don't understand the importance of "keeping the customer happy". More staff training in manners and a customer focused approach is definately needed.
Also - the quality of the food is dependant on who the chef is on duty that day. We have had over cooked steak and burnt food more times than not. The new cafe menu is not appealing - particulary the date pancakes. They taste like dried up, rotting garbage. The smoked salmon on the potato rosti is NEVER hot although it is advertised as such.
As far as catering for dietary needs - forget it! The staff have no idea about gluten free and most times there are no gluten free sweet options in the cafe cabinet. I've witnessed gluten free cakes being placed on the same plate and shelf as non-gluten free products, rendering them inedible to people sensitive to gluten.
The specials on offer M-TH in the restaurant never cater for food intolerances except for the steak. Depending on which chef is asked there may or may not be a gluten or dairy free option.
How difficult is it to have a box of gluten free or dairy free pancake batter in the kitchen? At least there would be one dessert option for those of us who suffer from the most common food intolerances.
Club Southside is convenient to where we live and hence the reason we continue to patronage it. If the above mentioned staff members relaxed and at least pretended to enjoy their jobs it would make the experience more pleasant for everyone.

I have been trying come in different days and having my meal here. It’s a great place for me to catch up with friends. Nice atmosphere and friendly staffs. I feel relaxing to sit and drink here

I am very disgusted about last nights experience. Came here for my friends birthday and he ordered a seafood basket from the cafe, took over 35 minutes and he and I were very disgusted about what he got. $30 for a pathetic amount of seafood which was overcooked. I tried a bit and didnt really like it.
You have let my friend down and you have ruined his birthday and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I would really like an apology and a full refund and you will take measures to prevent this from happening again

Have been here a few times in the last couple of weeks and love the atmosphere and well priced members meals. I brought my family here as I wanted to show them how lovely it is and they thought so too, but I was a little grossed out by the state of the little green pots of tea and cups. Surely during quiet times they can be cleaned/soaked and not so tea stained. Just my 2 cents worth!

Had a fantastic time at Club Southside! The atmosphere was lively, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of entertainment options. Whether you're into gaming, live music, or just looking for a vibrant social scene, Club Southside has it all. The food and drinks were excellent, adding to the overall positive experience. A great spot for a fun night out with friends or family!

Great place to take the family for dinner. Visited on a Tuesday night and good meals at very decent prices. $5 registration gets you permanent discounts. Provides great support to our cricket club , please mention kuraby cricket club if you happen to go.

Food was good. Good prices particularly if you join, which is cheap and lifetime anyway.
Karage salad was healthy, came out quick.
They even have sarsaparilla.

***FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE***
✅ Friendly staff
✅ Very spacious and ambiance is nice
✅ Food is good. Kids meal is definitely worth the price.
🧐 Would be good if they have a menu for all drinks. They just have a menu for wine.
📌 Ordered lamb rump char grilled, sand crab linguine snd chicken parmigiana with chips and salad. Spent A$63.80.
📌 Drinks were apple juice, kirks soda, martini and bourbon. Spent A$26.60.

Considering the ease of parking, comfort, service and value of food it is a very homey place to bring your family for a Friday night or Sunday evening dinner.
Sign up to the card and your discount for food will pay off. Portion of food is very reasonable, taste of food is hearty and has a bar for drinks too.
I would come again with friends and family.

Coffees are mostly only warm not hot on several occasions of visiting. Food is generally ok in both areas. But we all did comment and need a folk to eat our scones as just so crumbly. Cafe staff a little dismissive at times with taking your order missing items. A mix of positives and negatives on visits.
