We just went into the newly renovated bottle shop, the worst service I have ever experienced. I picked a bottle of spirit on sale, only to be charged $10 more, when I questioned the female replied "what's the date" I replied I didn't know, her reply Was the sale ran out yesterday...I said it's on display you have to honour the ticket price. The reply "no I don't it's got a date on it. !!!!".
Really - I'm also in retail and know customer service, I feel for the new owners of this establishment, they haven't got a chance with staff like that. Next time I'll drive to Woolgoolga.
Unfortunately not the first time I've seen her bad service, we heard her telling the customer before us she wishes she hadn't been at work today. Well that sure shows. It's sad to think it's the last time I will go in there, business is hard enough to get without losing the locals.

We had a large family group of 40, the food was quick and exceptional…everyone in our group raved…just wonderful 😊

The food was great fresh and well done the staff were friendly really nice place to have drink and meal reasonable price ,will definitely be back.

The Asian noodle salad with scallops and prawns was excellent, restaurant quality and unexpected to get such good food in a regional pub. Everything fresh and really tasty sauce, well done we'll be back.

Terrible. Went up there to need an old friend for catch up drinks and meals, could not find anywhere to sit wgere there was no smell of cigarettes, I am an asthmatic so disappointed. This is the only local place to have a meal and we had to leave.

Really like this pub, up on the hill at corindi looking over patches of the east coast kangaroos of to the land beside. Massive raked ceilings hand carved by ⚒️ axe for most part. Sounds made up. Check it out. Just make sure ya don't end up staying there for a few beers

Pub food is good. Beers are good. Pokies not as exciting as red rock( old style).

Ordered veggie burgers for the kids and Buddha Bowls for adults. Kids enjoyed and started picking off our plates as the Buddha bowls were presented so nicely. Good sized meals and tasted as good as it looked. Forgot to take a pic before digging in.
Super friendly staff, atmosphere/decor just needs updating. Highly recommend.

. My partner of really bad food poisoning with prawns in peanut souce , we went there for my BD dinner with kids and it didn't work out well at all. You guys need to check your sea food. Dangerous.

My partner and I had the best first experience at Corindi thanks to The Amble Inn. They picked us up from our accommodation and dropped us off, the food was delicious, with big plates and the Staff was so welcoming.

My family ordered steaks most of us ordered medium. I’m not sure what was done to those poor steaks but I’ll tell you that it was the worst steak we’ve ever eaten. The salad was fresh and the chips were nice. Friends of ours ordered the risotto and said that it was unpalatable. We won’t be returning which is a shame because it looked like a lovely pub.

Loved this place 35 odd years ago. Sunday arvo blues and oyster special and of course good friends to share it with. I’m back and there was no blues but the place was packed and pumping. We all had different meals and all of us said the same…. One of if not the best pub meal we’d ever had. From a chef (retired) that’s worked just about every kitchen scenario there is, your kitchen team are 10/10, bang on!

Large local pub near Corindi Beach, nth of Coffs Harbour. They have different areas, inside and out and Wednesday is Trivia night. We ate dinner in the back beer garden with our two small dogs. Parking was no problem in the large car park.
The menu has lots of choices and multiple vegetarian options (see menu in photos). Staff were very friendly, meals came quickly and serving size was generous. We ordered garlic bread, Buddha bowl and Garlic Prawns (12 Large prawns in serve!) We will return to try out the rest of the menu.

I’m from Sydney and everywhere I go misses the mark. However, this place was spot on for food, great menu, generous servings, quick and friendly and food was amazing! Come to Sydney please!

Had dinner for our last night away. the meals came out super quick and they were great. cant beat a $19 parma. bigger and cheaper than most pubs around the place. kids meals $10.plus soft drink and ice cream. Would recommend to anyone.

Great local pub with attached bottle shop. Excellent scenery with ocean glimpses and a wee sneak of the sunset if you're there at the right time.
Came for a good feed and was not let down. Had the ribs and the serving size was huge. The bourbon sauce was superb. The chips that accompanied the ribs were good too.
The wife had the chicken schnitzel with chips and veggies. The shnitty was a classic and on point. The veggies were a teeny bit underdone but all brought together nicely with the complimentary gravy.
The prices for the food are easy on the wallet and are great value. A soft drink off tap was a little expensive, however. Looking forward to trying more food from the menu.

Good but could be clearer with food service, the bar server gave us a menu at 3:05 and told us where to order. When we went to order the kitchen had closed at 3.

Food took an hour to be prepared for a cheeseburger.... How is that possible? Buzzer didn't work either so food was going cold and we had to investigate what happened. Do not go here.

Fesh, yummy Buddha Bowl and delicious good portion Chicken Parma for lunch.
Good service.
But no tea or coffee served here, they dont offer at all when I asked.
At least there is self service water!

Fast service, friendly staff and the kitchen is excellent. Party of 9 served at top speed, everyone loved their dishes.

Beautiful $15 lunch special. I had the chicken parm with chips and vegies. My partner had the steak. The seating area is very big, the tables are spaced out enough and there is a jumping castle for kids.

Back in the day this place (formally called the Amble Inn) used to have an okay pub menu and ambience and friendly attentive service. Fast forward to 2024 and the Corindi Beach Hotel is an absolute shadow of its former self. ZERO ambience, the first thing you notice is the war zone of an outdoor dining area and shredded remnants of what used to be an awning over the area. It’s a sorry sight and wreaks of neglect and lack of pride. The employees appear like they have no morale and understaffed. When asking at the bar for cocktails that were advertised (at the bar) the bar lady said there’ll be no cocktails that night as they have none of this or that and that they are too understaffed to serve cocktails. Her demeanour and the rest of the staff was flatter than my glass of lemon lime and bitters. To make matters worse my daughter’s kids burger wasn’t cooked in the middle and was raw - not pink- RAW. I had to flag this with staff and the manager because it was a major concern. The creamy garlic prawns I ordered was slop in a bowl, which the cream was congealing nicely on top of the rice. We agreed to the offer of the refund for the burger but this has been the most pathetic state of decline we have seen over the past 6 years of visiting this pub. A bulldozer may be the answer as clearly no love has been put towards this place. Dark, outdated and old. It needs a major overhaul. Whoever the owner is now, they have been barely doing the minimum to keep the joint functioning and its an embarrassment.there used to be a nicer alfresco area at the back but it’s been sacrificed to make way for a dingey pokies area. We certainly won’t waste our time and money here. A tired, rundown and unloved ‘Shamble Inn.’

Atmosphere is okay, nothing special, bistro seating is average, service from the bar is quick but bistro service is pretty bad. It's gotten better but still very slow, to the point where you can be standing at the counter for 2-3 minutes without placing an order. Even when you do order its hit and miss. I'll attach a photo of a $23 Casear salad. $23. I got 3 pieces of toasted turkish, maybe 30g of bacon, a hard poached egg then half a bowl of lettuce, no exaggeration. Pizza is the only reason I continue to buy dinner here.

Absolutely delicious beef and reef and the Parma beautifully crumbed Great quality side salad and yumm chips Can’t wait to get back here Oh and free courtesy bus back to the caravan park (which is actually only a 10 minute walk if feeling like it) Thanks

18 of us, camping at Corindi Caravan Park, descended on the Corindi Hoel for dinner.
Some of us took advantage of the courtesy bus, dogs included.
Mel was great, accepting our well behaved doggies on the short trip, thank you.
The friendly staff, professional chefs exceeded themselves in delivering 18 fabulous tasty meals.
A great night was had by all, thank you to everyone involved at the Corindi Hotel.

We were so impressed, we returned for lunch on Friday.
Fabulous food, friendly staff awaits, dogs welcome.
Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.
