What a manger at this hotel julia triulcio disrespectful to customers and also so rude to the workers that she work with Julia triulcio she so very rude and look what she does to a regular customer house

Went to the cross keys for the first time for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The meals are a great size as well as tasting delicious. Pricing is good and staff are very friendly. We would recommend this hotel for a good meal out.

We had a 3 Birthday Sunday lunch. The service was brilliant and the staff were super friendly and could not do enough to make this a very happy occasion. We ordered some platters of hot and cold food and it was all very tasty and fresh.

Very impressive renovation’s. The staff on 4/9/22 were terrific ( like friends) the food was without a doubt the best in a long time and a table of 8 not one complaint. Our booking was for 12 and yes it was a quiet day but we sat down at 1pm and at no stage were we rushed through. A big thanks to all at the pub for a great day

This place has really changed. It's newly renovated, looks fresh and the menu is a good variety of all kinds of things. The food is amazing. We've eaten here a couple of times with groups and everyone enjoyed their meals. Their chicken burger rivals any other burger joint. High quality, fresh and delicious. Do not hesitate to try a meal here. The staff are all friendly too and go out of their way to ensure you have a good time.

The schnitzels are delicious, the beef schnitt is a huge serve and perfectly crumbed. Tasty chips, and a nice little salad. Been here twice over the last month and enjoyed quick friendly service and excellent value for money both times. Easy parking and fresh decor makes it our new favourite pub.

Staff at the door are ... at the wrong door. It is not a very good attitude for greeting people who are supporting local businesses. Ignorant and rude, if you dont like all sorts of people at all hours of a day ... dont work in "hospitality" poorly trained and arrogant doorman/mallcop. The venue itself was very nice. Apart from a security/doorman with a self-importance issue’s, it's a very nice place inside tastefully decorated.

Our big family love this beautiful, friendly, happy place to meet and share precious time together. The staff are so welcoming and lovely. The meals are delicious and we would go nowhere else.

Not good in the matter of room temperature. Also disappointed with Fiona supervisor. She let are sits the in freezer temperature. When we ask for adjustments she refused with very silly excuses. Obviously not very technicaly inform or knowledgeble. Typical situation is that in the summer is freezing cold and in the winter everybody is sweating of heat. Big disappointment specially when gaming room won awards of"best gaming room"in Adelaide. This situation let as things twice if we come back any more. Nobody wants to go home sick and stress with supervisor argumental nature.

Nice & relaxing hotel with an awesome variety of gaming machines 🙂
Staff are very helpful & friendly.. service is great..
Soft drinks & ham/cheese toasties are complimentary for patrons in gaming room..with that service it's a huge +++
To me that says that the hotel care about their patrons..

Luv this place. Decor great, atmosphere xlent, service xlent, food very good. Ordered pork roast and was served a very big serve, delicious....this pub has really changed a lot for the better.

Just popped in with the wife. Tried two lunch specials. She had the cheese Burger. I had the seafood basket. Two pieces of fish the size of chicken nuggets. Calamari was mush. Scallops are still cold and uncooked. Terrible food.

I went to this place for the first time ever today, the staff were great, very friendly. The Duty Manager was really nice too I ordered a meal from the specials that was available, which was Roast Pork, this was very nice and tender, didn't need a knife to cut it, it just fell apart with a fork, had lots of tasty Roast Vegetables. The venue was really nice and clean, plenty of parking, with Disability Parking directly outside the door to the Bistro. On the day that I went, there was Karaoke on, and the people running that were really nice too. I recommend this venue if you are looking for a great family venue for a meal where the value for money is great and you are treated like a person

I went to karaoke 2-6pm in the Sports Bar last Sunday.. Lots of fun singing and celebrating my mate's Birthday. A few local patrons and mostly our group of regular karaoke "family" members.
The manager is an amazing lady, beer specials between the footy siren. ♿ 🚻, ♿🅿️, ♿ entrances

I went there with my son and a mate Friday the 2nd February for dinner the food was awesome the service was awesome and the staff were absolutely amazing! One thing can we please have ( can’t remember what it’s called) it was chicken schnitzel with mash on top and something else if we could have that back please that would be great

I went hotel for work there I work for 4 hour max trial is 2 hour but I work there for 4 hour only one chef work in kitchen might be they call people for work trial when they have booking because they have only one chef to operate kitchen. And they don’t pay for 4 hour work. They should know trial is max 2 hour

I used to work here and LOVED this place back then(2014-2017)!!! Now it's been fully renovated!! I was blown away by the modern chique decor! And the gaming room is hands down so nice to walk through with the lightly lit divider walls that separate the machines, it feels spacious without being "closed in" like most other gaming rooms! And all the machines are new! The dining and front bar feel warm and welcoming now too! And the food was yummy! (I was sad to see the salad bar gone) I could forgive this, with everything else being so WOW!! Loved the look of the alcove situated in the centre of the dinning area! It still had a personal and private feel that made me instantly want to book my next party/ girls night out here!!!! I don't normally write reviews on google but I couldn't stop myself this time!!!! I'm just honestly BLOWN AWAY! Ohhhh BTW!!! The ladies working in the bar........... YOU GIRLS TOTALLY ROCKED! I will recommend the cross keys to everyone in future!

I recently enjoyed a meal at Cross Keys, then spent an hour in the gaming room. The staff on duty were very welcoming and friendly, a credit to the hotel. I was made to feel right at home by the girls:
Bobby, Angie , Renee and Ellah.
I have been a customer for many years, and love the new decor. Always a pleasure to visit for a relaxing afternoon Rosina Holland.

I had lunch there yesterday as part of our regular monthly family gathering. As always, the staff couldn't do enough for us. They were so friendly and gave us impeccable service. The tables were lovely and very festive. The coffee was delicious, as was my sault and pepper squid and chips. I'd give my meal a 10 out of 10. It's rare you go somewhere and get really well-cooked chips these days. Well-done guys. Keep it up and merry Christmas!

I Came in last Wednesday night and was greeted by a young lady who introduced herself to me as Ellah. She was very kind and thoughtful towards my needs and thoughts, she waited patiently for me to pick what meal i wanted as there were so many great choices. She recommended the cheesy garlic bread and chicken parmy as it was one of her personal favs. Overall staff were very friendly, beautiful, and facilities were very modern.

Great service and staff were great, don't let the front of the pub fool you as it was really nice inside. If you want a bit of a flutter before eating you can through some coin into the pokies to see if you can double up on the time spent!
Yes it has a smokers area out the side of the premises and you can strike up a conversation with the locals.
