We were very disappointed, the room was dirty with mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. We were supposed to get a queen bed, but the room only contained a double bed. There is no separate reception, it was very noisy and bar staff were busy and did not seem to know what they were doing when they checked us in. There was a charge on the paperwork, we were told it was to make sure that the credit card was functional and would not be charged. You guessed it we got charged, we contacted the Hotel several times and got a different explanation every time what the cost was for. not very satisfying.

We visited a restaurant which has a family-friendly atmosphere. Good food and reasonable price. Good for family gatherings or celebrations. Friendly and helpful staff. Could be a little bit cleaner, especially cushions on the chairs. Lots of parking space. Nice sitting area to relax after lunch or dinner.

Went here for Mother’s Day lunch. Food was served very quickly considering how busy it was. My only complaints are that we could smell the smoke from the pokies room. I needed to have my puffer, that’s how bad it was. Also, the old lady behind the bar in the older section is incompetent and so rude. Whilst the food came out fast and the rest of the staff were friendly, I won’t be returning here in a hurry.

We live in the vicinity and have been to Crossroads Hotel many times. They had an inclusive and diverse vegetarian menu to cater to dietary requirements like my family's. Sadly , after reviewing their menu online and booking a table for ourselves on valentines day, we were terribly disappointed with the menu. All vegetarian salad options have been taken off the menu. There was hardly any healthy veg option except a veg Burger. Pizza menu has been reduced to garlic pizza, Margherita or cheese pizza only. You have lost some of your loyal vegetarian customers sadly.

We have lived quite close for over 40 years and today was the first time we have ever been inside. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and as we were passing by remarked that we must try it sometime. A quick change of direction and in we went!! A really lovely lunch, plenty of food and delicious Summer Pavlova. We will return, very impressed.

The Crossroads Hotel is definitely a MUST place to stop and dine. I had the Crumbed Chicken Schnitzel with mashed potatoes, gravy and sweet potato wedges with sour cream & sweet chilli as a side dish. All I can say is WOW. The food was cooked to perfection. It was juicy, succulent and tasty. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Well done, folks from one very happy customer.

Not sure of the rooms as I have only ate and drank here. Saying that food is great and delivered fast. Service friendly. Decor is great and a good carpark. Played in a band her 15 years ago and since then the pub has gone through a huge renovation.

My Special Spot: Crossroads Hotel/Pub - Worth Every Mile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I used to be a local just around the corner but even now, living 30/40 minutes away, I make it a point to visit my beloved Crossroads Hotel. This place is my sanctuary, my escape, and definitely my go to spot for a good time. Let me tell ya, the cocktail menu here is out of this world! I could travel the globe, but I’d still come back for their Passion Fruit Mojito and Long Island Iced Tea. Jackson, my favorite bartender, always makes them just WOW – seriously, he’s a cocktail wizard. But don't worry, the rest of the staff are equally amazing and make you feel right at home. Best customer service seriously, the whole lot of them. 🙏🏽 One tiny downside is that the gaming machines have been temporarily moved to the beer garden area. It’s not quite the same vibe, but hey, it’s only until the end of the year. I’m willing to wait because everything else about this pub is just fantastic. The workers are always making sure everyone is all well and good, providing exceptional customer service. They have the best little snacks and feeds coming around for free frequently in the gaming section. They never fail to suprise me and mate don’t even get me started with their bistro 🤤 The bistro food? Absolutely mouth watering mate. From juicy burgers to delightful desserts, they’ve got it all. I love the pizzas and my favourite barramundi meal. It’s so good that even when I was in Liverpool Hospital for surgery, I couldn’t resist sneaking out during my fresh air break to pop over to Crossies. If that doesn’t show my dedication, I don’t know what does! So, if you’re looking for a spot that’s got it all.. great drinks, delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top notch staff – look no further than the crossies pub. It would always be so tempting when I would go to the Bunnings around the corner, I’d always end up at crossroads for a scorcher of a win or feed or perhaps my sweet cocktail drinks. It’s my favorite place, and once you visit, I bet it’ll be yours too!

Met here with some friends. The place had a nice atmosphere with plenty of people. We ordered the garlic pizza and salt and pepper squid. Food tasted great and was decently portioned although on the dearer side. Also have to pick up your food from the bistro area unlike some other taverns around the areas where the food is brought to you.

"I've been a regular at Crossroads Pub and Bistro for years, and I've noticed a significant improvement in service. The new bar manager is exceptional and has truly elevated the overall experience. However, when it comes to the steaks, they have consistently fallen short. Whether it's the rump, sirloin, or scotch fillet, the steaks are often over-seared and end up tough. A slower, more controlled cooking method would greatly enhance the quality of the steaks."

I’ve been a few times as it’s the closest to me but an elderly lady blonde/bleached hair who must be angry with the world shouldn’t work in a customer service department if she has an issue doing her job which also includes cracking a smile here and there and cleaning. I work in the same industry and never make customers clean after themselves especially paying customers who book your overrated function rooms. I know the industry is struggling to find decent happy staff let alone any staff but cmon I know you can do better. Looking forward to your competition for when it opens down the road. Hopefully it will be more decent.

I recently dined at Crossroads Hotel in Casula with two other people , and unfortunately, it was a meal I won't soon forget—for all the wrong reasons. The steak I ordered was accompanied by a sour sauce that left a bitter taste in my mouth, and to add insult to injury, both the mushroom and pepper sauces seemed to have the same lackluster base. The mashed potatoes, while presented in three different dishes, lacked consistency in taste, with all three versions sharing a noticeable sour undertone. Considering the subpar quality of the dishes, the prices were unjustifiably high, making this dining experience a regrettable one. In summary, I cannot recommend Crossroads Hotel Casula to anyone seeking a satisfying experience. The bar with 1 bar person serving is slow as you would think they would put a couple of people on. Last but not least their lounges could do with a deep clean as well not a pleasant look as you walk in .!

I came here for dinner only and not for a stay at the hotel. I figured out that drinks and food are not being served, but required to be taken from the kitchen area. If you order via the QR-code on the table, you get a text message when the food is ready. Staff is available though to help you out! Drinks are being served at the table though. We got the Karaage chicken bao buns as starter, and I got the 400 gr ribeye on the bone as main. You can choose it with two sode dishes and some sauce. Really good steak, and perfectly medium rare cooked! Nothing without a dessert, so I hot myself the Sticky date pudding. Again delicious! I will come back for lunch once!

Had dinner here on a Saturday night with team from work. Nice place, however live music was way too loud (had to yell to talk each other)and the steak I had was not good at all. I personally will not be coming back here to eat.

Had a great dinner experience at Cross Roads Hotel with a friend! As a local pub, it offered a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. The menu had a good variety of options, and our meals were tasty and satisfying. The service was friendly and efficient, making our visit enjoyable. Overall, a great spot for a casual dinner outing with friends. Would definitely recommend!

Every time I’ve eaten here has been a major disappointment. I just had their Crockpot pie with mashed potatoes. The meat filling was extremely dry and tasteless; and the gravy filling was watery and tasteless. Then the mashed potatoes tasted horrible so I decided to pour their gravy over it but it was cold, bland, and wasn’t mixed properly and somehow made the mashed potatoes taste worse. And their mashed peas had this weird foam on top of it. This was not worth $24. Their jugs are also very stupidly designed so it’s impossible to pour water without spilling it everywhere.

Didn’t know what to expect when we booked a night at the crossroads hotel as a stop off on our trip up the coast but to my surprise it was decent :) Dalice who checked us in was so lovely, the decor was nice and the food was great, portions were big and taste was nice, we had the chicken Palmer and fish tacos, Delish! Also the room was very basic but comfy bed and fresh sheets. Could use a full length mirror in the room but otherwise it was perfect for what we needed. If we ever do another road trip up the coast will defs stay here again :)

Crossroads should be very proud of themselves for the quality they have in their staff. I came here for a Sunday arvo feed with my partner. The food was served in a timely manner. Although I had a problem with my food, the manager Aren was very helpful and considerate and offered me the option of a remake of any menu item or a refund. He turned something negative into a positive due to his understanding and great customer service skills. For this reason alone I would highly recommend this place for a night out with family or friends.

18/04/24, dinned 3:30-4pm, we ordered sirloin steak medium rare, the steak was cold when it arrived and it tasted terrible not worth $44 very disappointing for a restaurant I should've given it back but I couldn't be bothered I left it and ate my husbands pasta fettuccine with chicken instead, only to find a small cardboard in it, I thought it was a bay leaf, it looked like a bay leaf, but it wasn't it was a cardboard from a box that was the same colour as a bay leaf, it was soaked in pasta sauce, I could've easily eaten it, by accident so I addressed it finally and they refunded the cost for fettuccine,we still wont eat their again bistro service is generally average every time, its close to home and food is basically OK until today enough is enough food was terrible not worth the hassles
