Worst customer service i've ever experienced. The chicken schnitzel was mushy. Do not bother going.

We used to go for toasted sandwiches, but they are no longer available for lunch. The pulled pork rolls are very good, but double the price.

We had a fantastic experience here. We were on a long drive with our two dogs and got to the pub just before dinner service ended. The staff were so helpful and set us up outside so that our dogs could relax on the grass. Dinner came out so quickly, was delicious and great value.

We dined at the restaurant. My 2 year old was being an absolute nightmare. We were early so it was quiet (phew!). The staff were so lovely providing colouring in items for her and being understanding even though it would have been so annoying for them! Luckily she settled before the restaurant filled up. Typical Mum, I ordered the pasta carbonara as to keep one hand free, and it had no business being as good as it was! Truly comparable to my experience in Italy. You made my night! Thank you!

This must have been a grand hotel in the past. A good historic hotel which has remained much of it's original features. Staff are friendly and polite. Love the pool room with the lead lights over the pool table, the old fire place and the deers head. The bookcase and high tables are a nice touch. Some high tables look too modern in such a setting but they have character. We noticed some people playing an indoor game tossing what looked like small bean bags at a sloped target on the floor and wondered what this possible historic game was. The meal we had was very good though the sauce on the chicken parmigiana was a little too sweet for me. The gravy that came with it to put on the chips was really good, would buy a tub to take home. The rump steak was very good, nice and tasty and the mushroom gravy really good. The chips on each plate were good as well. Sticky date not to my liking... overall we enjoyed our time and meal very much.

The best surf and turf we have ever had. Meat was cooked to perfection and extra delicious calamari and char grilled prawns. Chips were delicious and my wife had the veggies with hers and said they were amazing! A special thank you to the chef for a wonderful meal!!!

Take a group of seniors here for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their meals. One of the seniors (who always complains, thought it was a bit noisy in the dining room.) It was a little noisy with the pokies near by and the television showing cricket and the music playing. And then came in a big group of people. Next time we come back, we might book for the back dining room. Always, great menu with a small selection. Good prices and really friendly staff. Thanks chef, meals arrived quickly... Hot and presented well..

Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was decent and fast, although it probably helped that they weren't busy.

Last night we had a gathering of 16 people from different locations meet at the Criterion Hotel and everyone complimented on how beautiful the meals were. They were all cooked very well and most of all , every meal came out hot. It was a pleasure to receive beautiful hot food and service from very pleasant staff. The desserts were of the same high standards. Well done.

I very recently stayed of 6 nights and would happily stay again. I was on my own but met up with friends who also stayed in different rooms. This grand old building doesn't pretend to be either 4 or 5 star but I would say my experience was 4 star. I didn't particularly like the gaming feel of the bar but enjoyed a few drinks there anyway. The roast meal I had one night was quite good and excellent value. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They "joke" a bit about ghosts and the noisy floorboards in the hall as people go to the communal toilets etc in the middle of the night probably add to that myth. Absolutely great location right next to the helpful Tourist Information Centre and directly opposite a significant shopping centre which contains two major supermarkets , a liquor shop and much more. Ample parking out the back but it is not secure. I was on a motorbike - had no issues in the that regard. Room was relatively freshly painted, some blemishes in the halls. Lovely pressed tin ceiling. There were tea and coffee making facilities plus a fridge and toaster in the communal guest kitchen. Great value and I'd stay again

I stay at many of these remote location hotels when travelling for the country experience in all facets. This one didn't meet the hopes. Rooms big and clean. Meal was a shocker. Super disappointed here. But you can only judge what you get. Beer cold. However no real country vibe that I was hoping for. Think there's more in the area I'd like to explore over this one.

I don’t know how to thank you enough after coming to our rescue when our 7 room 3night accommodation at a Motel in Warwick cancelled our booking with out our knowledge the night before we were to arrive. You were so professional friendly and accommodating on our request to get 7 rooms for the 3 night. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without your help. Thanks to you we soon had an amazing weekend at the Jumpers and Jazz. I would’ve highly recommend staying at this unique and beautiful hotel ,great location, very clean, food was delicious and apart from the staff being friendly and efficient they went way beyond amazing to cater for us. Huge thank you

Hi , I just wanted to say that my wife and I attended this business for lunch today and found this hotel to be very tidy and clean. The staff were friendly and the food was fantastic, my lunch was a roast beef with real roast vegetables, like real roast potatoes and roast pumpkin and fresh green beans and broccolini. Nothing from a can or microwave oven, and plenty of gravy. It was like going to nannies for lunch and getting a home cooked meal πŸ˜‹. My wife had a serving of rissoles and vegetables that was equally impressive πŸ‘Œ and then came dessert, OMG 😲 I had the apple pie , and it was fantastic from the presentation to the finish was a 10 out of 10 all day long. My wife had the special for her dessert that was a lemon curd tart with meringue chards and strawberries, she said that it was also great and with just the right amount of lemon and would certainly have it again πŸ˜‹ so in closing, a huge thumbs up to the chef and your kitchen hand that delivered the meals, sorry I don't know your names, but we think that you are doing a wonderful job and keep up the great work and will definitely be keeping the Criterion Hotel in Warwick on our list of great food and country hospitality. Love it. 5 stars is not enough. Should be 10

Gorgeous traditional Aussie pub. Wish there were more pubs like it. Traditional old wood bar with stained glass windows, gorgeous building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great menu, and great cheap specials on the lunch menu. We had roast pork lunch special for $9.90!!!! Delicious and a great serve too. I just wish we had a pub like this near us

Friendly staff . Food is basic but very good Room is as you would expect from such an old hotel, but spotlessly clean.Shared bathrooms are clean , free of mould. The building is original with timber floors ,large balcony along the front of the building.

Burger for lunch was exceptional. Overall service was average. |Saw people checking in having to carry suitcase up multiple flights of wooden stairs. ||The place has a charm due to its age and just needs staff to lift their game to balance it out.
