Went for lunch and beverage and it was all pretty good. The menu ordering system was having a bit of a trouble loading on my phone and when I went to the counter thr free offer of garlic bread wasn't honoured because it was a phone app promotion only which was a bit poor. Food was pretty good quality but tad overpriced foe what it was - a pub meal. Would go again but not likely eat there as better options are available not far away.

Visited for dinner. Ok variety of breweries and beers on tap. Bryon bay lager had a clean crisp taste, so pretty good. The honey chicken starter was excellent. Rissoles were just ok, not much flavour. The steak sandwich and burgers were pretty good. The calamari was pretty good. The stuffed chicken was just ok, not very stuffed and not much flavour. The Chips and side gravy sauces were good. The flat white coffee was pretty good. The sticky date pudding was light weight, the sauce was fine but just ordinary pudding overall. Typical club/pub atmosphere. Friendly service, plenty of parking. Overall we had a pretty good time.

The venue was really nice. The staff were friendly and the customer service was really great. The food was fresh and the drinks were very affordable. The place is kept really clean and there is plenty of space for lunch or dinner with friends. The chicken parmi was delightful and highly recommended. Great pub with sports area, dining area and pokies area. If you are in the area stop in for a feed.

The renovations a few years ago have brought this pub up to date nicely with an exterior render and modern design inside in the dining and gaming areas. The menu is a little on the expensive side for a pub but the Commercial Mix share platter is great value at $39 for 2 or more people and includes BBQ pork ribs, calamari, karaage chicken, potato wedges, toasted baguette & dipping sauces.

Stayed the night in the nightcap hotel and the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable as always when I stay at any of the nightcap franchise. And the food was excellent downstairs in the pub.5 ⭐️ for the food aswell

Service is extremely poor.
1. my friend booked a month ago for her function. And confirmed it twice with the manager, but all 25 of us showed up and there was no booking.
2. Our orders were the same but we were given different sizes of food and drink. When we approached staff, we were given wrong item again. And when we approached another staff, they just said I DON’T KNOW HOW OUR SYSTEM GOES. Not good enough. I hope the management train your staff better.
Food is expensive. I will not be coming back to this place and I suggest you put your money elsewhere.

Really tidy, clean, modern accomodation. Very friendly check in service. My first room there was a lot of outside noise. And the lovely staff moved me to somewhere quieter.

Really enjoyed my day at the commercial today escaping the heat and enjoying the aircon after the Christmas storm. The staff (Josh and Andrew) were super friendly and the food was amazing. Would recommend in a heartbeat

Ordered Lunch with friends. Two of us ordered a Pot of Lemon Lime Bitters the other one is Glass when my other friend got her Pot it was in a very small glass, smaller than the glass size but we paid more with pot than the glass, service was very rude and didn’t sort out our problem we also ordered a medium well rump steak but she got well doneeeee. Waitresses was rude and was not very helpful. Won’t recommend going to their pub

Not the first time and become a regular stop off due to usually lower cost but it varies ($86-140 in two days). Good clean modern venue
Love the free welcome drink.
Rooms are modern with adequate facilities like AC,Jug,tea,coffee iron etc.
Free on-site parking.
Easy access on and off the M1.
Shopping close by.
Nice bistro
Whole building clean and fresh.
Great staff.

Lunch menu was ordinary, my friend ordered bangers and mash with hot mustard - the hot mustard tasted like %110 wasabi and he nearly choked on it. I had the japanese karrage chicken bowl - chicken was rock hard with very plain rice. Staff are nice.

Just had a beautiful lunch with my wife
She had the pie and i had the burger..
Wife gave the pie 10/10 burger was great too..

Jacob served us. He is a delightful young man; very personable and helpful. Really good pub food. Steak was cooked to perfection. Well done!!

I went there few weeks ago, asked for a green Thai food that to be honest wasn’t so good. After my mother in law spoke to them we decided to go back, and they definitely listen to us! She ordered the same than my first one, and was delicious!!! All of the foods! Was definitely a great experience!! We was talking already to go back. It’s beautiful to see a place which really listen to their clients. Well done guys!

Dinner took ages. Got delivered to an empty table.🤦♂️, and left there. Went to ask about dinner, she told me it's on another table. I eventually went and got it myself. Was very cold. Sent it back. Got refund. Not even an,,, ooops sorry. So I shared my friends dinner. Food is usually just average anyway.
Oh. Staff just can't pour beer.🤦♂️ can't change kegs. And no apology for no dinner.🤷♂️ about as Good as McDonalds. Been going downhill for a while.
Ohhh, desert was forgotten.
Go to a locally owned pub.

I booked for my son baptism ahead of time i talked to manager name Andrew,i ask him that the booking is good for 30 people he told me they cant cater for the whole lot in the hotel dining area, but can in the bar side area,which i agree, called them again for confirmation, asked him if i need to pay for the booking, he said no.but when the said event come, find out that he didnt even booked it and it wasnt in the system..it was such a stress knowing you booked in and just find out they dont put you in …terrible

The beef cheek is just amazing,.fall apart in your mouth.
Huge servings.

Have come here 3 times in a month and the steaks and schnitzels have been spot on. Great service and Cellic at the bar was friendly and offered great service.

Great service. James at the counter went out of his way and made lunch for me even though the kitchen was closed. I'm also staying here at the hotel and rooms are clean and spacious. Shower is powerful and aircon is freezing. Excellent. Highly recommended.

Compliments to the chef. Decent servings. Eye fillet steak cooked to perfection. Customer service was good. Very hearty meal. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice pub meal.

Bistro was no help at all just wanted a small meal after the footy. Couldn't get a seniors meal or kids meal only 4 entrees or chips to choose from. Waitress attending bistro very friendly pity I couldn't say the same for staff behind bistro counter. For 219.00 a night for a bed and bathroom only, expected a little more from the staff. Not them talking about me behind my back and in front of me, wow. Couldn't even direct me to other places to eat. Won't stay here again. Best place to eat near here is melek kabab pizza opposite the hotel. Stairway into commercial hotel room stinks badly of mould and cockroachs running out of kitchen that female manager squished in front of me. My complaints fell on deaf ears. Wanted to leave and get money Back with in 2 hrs of being there due

Beautiful rooms, great price and lovely staff. Parmi was delicious but the salad was average just lettuce and one cherry tomato. Margarita was really bad but I did swap it for another drink.

A real find for accommodation- the rooms are spacious and well fitted out with comfortable beds. The staff are really helpful and very funny! It surpassed our expectations

Amazing accommodation, very clean with complimentary water and boxed breakfast. Cleaning staff so friendly and welcoming. As a family we could not speak highly of the staff in bar/bistro side. They were all so friendly and so helpful. Amy was such a stand out 👏 Thank you all so much for making our family weekend special. 👍👍👍👍👍
